I still have a hard time understanding why I was put into a "handicapped" room I have several injuries sustained in the line of duty, but i can still get around just fine... The people at the front desk really need to uncork thei heads from their collective 4th points of contacts (butts) and figure out what they are doing. I also made a suggestion […] to the "head of maintenance" that a curtain should be hung in the rest room to prevent everyting beyond a certain point from getting soaked!!!! Like the toilet paper... also, most hotels/motels i've stayed in over the years have at lease 2 FULL rolls of TP. this room barely had half a roll!!!! Mehr

two major problems with this Hotel. 1. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever been on in 30 yrs travel. This must have been a mattress from goodwill in the 1980's 2. The bathroom sink never would turn on water. Had to shave and brush teeth in the kitchenet sink. Note: The clerk seemed to be not concern and said the hotel is to be remodeled next YEAR. Stayed here for the weekend, enjoyed my stay. This is an economy-priced hotel, so I didn't go here expecting The Four Seasons. Very quiet neighborhood and never heard any commotion from the light rail (as others have posted). Close to a McD's and Taco Bell (normal hours) and a 24-hour Conaco station. There is a Wendy's, Chipotle, Noodles & Co. and Spicy […] Pickle within a 8-10 minute walking distance. The light rail appears to run pretty frequently (although I only used it 3x). The room had an "old" vibe to it. Definitely smaller than I would imagine. The room appeared and smelled clean, although the staff could have easily pulled back furniture to pick up some the hidden trash. The tile in the kitchenette area had an odd finish, which made them rough. The bathroom had a few odd paint stains here and there. The tub looked very well-used. Thankfully, I have a germaphobe for a gf, so she Lysol'd the entire room, daily. The Internet is a decent speed for casual browsing. Streaming videos will be slower than dial-up. The TV was a late 90's tube TV, that randomly turned itself off at times. Channel selection is on par with other hotels. The room came with 1 medium-sized saucepan and dinnerware for 2. The bed was low but comfortable. The room did get pretty dark with the curtains drawn. The door needed some force to close. Couldn't hear any of the other guests. Not sure if there were any long-term tenants. Mehr

Smoky room, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Loud noises from the pipes. Outside with a leaf blower first thing in the morning--they ignored a lady with a baby who asked them to turn it off for a minute. The TV seemed like it was about 20 years old. When I first arrived and checked in, I was given a room that had not been serviced, that was corrected with-in 5 minutes of my arrival. Extremely convenient to Denver's "Rail" system no more than a 2 minute walk. Read some questionable reviews, but location was optimal for my purposes. Found no remote for TV, alarm clock was broken, and no shampoo. The place served it's purpose for me for a single business night and I'm usually not one to complain, but it appears that management does not pay attention to simple maintenance and upkeep of facility.

Friendly front desk staff. Good location right by i25 and 225. The room wasn't bad, nothing glamorous but for two nights it got the job done. Saw some sketchy guy walking around as I pulled in late one night, but didn't have any problems.

This hotel was a dump for being in dtc. It was filthy dingy. You could here evrything in other rooms. I will not ever go back. Thumbs way down

Be prepared to walk into a dirty, tiny, smelly, broken down room. Front desk staff is rude and to busy for you. In the middle of a blizzard I had to go back to the front desk (another building over with no parking next to the front office entrance) to get a TV remote, toilet paper, request Maintenance to fix a light and to pay for wireless. Maintenance […] never showed and the wireless is so slow you can’t watch Netflix. Then when you call for assistance with your connection you will be redirected to an 800 number where you’ll need to learn Indonesian to get help. Mehr

Great! Arrived after hours, rang the bell, manager answered within a few minutes. Keys were ready, room was waiting. Very clean, reasonable rates.

We went to Homestead Suites becasue it was inexpensive but we never realized that would mean we couldn't get into our room. We had on 3 occasions where we had to go to the office (which is closed after 11pm) and have them come and let us into our room with a master key. Finally after 2 days of this they moved us to a new room and then that key would […] not work either. There was no cream and sugar in the first room and no coffee in the second room. The one night my daughter was kept awak half the night with people fighting in one of the other rooms near us. I asked the staff to have a manager call me and I never received a phone call back. The only reason I would ever stay there again is because of how cheap it was. Mehr

The location works for us, but from the moment we stepped in the hotel it was just totally disgusting. The clerk coughed all over the computer, my key card, the desk. The rooms were just vile. Stains all over carpet, bathroom curtains gross and they smelled unclean. The sidewalks were covered with cigarettes, food and trash. There were people arguing […] all night in the room next to us so overall, it was a good lesson. You get what you pay for. I would not let my pet stay there and I would never stay there again. Mehr

I stayed two evenings at this property. The staff was just great, the room's large enough, and clean. Very close to many restaurants, etc... Enjoyed my stay.

Upon arrival of the room, it smelled! one closet door was missing, missin parts to the coffee pot and no blower dryer in the room. No maid service no fresh towels additional charge for internet service. I get this is a no frills hotel however the cleaniness of the hotel speaks for it self. The tracks for the closet doors were filthy not to mention one […] was missing all together. The bathroom had no travel soap no shampoo or cream rinse. The front desk staff has been nothing but amazing to us. We have been staying a bit over a week as we wait for our house to be available and all the staff is simply charming. We have stayed in other hotels were we were treated so horriable, its nice to find a hotel that treats everyone with respect!!!!

