Candlewood Suites Las Vegas - Las Vegas

Very comfortable and always worth it to have the convenience of a kitchenette and refrigerator in Vegas (drink purposes). Great hotel...definitely coming back.

Room was not ready to check into until after 4pm, this is after i came there at 1:00 to check in ,I was told to come back in an 1 hour.

Great location off the strip....no smoking, no gaming! Modest yet comfortable accomodations. Bed was GREAT! Close to convention center, tram, Thomas & Mack Center, and airport. Nice treadmills in workout room. Great having a kitchen for snacks, etc.

Only a couple of blocks off the strip, great room, full size fridge, dishwasher, service for 4. We had the one bedroom suite, was great to have a sofa & 2d TV. Living room TV had a combo VCR/DVD. Super for families. Great staff, very helpful. A definite go back to hotel

It may not be on the strip but it is only a few blocks away and has a heated pool, workout room, full kitchen, free internet, clean room and is pet friendly. Oh, and there is a Starbucks across the street. I read in another review that someone felt unsafe, but I can tell you I walked my dog at 3am and saw nothing even remotely threatening in the area. […] I rated this a 3 because it does not have free breakfast and it is not a luxury hotel, but I do not have any complaints. I read the reviews and thought "what the heck, I'll give it a shot." We got to Vegas and the hotel seemed pretty busy. The service wasn't bad but they seemed indifferent when we first got there, however when we left they allowed us to go back into the room to grab something we'd forgotten. For the price, the accommodations were exceptional! The only […] tiff I have with the room is that it had a really strong smell that didn't quite agree with my nose. location was great, close enough to the strip. staff was awesome & very helpful! parking was okay. room was the best, very spacious, bed, couch, recliner were extremely comfortable. had no issue with my stay. price was just right for a last minute book & long holiday.

Candlewood is a covenient location , close to airport , strip and quiet. It clean and complete like a Mini apartment. Hotel has a gym and a snack room whenever you feel you are a little hungry and it is a safe place

I usually stay at MGM or Wynn but could not find an available room for the dates I was coming to vegas. Out of desperation I booked this room but I was apprehensive. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised. It was very close to the strip and my room was nice. I booked a suite with a kitchen and two queen beds. We really liked the little kitchen, and having a separate bedroom was great since we were traveling with our teenage son. The price was nice too, but the room smelled like a smoker had previously stayed there and the location was just a bit too far from the strip to be convenient and cost effective. It's only about a mile, which isn't much of a walk, […] but in desert heat it seems much farther. Mehr

Courteous staff, clean, simple. Good value, quiet and low-frills

I have stayed in Candlewood Suites in LA, NJ and now Las Vegas. They are always clean and feel more like a studio with the kitchen. Beds were extremely comfortable, they have guest laundry and a store. I like that the location isnt right on the strip, it gets you a little away from the madness. With a very short drive you are in the middle of everything. […] It's the closest I feel to "home" on the road with the amount of amenities for such a low nightly price. Mehr

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is clean, within walking distance to the Strip and near public transportation. Nice to have a kitchen available and the mini-store was nice for getting reasonable snacks. I plan to stay there whenever I am in Las Vegas.

Had a nice time, However I am finding it difficult to get a receipt.

I could not have been more pleased with the entire stay @ Candlewood Suites. Everyone I had contact with was extremely helpful and polite. The value is tremendous. Compared to other rooms that I have paid more to stay in, the room had every possible convenience I could ask for. When the reservation was made for the suite, it included a queen bed with a sofa bed. As I checked in I was advised that they did not have what I had asked for as they had overbooked and had walk-ins...why bother making a reservation then?? I was bothered as I had called in with enough time and even confirmed two days before. After expressing myself.. […] in a very polite manner, I was told they would take it from another customer to accommodate my request...what??? I had asked for that previously through my reservation..hmmm...to accommodate..good choice of word I guess. I do admit the room was nice, but I was surprised when I called to get an additional blanket and pillow and was told to come down to the lobby to get it...most places bring the stuff to your door, but not here..also the tub was clogged..we found that out when taking a shower :( Mehr

I chose Candlewood Suite Las Vegas thanks to the good reviews done by travelers in hotels.com It is located some blocks walking from Strip Las Vegas in a quiet area, easy parking, a nice room with big refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, heater and A/C. Although the hotel is announced as a smoking permitted, fortunately no smoking is allowed into the […] hotel. Nice staff. Free internet and printing at lobby to print boarding passes. The only thing to correct in the room is a stained carpet. The main entrance to the casino is apart from the hotel, so no problem with smokers and noise. Mehr

The Candlewood Suites were a welcome respite from the general madness in Las Vegas. Business travelers will appreciate the quiet and amenities. This place provides as many of the comforts of home as possible. Staff were helpful and friendly. Probably not the place if you're looking for casino craziness, but I would happily stay here any time business […] brings me to Las Vegas. Mehr

The room itself was ok, but i cant say the same about the service. The tv did not work and when we ask for help they said they would come to our room to help and they never did. We wanted pillows and they ask us togo to the lobby to pick them up. The bathroom only had soaps so we where lucky that we bring our own shampoo and conditioner but for those […] of you who dont you will only get hand soap and body soap. There is very litle access to the rooms i believe only two so you will have to walk quit some to get to your room. Mehr

We always stay at candlewood across the U.S, but this location had a different experience. We never have any complaints at all but the service was awful! we checked in and the front desk was very nice and speedy. Our DVD player wasn't working and we asked for a new one and the front desk attendant stated he will replace it while we were out. We left […] the room at 7pm and came back around 1am. Still no new DVD player. Next, we asked for broom because there was broken glass that needed to be cleaned up. Again, he mentioned he would bring it up. We went out for dinner and came back. Still no broom. Finally, our toilet clogged and the front desk said they couldn't do anything unless it overflowing. Instead he just came up and dropped off the plunger and we had to try to fix it ourself. Still it didn't work and we had to use the lobby restroom which we were on the 4th floor. These are the only complaints I have about this place. But the location was very convenient and I would still stay with Candlewood but the front desk was pretty lazy with our stay. Mehr
