The rooms furnishings are so old they were falling apart. The toilet in 269 gave you a shower when you flushed and the tub floor was black, the rest of the tub was off white. The outside of the hotel looked good until you went into the room. The remote on the tv would not turn the tv off and you could not get local channels, such as ABC, CBS or NBC. […] The concept is good with the kitchenette but it needs to be updated ASAP. Mehr

We had few choices during spring break week on a last minute deal (checked in 10 minutes after making reservation!). Homestead rate was the best part of this stay. Wouldn't pay any more for this particular hotel, but it was a great value. Note: This is an extended day hotel that does not offer daily room maintenance. Well, I think it does but for an […] extra fee. Not a biggie since we were only there 2 nights. Fresh towels were available for exchange at front desk. Biggest negative was an extra extra firm mattress and not enough pillows. Front desk did provide an extra one when I asked. Mehr

I ended up at the Pear Tree at the last moment. I was very worn out when I made it to the Pear Tree, the employee at the front desk was very helpful, went the extra mile when I asked for a plate and plastic ware to microwave my food. Room was nice, air was cold. There was a small microwave and frig in the room. Would stay there again.

Although this hotel labels itself as an airport hotel, it is a 10-minute car ride from the airport, and provides no shuttle service whatsoever. A cab ride costs just under $20 each direction. Once you factor in the price of the cab, you might as well just pay extra to book a nicer, more conveniently located hotel.

The hotel was nice. Very much like being at home with a kitchen and normal size fridge. I would have preferred an upstairs room because the neighbors were being pretty loud at nite but it could have been worse. My card to get into the door worked the first couple of times but did not work after that. Great rates, nice rooms and excellent service are available at Homestead Suites. My room was newly renovated and very large for the price. I was very pleased with my stay.

After long hours on the road, I asked for a downstairs room because of my luggage and wanted to have an eye on the car. First they said there was none available than I was assigned a handicap room that was very dirty and which door did not lock when you left the room. I have stayed during the last month in many Extended Stay hotels and this one was […] the worse. Mehr

The hotel was vey close to the airport, which was great because we had a flight at 8am the next morning, however, we got in late the night before(approx. 9pm) and the receptionist was so rude that we didn't feel comfortable asking where the nearest highway to get to said airport was. That was the only issue though, becausethe hotel was very comfortable […] and the full kitchen was wonderul, had we had the time to use it. Mehr

For the amount of time we were to spend at this hotel, I was very satisfied with our accomodations. We needed a room close to the airport for an early morning flight and this hotel fit the bill perfectly.

Do not stay here. This is a transient migrant workers hotel with absolutely no service or comfort

The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating, however, walking up the stairs to the room on the second floor proved to be the first, but not last, disappointment. It looked like the stairs had not been swept in months. There were spider webs and leaves in each corner, along with cigarette butts and various other items of garbage. The […] walkway in front of all of the rooms upstairs was also strewn with trash and cigarette butts. The room was very small and the walls in the bathroom had not been wiped down -- maybe ever. The table, which was made of cheap formica over a piece of wood, had a hole in the middle of it, where the formica had been worn through. I understand it is supposed to be a no-frills type place to stay, but you should at least expect it to be clean. Mehr

This place is a total dump. They also put me in a smoking room, because they apparently couldn't be bothered to clean any of the non-smoking rooms. They also forgot to give me back my ID after checking in and I had to chase them down later that night to get it back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even if it is dirt cheap. And to top it off […] the shower faucet didn't turn off so i heard running water all night. Mehr

Had several bad experiences starting with a very dirty bathroom tub, kitchen equipment not clean and rusted, an old tv with poor viewing. We had to be moved to another room three times with all were dirty or had yellowish old appliances. At the last room our room key didn't work and even the coupon for a restaurant nearby we got from them was not accepted. […] We had stay before at another hotel of the same company and had a great stay and was the reason we made reservations here. it was okay

I stayed here for a week. The rooms are in need of a face lift and maintenace. The only thing that made me give this hotel a higher review is because of the Front Desk Clerk, Monica. She was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful. I wish all hotels had staff like her.
