Quality Inn Johnson City - Johnson City

Stayed here just for a few hours. Though, there was WIFI connectivity issues, which I highlighted and was well acknowledged by the hotel front-desk, however, the overall experience was very good.

Hotel looked ok from pictures, but not so great. Not what we expected from a Jameson, which is what it was when we reserved it.

All of the above. I was most impressed for I was alone (woman of 67 years old) and I felt quiet safe. I loved it there. Breakfast was good and the Cracker Barrel was at my front door! Love the whole experiance.

We had a great experience at the Jameson Inn. The staff was wonderful!!! One of our maids overheard us talking about having a rickety sounding air conditioner. We went about our travels for the day, not thinking much about it. When we returned, the air conditioner was fixed and there was an apology letter in our room. That is awesome service!!!!!

I found a live roach under my Pillow and the floors were nasty and sticky. They also provided me with a smoking room when I booked a NON-SMOKING ROOM. This is the first review I've every given on anything, so that should tell you how happy I was about this place.

For what we paid, the stay was above expectation. The building was really clean and it had a great appearance. The people were friendly and the lobby was nice and the breakfast area was big and accommodated a lot of people. The room was clean, including bathroom and sink. It had a pretty big refrigerator. Staff were helpful and friendly; however, the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, and the common areas needed cleaning, especially vacuuming. The breakfast was minimal though the coffee was fresh and good. The receptionist on duty when we checked in was very helpful with local restaurant recommendations.

It's sad that the person who cleaned the room who is probably making minimum wage is costing this hotel a bad review. There were hairs in the bathtub on the floor in the bathroom. There was something that had been splattered on the walls and had dried as it oozed down the walls. Hello cleaning person!! How hard is it to clean a room? It's your job. […] I haven't called yet to make it right. I hope they take the cost of 'making it right ' for his or her pay check. I bet that would make them do a better job. Mehr

The hotel is a bit older but pretty well mantained. The room was clean. Pool is old but clean. Great location for Bristol race. Lots of surrounding amenities in Johnson City.

Only stayed overnight...was OK....nothing to brag about. My reservation was wrong when I got there. Needed 2 beds and they were going to offer a single king so I had to wait almost 15 min. while the lady tried to figure out how to use the computer. The room was much smaller than expected but the bed was very comfortable. The "hot" breakfast was not […] very good ..biscuits were dry & gravy was not hot. When I let "Teressa" know the coffee had run out she felt it necessary to walk behind me and make sure I was really telling the truth and that I knew how to press the button on the carafe :) ...then when I asked where I could get some water, she told me "in the faucet"...duh...she wasn't the brightest considering I didn't have a faucet with me that morning. She did take the cup and get me some from the hidden faucet but she wasn't happy to help me....geez, she could have made it very easy by putting a pitcher of water in the breakfast area....anyway, the hotel was full because there was a young ladies softball tournament going on and what a great, well behaved bunch of young ladies...so we had a nice, quiet night's sleep. Excellent service - the TV remote was missing from our room and they found one for us to use. Gave us additional towels when we needed them. Everything was neat and clean. All we missed was a refrigerator, but that wasn't one of the amenities - wish it was!

This is our first time staying in a Jameson Inn, and it was worth it. We checked in very late, and were greeted warmly. Our room was immaculate. Very clean, fresh and seemed new. The pillows were fluffy and the bed was very comfortable. I can sleep on anything, by my husband thought it was a little too firm for him, but he still slept well. This hotel […] was very quiet. Every employee we met was friendly and helpful. The hotel was located close to gas stations, restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again, would recommend it to anyone, and really hope all Jameson Inns will be like this. Mehr

Very clean. The only disappointment was no frig. We were there on race weekend. For that amount of money a frig should come with the room. The hotel was spotless inside and out
