We had a great stay. Loved the pool and the restaurant. The service in the restaurant was friendly and prompt, full of laughter and friendliness. Little problem getting towels for the pool and in our room - not sure what happened there but we'll be back and bring some of our own. People were lovely! Thank you for a nice weekend.

good from far but far from good non smoking room smelt like stale smoke cigar et burns on comforter, used condom wrapper on the floor . when i talked to the front desk they said because we paid on line they couldn t do anything pool area poorly keeped and change rooms smelt like musty /mouldy not impressed at all

In a nutshell...I found the hotel a bit "tired" but clean! The front counter staff very very friendly, helpful and gave great resturant advice.

While on initial greeting the reception is very friendly and overall clean, we were overcome by the smell of old smoke in what was to be an apparent 'non-smoking' room. As we came with our child it was a first bad impression. We visited the pool and were surprised to see green slime on the floor beside the pool, abundance of chlorine in the pool and […] a stink of 'wetsuit' or 'old wet' in the change rooms. We hadn't noticed until our breakfast the next morning that there was a condom wrapper on the floor- thus lost our appetite. The breakfast was fairly decent for powdered eggs, the fruit not so fresh. I would have preferred to give a better review but since no one was actually willing to investigate at the time of our concern, this is what we have to say. I work in an industry where customer service is 100% and based off client satisfaction. I was given the impression that our complaint was an inconvenience. Great location, close to the US-Canadian border. The front counter staff were very helpful in recommending a decent Italian Resturant in White Rock.

The hotel was in the perfect location for my business trip. It was central to all my sales calls. The staff I interacted with were all professional and friendlt. I will stay here again.

The hotel is in a very good area. Close to white rock and close to border. It needs a face lift!

The hotel is a bit dated and could do with a change of paint and carpets. Pool and hot tub are excellent, my kids and I spent the whole weekend around the pool. Will definately be staying there again.

Very noisy both from the 99 highway and from the room door that lets in both outside light and noise from the corridor.

We stayed at this hotel, last there 10 years ago there has been very little updating done, paint the same, bathroom old and dated, there were three adults in the room only a couple of towels, we phoned down to the front desk, we never did get them. I went down in the morning and picked them up myself, not impressed.

Well when ordering the room the pictures were very decieving the rooms looked very large and we booked the deluxe suite which said was two sperate room areas, the room we got had two double and very hard beds, there was crap on walls. The wall were very dirty the carpet was cut from floor it was a not nice room, at all if I was to suggest a room there […] i would tell them to check the room before you get settled we noticed more the next day with the light shining in...the front desk girl was great and same with the maid..but the rest not so good at all...and the service at the little restaurant very bad and dirty sticky table, but the food was good... My wife loved the ambience as we walked in. Good and reasonable meals in the Manyana Restaurant.Only downside is the small wahroom.

The hotel was good overall but if the room was one degree colder I'm sure we could have seen our breath. There was only one little baseboard heater which we turned on high but didn't get warm until just before we left in the morning.

An impressive hotel to walk into. Friendly service. The room was however quite dated, water stains on ceiling. It did seem to be clean though. I think a good value.

When we arrived in our room the heat was off and the room was freezing. We turned on the heat and it took six hours to warm up. Curtains had holes in them and you could feel the springs in the mattress. Very musty smell to the room. Needs some serious upgrades.

Excellent budget hotel. Needed pet friendly. Wanted a relaxing weekend away. Great pool and hot tub. A bit noise on the freeway side. Location was close to lovely White Rock and enjoyed a walk on the beach. Thank you for being flexible and generous.

good hotel , location is far from the city center about 40 km , location not that bad there is alots to see in the surrounding area , in general hotel is good

The hotel was quite nice overall. The pool was excellent. The hot tub could have been a little hotter and the restaurant was a little slow but nothing to really complain about. I'd stay in this hotel again.

The rooms could use some updating. Carpet was coming apart at a seam and fraying. Generally in need of some tlc.

I was pleasantly impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their prompt attention our needs. At other hotels a request for additional blankets would take several hours and a trip to the front desk to fulfill. Not So the Pacific Inn, in less than five minutes a staff member was at our door with the needed supplies. In addition the pool and recreation […] areas were fantastic, well maintained and stocked with towels. it was a fantastic stay we will be booking again for our future trips. Mehr

- stayed four nights in room 224 (facing quiet parking area - one of the better ones I've seen - and away from noisy Hwy 99); - room was spacious and clean; - upholstery of some chairs a bit worn, but nothing really to complain about; - everything worked fine; - bathroom a bit small but functioned well; - staff very friendly and helpful; - attractive […] lobby, ground floor & pool area; Whoever gave this place a 1 & 2 point rating must have been "unlucky" with their room pick or held a grudge against some employee (maybe self-inflicted). If you want "perfection", pay $100 more per night and stay in the Ritz. For the price we paid (yes, it was rate special) we were actually near thrilled with everything). So be friendly and polite when checking in, ask for a nice, quiet room and you won't be disappointed! Mehr

was very noisy at night due to a sports team staying at the same time we were. the walls felt paper thin.

