Very nice hotel. Excellent service. Would definitely return.

The hotel itself was excellent. As far as the Tivoli restaurant in the hotel, the food leaves alot to be desired. Spent $30 for breakfast and did not enjoy the meal.

This hotel is conveniently located for entertainment of clients on Regional Hwy 7 just west of 404. The price/value is good. I had clients for breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Good service and food. I would recommend for stay.

Courteous staff with excellent check-in/check-out. Room was clean and well stocked with basic supplies if needed.

The Delta Markham is a very comfortable hotel. The staff are very attentive and will help whenever possible. However, unless you have a car, the location requires a 15 to 20 minute walk to any restaurant, 5 minutes if you a have car. The restaurant on site has ok food but service is horrible. If you intend to stay, ask for hypoallergenic sheets and […] towels. It's free and the usual sheets and towels are full of bleach/chlorine. You will be happy that you asked for the "good" sheets. A good very short term business hotel if activities confined north of Toronto. It has good access to major highways. The hotel has free parking . It has free wifi but little to offer in way of amenities. There is no shop to purchase newspapers or a candy bar. The restaurant feels like a sub contract. It is tired . The breakfast buffet is uninspiring […] with leaden eggs , sausage, rubbery bacon. The room was as one would expect . Cleaning missed a lot of the small details such as corners. The top of the shower rail was brown with grundge. Although they advertise being part of the aeroplan program, they would not credit points because the room was booked through hotels.com. That is highly unsatisfactory as it was a factor in choosing this hotel. Mehr

Overall, a pleasant place - people, facility. The breakfast buffet is very fresh and full of variety. Dinners are mediocre food and limited selection. I wish they replaced their shower curtain bars – they cause the curtain to hang about a foot inside the tub so you’re always getting caught on the wet thing. Great value for the price. Pleasant, clean, comfortable room with all of the amenities. Good service. Location ( off the highway) is somewhat noisy.

The staff at the desk and one of the office managers were a great help! Could not ask for better

Room was spotless. Beds were so comfortable. Stayed in hotel for an awards show banquet. Cheese and crackers in the fridge were a nice touch when I arrived. I would stay again.

The AC is very noisy and I could hear the from the highways badly! Didnt have a good rest!

The check-in person was polite and efficient. This is our second visit to this hotel, the rates are fair and it is close by to all the places we want to visit. It's easy to go downtown to the Eaton Center and close to the Pacific Mall. Pool is nice but did we did not use fitness room ,we are members of Good Life gym so went there instead. The view from […] our room is very nice. The BEST part which we love if FREE Wi-Fi. We will be back if there is FREE Wi-Fi. Thanks to all the wonderful staff there who made our weekend so nice. Mehr

Delta Hotel in Markham is the worst hotel i ever been, room are not even clean when I checked in, and second day still no one clean the room, after i called front desk still no one come to clean the room, also, there is no such they called "high speed interent in the room", overall is very poor service

Our family of four (two parents, two small children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Delta Markham. It had all of the ammenities we could've hoped for and the staff was very courteous and welcoming. Although the pool was slightly cool in temperature, we had great fun! Will definitely come again on our next visit to NW Toronto.

This hotel is saturated in a very convenient location. The hotel room is clean. The bed is comfortable. We will go back to this hotel for another vacation in Markham.

the renovations are nice and make the hotel appear to be updated and comfortable. However, there were blood stains on my pillow case and we were not really compensated other than a late check in due to booking online through hotels.ca. As well, the hot tub was not hot (really only lukewarm) and it was quite sandy and dirty inside. The overall decor […] was good and the front desk staff were polite. Mehr

The Hotel is well located for the activities we have planned to do (Wonderland etc.) The lobby is under renovation, and from what we've seen, the new version is quite good. However, rooms (we have booked 2) are outdated, furnitures are old style, TVs are tube type and our children did have a good laugh at the quality of the floor lamp. AC unit are noisy […] and not able to cool down the spaces while the outdoor temperature is below 30C. Beds and pillows are quite comfortable. Mehr

The staff went over and above what we expected to give us a good experience. Clean room, nice pool and excercise room. We'll likely go back next time we are heading for Toronto.

