We had to move to another hotel because of the poor quality of this one. It was so dirty I would not allow my daughter to be on the floor.

Yea unfortunetly thats right. I really just wanted a place to sleep so I didnt care how it was. It was a none smoking room. It REAKED of smoke. I didnt even take a shower because it felt so dirty!! Whats worse though is that the next day I started itching. I have bites ALL OVER my body. The cost of this hotel reflects the quality you will get. I would normally stay at a different hotel, but since I needed a place that had a kitchenette, I decided to book this place. Room rate was good. Room was clean but old. Heater was so loud that I could not hear my alarm clock. I never received the wake up call that I had requested and as a result I was late for an interview. The walls were thin and I could hear the neighbors TV until the wee hours of the morning.

I booked this hotel because the place I usually stay at was completely booked. This was a very good deal and decided to check it out and see how it was. The location was a bit inconvenient but other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

we were very satisfied the stuff on desk- reception, especially- Amenda- who took care of us kindly and help us resolve our problem. also the room was very clean with comfortable amenties. thank you -i will Recommnd my freinds too.

When we arrived we were told that they were over booked and we would have to take the room for persons in a wheel chair. Not a major issue but others arrived after us that received better rooms. The room was very tiny and very dirty. Corners had food crumbs in them, there were stains on the bedspread, and between the mattress and the wall/headboard […] there was some female underwear. Had to ask a second time for towels because they were still in the laundry. Staff was sweet but dirty rooms are not acceptable!! Oh and the bed was hard as a rock! Mehr

This hotel is probably good for those who come into the area to work for a short period of time and need an efficiency hotel. However, if you're only staying a night or two I would suggest paying the extra cash for a nicer place. Check in took too long-they leave you standing there while they "ensure the room is ready". Most Hotels already have that […] done so you can go straight to your room. Also, make sure you ask if what you reserved will be provided. I reserved a queen bed and received two doubles (they didn't charge extra), but didn't know that until I went to the room. Mehr

The air conditioner was not working when we entered the room, went to call the front desk and the phone was not plugged in, had to find the cable to plug in and it would not connect properly, then the light would not come on as it was not plugged in due to the bed was too close to the electrical outlet. The lady at the front desk came to fix the AC […] and did get it to work which was a joke, the bed was literally 2 inches from the bed, so when it came on it would freeze you out, it would shut off and you would have to toss the covers off and then by the time it would come back on you would be sweating, needless to say I caught a cold from the night at the Homestead! Then at 11:00 PM someone comes knocking at the door..........not for me! Not a good experience for me. Mehr

I checked out of this hotel 2 days ago, and still feel dirty. There are so many things wrong with this place, I don’t know where to start! First off, if you aren’t there for a week, maid service is not included. If you want a clean towel, you need to bring your dirty towel to the front desk, the same with sheets and extra toilet paper. A scary aspect […] of this place is that there are a lot of homeless looking people who seem to live here for long periods of time, scary people sitting outside their doors smoking all night long, weird noises, its like a flop house. My favorite event of this stay was when we turned the shower on, the tub filled up with tons of hair that was jammed in the drain. My overall feeling was this was a good place to go if you were hiding from the police and needed to change your identity and lay low. There is no gym/work out room, the website says the gym may be at another location which is fine, but the front desk said “ maybe you can go to another homestead hotel in the area and show them your key and maybe you can use theirs if they have one”. Nice… really nice. Saving a few bucks is great, but its not worth it to staying in a third world hotel with weird people walking around outside your door. There is a super 8 across the street for the same price…and they have maid service included!!!! Mehr

No maid service. This is meant to be a long-term stay hotel. Does not have daily maid service. Nice conveniences such as cooking surface, sink and dishes. Would recommend for longer term stay and to save money, but not for "normal" hotel stay. Very satisfied with bed and area. One block from interstate 225.

Our a/c control to adjust the temperature, fan, etc. didn't work. So, at night when we got too cold, I just unplugged it and in the mornings when it began to warm up, I plugged the unit in again. This lasted for 3 nights. I didn't want the hassle of trying to change rooms.

Nice room, though a little crowded for the size of the bed. Not much space between the bed and the TV cabinet. Kitchen had everything a person would need, though the cabinets were naked wood/press board, which didn't seem to be the most hygenic situation, but not necessarily bad, either. The toilet in the bathroom leaked, but I think that was an aberration, […] as the room was very clean and well maintained overall. I would recommend this hotel-it was clean, reasonably priced and the people working were quite pleasant. Mehr

We were quite disappointed with this hotel. Upon arrival we found no remote to the TV, after 3 attempts by hotel staff nothing was ever provided. This may seem minor, but after a long day of events and recreational activities, its great to be able to change the channel or adjust the volume without getting out of bed! The bed itself, was rock hard, seemed […] like there were 2 boxsprings stacked upon eachother. Nothing was said to the staff in light of the previous problem. On our first morning, we discovered that the coffee pot had never been cleaned as there were still coffee grounds left if the holder. As if this wasn't enough, the linens were horrid. They had numerous stains and were literally so rough it felt like you were drying/washing your body with sand paper. I guess it was great for exfoliation. The lock on the laundry room door was broken, which made me feel very uneasy doing laundry and wondering if my clothes would remain there until I returned as there were numerous unsavory appearing individuals lurking about the property. This, all in its totality, made this 5 day stay very disappointing. The Property we stayed in prior to this visit was just around the corner and had few if any intolerable problems, we actually thought we were staying at this property when we booked, we shall be much more diligent in ascertaining what property we stay in next visit. Fine for anyone looking for economy! Staff polite and helpful. Immediate attention to requests.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel the room was cozy and quiet. Everything in the room was just what I needed. I was really impressed with the kitchen ware that was already in the kitchen for my usage. Yes I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone coming through Denver to stay. Hotel was in a convenient location to get to places where I had meetings. Driveway and parking in front of room was hampered by heavy snow that hadn't been cleared. Staff was very pleasant. Room was satisfactoy for a place to lay your head for the night. Nothing fancy, just adequate. Picky people wouldn't like the accomodations. I would stay here again […] if location was primary consideration. Mehr
