Wer in Fort Lauderdale eine preisgünstige Bleibe mit der Möglichkeit der Selbstverpflegung sucht, ist mit dem Crossland Hotel gut bedient. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Was man selbst mitbringen muss, ist ein Adapter für elektrische Geräte, die auf 110 Volt eingestellt sein müssen. Leihweise gibt es den nicht. Avenue fährt die Buslinie 31 direkt zum zentralen Busbahnhof, von wo die Linie 1 weiter fährt zum Airport. Die auf dem Commercial Boulevard verkehrende Linie 55 fährt ohne Umwege direkt zum Strand (Haltestelle Anglin's Fishing Pier). Das Tagesticket für 4 Dollar löst man im Bus. Was comfortable; however, there were a couple of things that was not up to mark. 1. Cops had come over to evict someone in the middle of the night, which was very discomforting. 2. We had requested a room close to the frontdesk because we had a lot of luggage. Despite that, we were given a corner room. Other than that, everything else was good.

I was very satisfied with my stay....staff was very welcoming and accommodating. It was the second time i stayed and would definitely again.

the a/c in my room saturated the carpet. Had to walk in my shoe otherwise my socks got soaked every time. Other than that, for the price I would certainly do it again.

Always someone loidering in parking lot. had to call internet provider my self to, repair problem connecting. microwave caught on fire while using. had hard time getting clean linens and towels. the attentant seamed friendly but not knowlegable about running a hotel.

room was not comfortable there was ants all over the kitchen and room oder was not comfortable.i would give this hotel a 1.

i have NEVER ever stayed at a hotel thet DIDNT have a ice machine! there was blood on the carpet.but for the price its ok for this area.the kithen area was nice to have.would stay again only because of price.

I stayed here on the way to Miami. Slightly dodgy neighborhood but plenty of parking. Not bad for the price but not someplace I would stay as a destination. The wifi was a bit dodgy and they try to upsale you to pay but the room was clean and the location was convenient to I-95.

The Location of the hotel made it easy for me, however had I not booked this in advance through Hotels.com, there is no way I would have stayed here. The people/ staff were OK, the room and accommodations I would give a 1/2 star rating. Blood on sheets, getto staff and constantly afraid I was going to get robbed. Room wasn't even cleaned. Left hotel after taking first step in room. If this isn't a crack house then I don't know what is. Stay away... Trust me

Not on the beach, but clean, very friendly, surprizinglyquiet for being 1/2blk. off a busy street and the price was right! Great overnight stay with a 15min. drive to the airport on a Saturday morning.

The associate at the front desk was rude. it was like i came to bother him. When i first came to the hotel, i saw room door with 2 big guys shirtless watching tv and a couple people standing at the entrance talking. That's an extended stay hotel. I was given a room facing the back which i did not like. i was expected more.

Got a Pollo Tropical right on front.... the it is clean

Because this is situated between the Turnpike and I-95 it is very convenient for travelers at a reasonable price. The Hotel clerks were very efficient and polite and the room was clean and spotless. The only problem were our neighbors. First -- Pollo Tropical is in front of the Hotel and all I could hear was the drive-thru girl's voice. Then our neighbor […] to the left had his TV on until 1-1:30 am and then again at 5:30 am at Super High Volume. Then the next night we got a neighbor on the right who stood outside and chatted with a friend until 2:40 am. When we cancelled our third night and went home instead, as we packed our bags he was outside his room again...still chatting on his Bluetooth ! I was exhausted. We had come into town to watch a family member run the A1A Marathon and got up each day at 4:30 am. So between getting up early and not getting any rest at night we went home feeling as tho' WE had run the marathon...tired. Mehr

Staff was very helpful.

Room service is once a week, we were given one wash cloth and 2 towels for the week. Bedspread was filthy. No employee seemed to know what they were doing. Will never recommend to anyone. Should be removed from hotels.com. The majority of clients were very loud, and argumentative with each other.

I was appalled when I pulled up to this hotel..there were drug dealers and prostitutes, hanging out all around and in the property. I immediately did not feel safe and made arrangement's to change hotels. The rooms were very dirty...the door seals are about 4 inches...(you can see inside the rooms from outside), the bed was made up but the linin was […] soiled with makeup and dirty from ones body. In my opinion the hotel was considered sub standard, the reason being the rooms were not up to my expectation. They even charge you for internet service which was not noted on the website.