I stayed at the Homestead Suites -Denver Tech Center. It was not really near the tech center and not really that close to my meeting location. The hotel was however very colse to the very noisy light rail station just across the street. At night I was awoken to loud people getting on and off the train, in and out of cars and just strolling about. The […] room was dirty, a dirty floor, dusty and the bath and stove top had hair on it. The room did not come with a hair dryer, shen I asked for one I was told to return it as soon as I was finished with it that morning. The next time I called to request it again-there was no answer at the front desk and I had to go to the meeting and airport with wet hair. I also could not check out before leaving because there was no one at the front desk. When I called to tell then of my difficulties, they did not respond with an appology. Mehr

We stayed at this hotel for its location-right next to light Rail. The room was not very clean-candy wrapper on the floor, and un vacuumed. The only blanket is the cover you know hasn't been washed in ages. Pillows were cheap and flat. Overall Id rather stay somewhere else in DTC for the same price and drive to the Light Rail

The entire property smells bad. Mildew in the shower, and cigarette burns covered the bed sheets in our non-smoking room. Bed sheets also appeared to have been chewed on by some animal. Service @ front desk was subpar. Their response to our unacceptable bedding was a mere “Sorry”. We booked a king, but the room had a queen bed. When I asked the front […] desk, they assured me it was a queen, despite the fact the sheets had the word 'Queen' written on them. “Your bed was fitted with the wrong sheets then” was their unbelievable response. I’m all for economy hotel stays, but our room was not fit for an animal in the circus. I’d sleep in my car before setting foot in this place again… Mehr

This hotel was once very nice, but has not been maintained. The room was small, but adequate. The area appeared to be safe. The A/C worked and the shower was ok. The housekeeping was poor.

This hotel offers a good price excellent location next to I-25 and light rail station a block away and lots of restaurants around. Definitely not a bad place to stay and I strongly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located off of I-25; close proximity to Denver Tech Center and train station; room was functional but dirty; phone did not work in room; staff was very nice; wifi was not free; bed linen felt dirty; room had odor This hotel works as a functional option; if you need a place to crash for one night, it would be ok. The price was very reasonable […] but I think it reflected the condition of the hotel in the classic "you get what you pay for" scenario. The hotel was shockingly dirty and the room advertised as non smoking was stinking with stale old smoke - all our clothing got the ugly smell. The sarpet in the room was very dirty with stains and burns. We do not recommend the hotel to anyone - we weill try avoid it by all means.

Not the Hilton but also not the Hilton's rates. Perfect for a place to sleep before moving on.

I have never stayed at a motel or hotel ever in my life that was so dirty, the tub was so full of mold the shower curtain was also mold everywhere. The walls, carpet, etc. so very very dirty I have never seen anything like this and hope to never ever again. The first room we were given was a dirty room that had been left in mid-cleaning. The second room we were given was actually surface cleaned. I emphasize SURFACE cleaned. Dirt and dust in every corner. Bed: Cheap and flimsy, springs so hard you can hear every single one of them when you move in your sleep.. which turns into non-sleep once the springs […] wake you up. Climate control: The AC unit appeared to have no knobs. After calling the desk the informed us of a manual switch on the wall (?)(not bad. just weird) Size: This unit was TINY as can be with all the amenities squished in. Instead of each side of the bed having an end table, one side did, and the other had a small rolling chair, along with an mismatching ottoman, making it weird getting in and out of bed on that side. The kitchen was fine, but it was placed right next to the bathroom, and the entire wall of the kitchen was actually the bathroom door. Yum yum. Dual aromas. Bedding = Cigarette burns throughout blanket AND comforter. What are the odds! The blanket was yellow, so it was very obvious to me, much less the person who made the bed. Comforter was a paper thin polyester nightmare. Blanket was a foam pad. Sheets were nonexistent on top of what I found out was a dirty mattress pad. WiFi = $5. Who charges for this anymore? CHEAP. Believe me, I'm fine with travelling and staying at cheap hotels. But this was a cheap hotel I payed plenty of money for. My value was more than 5x when staying at other HomeSuites in DTC. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. You can find something along the same price with a breakfast and a pool and FREE WiFi and* clean* amenities. Mehr

The hotel has a very good location. Just adjacent to Belleview Light rail station. The staff was very friendly. Especially, this refers to Mary, who was at the reception when I checked in and i needed help the other day. She was very helpful, friendly and soft spoken. everything was good, except that I felt the size of the rooms was quite small. Very low pressure in shower barely get you wet. Charge for inter net.

The hotel was perfect for our little stay - right next to the light rail was just what we needed..

We enjoyed our stay in the Denver area the location was great especially write next to the Rail link that helped tremendously.

For the price it's not bad for one night. Would not recommend it for a long term stay. Condition and maintenance was passable. It's a 2 star for a reason. All in all it is a safe, decent place to stay and good value for the $. If you're a tech consultant paying your own project expenses, it's perfect. If the client is paying - upgrade.

Nice place with tv, countertop, microwave, fridge, basic working kitchen.......definitely worth the price and was perfect for my short stay. I could even bring leftovers home and used the microwave to eat for lunch the next day........right off the freeway in central part of town. Great place for the money! A+

Every agent was outstanding in customer service the rooms were very clean, they were extremly accomidating,. I wasnt feeling good one day and one agent came to my room to help me with my reservation. A friend had gone to the office for me to get toilet paper and an agent asked her if I was feeling better. Above and beyond my expectations.

The room had a fully equipped kitchen which helped keep us from going out to eat for every meal, which is great when you have kids and need to keep the cost down. It was comfortable and very central to everything.