My friend from New Zealand & I just spent 3 days here. The room had windows that actually opened, which was a refreshing change. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi & pool, and the in house restaurant was handy and had a wonderful buffet on Sunday. The room was a bit outdated in decor but was very comfortable. Hotel is what we expected, had stayed there before. Not a 4 star hotel, but nice amenities with pool and hot tub. Restaurant was very disappointing. It used to be a Pantry which had surprisingly excellent menu and food choice and the food was DELICIOUS. That was then....now, the menu looks good, wife and I ordered burgers, were quite bland the fries […] were only half cooked....we were one of 2 tables seated in the restaurant. We returned later for a second attempt, which was better tasting, soup was good, but was lukewarm at best...at that time, we were the only ones in the restaurant. The waiter was one of the worst that I've experienced, was more concerned in playing with his phone than paying attention to us. Never asked us how the food was, never asked if we wanted dessert, just came by with our bill.....did keep our water filled nicely. If we were staying at the hotel, I would not have even left a tip....and I rarely will to that. Anyway, you get what you pay for, I would stay there again....hopefully different waiter, I voiced my concern to the front desk and they did seem concerned and that they would act on this. Mehr

This hotel is a good value for the money. It is a little tired and the carpets in the hallways are soiled. The convenience of the location is vital to us---close to the border and White Rock, and a half-hour drive into Vancouver. Our room was fine and the bed OK. Noisy ice machine right outside our door, though. Be aware that they charge $5.00 plus […] tax for wireless internet, and there is no free breakfast. Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. We plan on this hotel being our regular accommodation when we visit the Lower Mainland of BC because of the value. Mehr

We had a nice room, king size bed, coffee maker, fridge, etc. the usual amenities. Only problem was the heat and a/c didn't work, but the staff brought us a fan to cool the room down. They offered us an upgrade, but we declined since the weather was mild. I would recommend the pool and hot tub + dry sauna. Very nice atmosphere, Mexican villa style. […] Grotto around hot tub. The gym costs extra which, I think, is unnecessary. Overall, due to great price and proximity to border and White Rock promenade, very good deal. Mehr

The Pacific Inn was great value for the money. Of all the places in the area listed on Hotels.com, the choice was easy. Very clean facility with nice pool and spa. Only complaint was elevator was so slow I opted for stairs when not packing a load.

Hotel was well maintained and had good pricing

Night room service was a bit slow but they will take care of problems. It's very close to the U.S. boarder and right by highway 99. Room was clean and nice. Can't beat the price.

The Front Desk employees treat you as if you are in a 5 star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel as you get exceptional service and quality at a very reasonable rate. Only about a half hour drive away from Vancouver and the Ferries

The hotel was older. But still in moderate condition. Could be more upgraded. Only complaint we have is that our son cut his foot on the ceramic tile going into the bath room. The service provided to help our son with a bandaid was slow. The hotel only had tiny bandaids on hand. When we required a standard bandaid.

This was our first stay here and we were very happy with the decor, room, beds and overall ambience. It was quiet at night as well. Parking was handy. Our only real complaint is that the wireless internet was not included in the room rate, and we had to pay another $5.00 plus tax for access. Free in-room internet is pretty much expected today, as even […] 2 star motels include it for free. Mehr

Despite the old cracked pink paint this hotel wasn't in too bad of shape. The pool area was relatively nice, and clean. The room was clean, bathroom was really small. The hotel is located a little over a mile or a couple of km over the US/Canada border, and a 5 minute drive to White Rock. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay near White Rock, […] this place isn't bad. For me it was better than paying the extra $50+ per night to stay on the beach. The location of the hotel in proximity to White Rock Beach and Center were the main selling points for me, and at the time the rate was right up my alley. Mehr

The hot tub was being repaired - and we were looking forward to a hot soak after a busy day. The bar didn't appear to be open, either. Otherwise, clean, comfortable room and helpful staff.

Although we have stayed here for many years, this will be our last. It has gone down hill in a very big way! Hotel exterior and interior is ver run down & dirty. We had to move lae at night due to ANTS in the room and on the beds. Very poorly run and the Restaurant showed no patrons...a waring sign to stay away. So sad, as it used to be a big drawing […] card for locals and tourists to eat at the hotel. Mehr