The hotel was nothing fancy, but the room was clean, everything worked and the location made it simple to access the major highways and hit the beach.

I personally had to buy roach and ant spray for the ants that were throughout the room. The shower curtain, comforter and sheets were stained. The television could only get about sixor seven channels. I do like the fact that it's close to places to eat and shop but upon returning from a run for food there were police there. Room was very clean, the area felt pretty safe, great location. Only problem, the bathroom could have used some structural updating. There were grout stains, it looked as if the tub was installed by my neighbor. Other than that it was a good overall stay. I would return.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! WE WALKED IN TO SEE THE SHEETS WERE RIPED, THE TUB WAS CRACKED AND NOT CLEAN WHAT SO EVER. the sheets on the bed had to be changed by the desk clerk because there was no one else there to do it they were very dirty grease spots dirt smuges, the ice in the refrigerator had not beed defrosted in months from the looks of it the carpet had big black dirty marks on it there was also garbage papers left in the nightstand old lotterty ticks there […] were undesiberable peoples hanging outside on the porch the place was the worse i have every experence in all my hotels i have been i would not recommend this place to anyone it looks like it should be comdemed Mehr

I was in a non smoking room, and everything wreaked of cigarettes even the sheets and covers. I would not recommend a stay at this particular hotel:-(

I had a non-smoking room, the linoleum floor in the bathroom an kitchenette area was covered in cigarette burns. One comforter had reddish stains on it that resembled old blood stains, I work in an emergency room so I'm pretty familiar with what those look like. The sheets on the other bed had ink stains. We stayed on the 3rd of 3 floors, the water […] pressure was horrible, I could only rinse my hair if the shower head was set to the massage setting. 2nd time staying here. Everything was much better than the weekend before. Room was nice, everything was just great.

My stay here was good. First checked in the room assigned, found water in kitchen. Couldn't tell if it was coming from the sink or the dishwasher. They gave me another room. It was fine. Would stay here again. The one negative issue I had was check out. They had a sign up stating they're open at 7am but if assistance is needed to dial 600 using the […] phone outside the office. There was no one at the front desk and no one answered the phone for assistance. Tossed my card in my room and shut the door. WHen I was leaving I saw the staff coming in like he had a hang over and told him I had to leave and waited too long. I left 7:30am! Half hour of nothing. Mehr

The room Was so dirty! The sheets were yellow and had holes on the sheets and covers from cigarette buds. I am ashmatic and asked for a non smoke room but got a room that smelled like pure cigarette smoke . MY STAY AT THE CROSSLAND MOTEL WAS NOT WHAT I WOULD CALL A GOOD ONE. CHECKED IN FOR 2 DAYS NO CLEAN BEDDING OR BATHROOM TOWELS, BEDS NASTY AND NO ICE MACHINES WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN

It is sad that the outside looks so inviting. The inside was dingy, sour smelling carpet and filled with old furniture. I honestly felt like I was at an hourly motel.

The Front Desk attendants were welcoming and accommodating upon our arrival. The room upon entering appeared to be clean with a small kitchen area complete with utensils and cookware. However, after placing our luggage and belongings down, we discovered 2 packs of unused condoms, and other debris on the floor. The King-Size bed was uncomfortable with […] only 2 pillows that were both flat as pancakes. Upon exiting for dinner, we encountered several "Women of the Night" encompassing the exterior of the Hotel and there we discovered used condoms and a great deal of other litter and garbage. Overall, this Hotel should be avoided at all costs, unless your looking for "Adult Entertainment" or a very clean laundry room, which was the only positive thing next to the friendly greeting...... I think for this price its worth it. We had a refrigerator and a stove to our convenience and we made use of them. The front desk personnel were pleasant (male and female) I must also commend the manager for his kindness as he allowed me to stay for free for an additional 3 hours. I hated this hotel. I couldn't sleep because I was grossed out. The floor in room 113 was molded. I would never recommend this hotel to my enemy.