The hotel is close to the Pacific Mall. Driving to Richmond Hill for won ton mein was easy and quick. Going to the Eaton Centre was a short easy drive. The staff and the manager on duty were very helpful and informative. We never felt unsafe in the area and there were so many interesting within a short driving distance.

Location and value is great. The area has many nice bars and convenient if you have a car as it is about a 20 minute drive to downtown. The only issue is with the cleanliness of the rooms and the housekeeping seems to skip out the hidden areas (under the couch) and upon first entering my room, I happened to step on some kind of brown 'medicine' pill […] in-between the 2 beds, obviously if it was vacuumed properly, that wouldn't have been left there. This hotel was great. They had a nice pool, sauna and hot tub also. The only problem with these was that you had to walk through the lobby with your bathing suit on to get to it. Otherwise, very nice hotel and since it's out of city center, parking was free! Definitely worth staying.

Went for a friend's wedding in mid-august 09. Grabbed the last cheap room from hotels.com, "premier" category. The hotel lobby has just been renovated (they're still updating the floor tiles), our room is somewhat dated (ex. draperies) but has everything we needed, and more. Basic in-room amenities such as toiletries, hair-dryer, closet w/hangers, iron […] board & iron, coffee machines, ice bucket, etc. They also had an empty fridge, just for our use (no cheesy mini-bar non-sense). And a teapot too! Staff was friendly and enthusiastic: we checked in at 2am and had no CAD on hand, the gentleman who checked us in went around gathering money for the amount we wanted to exchange. He then pointed us to the right direction to the eateries that are still open past midnight. Housekeeping staff seemed personable and friendly; we smiled and nodded in the hallway and exchanged pleasantries via the notepad! Made me feel welcome and cared for. Hotel facilities include indoor pool, jacuzzi tub, sauna room, and gym room, all located on the 1st floor behind the check-in counter. There are also a few function rooms that seemed to be in use everyday! What I liked best was their sizable parking lot. Yes it's outdoor (so good luck in the winter!), but there are enough spaces to host 3 weddings (at least so it seemed), and it's free! Also there are security camera surveillance in the lot, so you can feel even a little better parking your car out for the night. What's also free is local calls and wi-fi internet. Internet connection was great; was never dropped. Our room was in the corner of the floor, facing the Hwy 7 side, on the 10th floor. Only heard a siren once; didn't notice regular traffic noise. A/C was sufficient given the month of August. Window was large which allowed for lots of sunlight, but their curtains close all the way so sensitive sleepers wouldn't notice the sun has risen at all. Unfortunately, everything in Canada is expensive despite the exchange rate. The hotel was OK. I get better value here at a Hampton Inn for considrably less money with breakfast included. There were room service trays, dishes glasses, uneaten food left in the halls for 2 days on our floor. Housekeeping didn't address the issue(they should have informed […] room service) and room service didn't address the issue. When I mentioned this at the front desk, they should have been appalled but seemed matter of fact. This is not what I expect in a property that cares about guest concerns. Mehr

We stayed at this hotel while visiting relatives living in Scarboro area which was only 10 minutes from highway. Very convienent to highway, surrounded by corporate business parks and mall across street.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Price was very reasonable. Gym was better than average and pool and hot tub was fantastic. Service was great. Bed was very comfortable and free internet! Even the breakfast room service was excellent. Can't go wrong.

Rooms were nice, Swimming pool and hot tub were great. Week day staff are much more helpful than week-end staff. Dining room service could speed up but the food was good.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort, decor and cleanliness of the accomodations. The hotel is close to a highway and about 5-10 minutes from various cuisines. This hotel offered an outstanding value! I would definitrly stay here again when visiting Toronto.

Bel hotel pour un tarif interessant. Un peu éloigné du centre de Toronto (25mn de la tour CN). Mais pour aller à Niagara il permet d'éviter la traversée de Toronto en passant par l'autoroute à l'Ouest (1h30 sans bouchons). Belle chambre, spacieuse. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité (5mn de voiture).
