Staff could have been more warm and the room smelt funny when we first got there but it was an excellent stay otherwise.

Of all the hotels I have stayed at in the past, this one ranks up there as one of the best! The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to get us 2 rooms together. The breakfast was above paar for the normal "free breakfast," although not a lot of room to eat. The staff at this facility are amazing! From the first day I arrived after a red-eye flight, they promptly picked me up from the airport in their complimentary shuttle, got me into a vacant, cancelled room so I could finally go to sleep @ 6 am, to looking through their lost and found box to see if there was a compatible laptop power cord I could borrow. […] All of this on the FIRST day! From there, they shuttled me to and from the Gaylord Texan Convention Center every day for my convention, every time with a personable and courteous driver. The desk staff was always just as personable and accommodating - it seemed like they fulfilled every request I had and didn't expect anything in return! My room was clean and comfy everyday! The morning breakfast buffet was tasty and a cut above the standard, traditional free breakfast. I felt like I finally hit the hotel jackpot!! I have rarely felt so welcome or at-home away from home as these past 5 days! I will definitely return here in the future if I ever find myself back in or near this area for business again! Overall it was a nice stay. It was clean, great location & convenient for us. Rooms could be laid out differently to be more spacious. The bathroom & shower room is too cramped.

I booked this hotel because of it's proximity to the Gaylord. The price was right and they offered free shuttle service to the Gaylord. The challenge was that they changed the shuttle schedule and didn't tell anyone. Getting a cab from this location isn't always dependable so I almost missed my meeting at the Gaylord. I liked the modern decor and the buit-ins. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch with breakfast sandwiches along with fruits, yogurts, breads, etc. One thing I didn't like was the fan noise level from in-room AC unit. Luckily it was a cold night so AC wasn't needed so we turned it off.

While this place has a good location, our room was in serious need of some repairs. The towel ring, for instance, was pulling out of the wall. In addition, the AC never really cooled down and, with temperatures in the 70s, made for an uncomfortable night. We won't be returning.

During my three day stay, I never heard a sound from another room, a door slam, or the airplanes flying into DFW. This is a family friendly hotel though so expect lots of sometimes unruly-kids at breakfast, in spite of parents right there!

The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly when we first arrived; however, one young lady was a little annoyed when I asked her to fix an issue. When we left the first day to go to a movie, we returned, and the sink was filled with water and would not unplug. I let the the young lady at the front desk know […] and she acted irritated. We also thought there would be a DVD player in the room (as stated on the website), but it was just hookups. The hookups are very convenient, we just didn't realize we needed our own equipment. The breakfast had a variety of food, but the coffee was completely empty when we got there and it was only 8:30am. Overall a nice stay, just a few occurrences. Mehr

We were very pleased with our stay. We weren't there except for evening and morning so can't address the daytime experience but will say it is convenient to shopping, restaurants and the sports facilities we visited. Location was great, food is fair, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, bathroom tub is plastic, beds are not uncomfortable but I expected more from a Hyatt. Location is excellent to DFW, shopping, and food.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very comfortable for a family of four, and there are lots of desks/counters/workspaces so our things stayed relatively organized. This location was close to Legoland and Bass Pro Shops, which were on our list of things to do. We have stayed in this hotel twice over the past year and a half. Beautiful rooms with plenty of space (my husband, myself, and our two children stayed in the room) and a modern, clean look. Comfy beds and convenient to both the outlet mall and DFW airport. We just walked across the street to grab dinner and shop. They offer a complimentary shuttle […] to the airport. The room that I stay is very large, compare to other hotel. I was be able to connect my laptop to the TV to watch our vacation pictures together with my family. AC is little bit loud though. Central AC would be nice.

I would of rated this hotel 5 stars but when you are traveling with 2 small kids under 5, you pack a lot of stuff, mostly clothes. We stayed in a room with 2 beds (I believe queen or full) and a full fold out sectional. The room was really nice, but it had the tiniest closet space off the bathroom. I was only able to hang a couple of things up. The […] drawer space was very limited, only 3 small drawers. Not nearly enough to unpack 2 adults and 2 kids clothing. The room had a mini fridge which was great for the baby bottles but it did not have a table with chairs. It did have a desk area for my 3 year old to sit and eat or draw. But overall its a great place to stay, you can walk to mall for the aquarium & legoland, or a short short drive to Bass Bro Shops. We were there for 4 days 3 nights. Mehr

I take the family on a traditional after-Thanksgiving trip to Grapevine. Wife and daughters love the shopping. This hotel is within walking distance to Grapevine mall. Overall great experience. We had our children (2&3 yr olds) with us. So, we didn't get to use many of the amenities (pool, fitness center, etc). However, the rooms were great and everyone was more than accommodating.
