What a dump! It was one step above crack house. Arrived to find nobody at the desk, the only inhabitant of the lobby was a young woman sitting in the ripped lobby chair talking on her cell phone with her stomach covered in Hershey Kiss wrappers. After waiting about 10 minutes and shouting "helllooo" into the abyss of the empty lobby, the young woman […] (now annoyed), put down her cell phone, got up, picked up the desk phone and called the lobby attendant - who she explained was "unclogging a toilet". After about another 5 minutes the desk attendant finally showed up- inappropriately dressed and equally unapologetic. I was hoping to have a better experinece in my room, however I was quickly slapped back to reality. The rug in the room matched the rug in the lobby- flashbacks of the floor of a frat house, post keg party ran through my head. I kept my shoes on the whole time. I could go on, but why bother... This hotel is clear employ being used as a welfare hotel! It looked to me as though at least 80% of the residents were on some sort of state assistance. Children were allowed to freely roam the hallways unsupervised. One evening I had a knock on the door and when I answered there was no 9one at the door. All nights were filled the sounds of crying babies […] and children running up and down the hallways. The telephone and TV remote did not work and when I reported the problem I was asked if the phone was plugged in. When I advised that I already check and verified the phone was plugged in, nothing else was done. No one cleaned the room for the entire time I stayed at this hotel. Numerous time I would try to speak with someone at the front desk and no one was present to cover the front desk. There were numero9us sign up sheets for the local food banks and school bus schedules. If you are going to ask for market rates for this area you should no subject those paying these rates to these conditions. Mehr

The stay was very nice, however we did do some laundry and in the rush we forgot it in the dryer. We called and they said it was no longer. It was our clothes and we would like them back if possible. Thank you!

While it was nice to have a kitchenette (which we didn't use), the hotel smelled of weed and cigarette smoke. The walls were not well insulated because we could hear our neighbors taking showers and talking. It is located in a sketchy area, and we will not go back because we felt uncomfortable.

Pubic hairs in the bed and on the pillow, no batteries in the remote conbtrol, dirty toilet from last guest, stove did not work, hairballs across the carpeting, it seemed like subsidized housing project, I suspect it is. Wow. Was promised a smoking room, get there to be told no smoking rooms, even though there were cigarette butts in the window sill from a previous stay. Was told there was a lounge. The lounge is a Coke vending machine. Terrible place, never again

Basic 2 star hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Sheets and towels were rough. No soap or sponge for washing dishes. Kitchen was clean. Room was a decent size. Good price if you're not going to spend a lot of time in your room.

Room had kitchen facilities in room. Nice shower. Comfortable bed. Biggest complaint was that every time the fridge kicked on, it sounded like someone giving one knock on the door. Made for a sleepless night. There was some "sketchy" clientelle there, but harmeless.... not a bad place for the money.

They were the least accommodating hotel I’ve been to in a long time! I went to the front desk to request an extra pillow, and after waiting about 5 minutes for the person behind the desk to acknowledge me, I was told they don’t provide extra pillows! When you laid your head on the pillow it immediately sank to the bottom - no support. While the bed […] was ok comfort-wise, the sheets were the wrong size…too small !! The kept slipping off the mattress. Very frustrating. The 10-year-old TV had about a 19” screen, about the same size as my computer… Definitely not worth my time or money and will never stay there again! Mehr

The guests I sent there were not happy. Described the hotel as "rather seedy," with a bad odor in room, etc. They ultimately left and chose another nearby property.

This is an overall decent hotel. The one problem I had was trying to cook breakfast for my fiancee. I woke up early and started making french toast, making sure there was no smoke and that the fan was on. Instead of getting breakfast in bed, he was woken up by the shrill screaming of the smoke alarm, which went on for about 5 minutes, no matter what […] we did. Got charged 2x when they "FIXED" our room issue. Room was dirty and beds were not comfortable.

We had reservations and were taken to dirty room--bed unmade, filled waste baskets, dirty towels. Taken to 2nd room and it was exactly the same as the 1st. We reserved queen bed and were put in manager's room with 2 single beds. They called them double but they were single. Two people could not have slept in one of those "double" beds. If we wanted […] 2 "double" beds, we would have said so. We were told that housekeeping had gone home. We would not stay here again, nor would we recommend it to our family & friends. Mehr

Issued key would not work. Returned to desk and told to "push til clicks." Did; still not work. Was keyed in and then desk person left to get new key card for me. Entered room to find bed cover down, bed clearly used; fire alarm on table. Desk person returned and had a "oh, this was a maintenance request room and shouldn't have been in system." Went […] to new room. One hour later, someone tried several times to get in room - key insert, push handle, I yell out. They leave. Phone rings and i"m asked to identify myself. Do. "Sorry, I didn't enter you into the new room." They had rented the room to another person. Finally settled into room do discover window curtain non-functional (got on chair and fixed rod above window myself); stepped barefoot on two metal, readily "vacuumable" objects in front of dresser (was room vacuumed?); found large water bottle from previous room occupant on floor; light next to bed not plugged in and had to move nightstand to plug in. Pretty unimpressive quality; would have appreciated some recompense and would have been wise on their part. Mehr
