This hotel is one I've stayed at twice for business, and will do it again. The beds are very comfortable and clean, and appointments are very nice. The details have not been overlooked with this hotel. Quality service, with an updated modern yet comfortable feeling is my opinion of this hotel. I do not have any suggestions to make this hotel better, although two things. The bathroom seems small - which was fine for me since I was travelling alone, however if my spouse had been there, it could be tight in the mornings getting ready. The other only criticism I would have is that on my first visit, light rail "air train" had not yet been completed. Now that it is completed, and there is a train stop just outside the hotel (which is nice and convenient!), the brakes on the train squeaking to a stop can be a bit distracting. The windows do a good job at shielding from the noise, but it can be heard in the rooms on that end of the hotel. Overall: A- from this very critical frequent business-hotel user.

We forgot our pillow and left in the hotel room after we check out. We called the hotel after we were on our way to Seattle. We had a hardest time to contact the hotel. No one answer the call and finally about hour and half later and finally someone accepted our call. We explained our situation and she said will call us back for detail and never call back. We finally arrived and called the hotel again and they tried to connect us to room service and no one answer. We left the message and never called back. So I still don't know what happen to my pillow. I believed the service is very marginal and I expected Radisson Hotel is do better than that. One more thing is you can hear the next room conversation and seems like the noise isolation is not good at all. I can hear both side of the room. I don't expected the 4/5 stars hotel will have this type of issue.

1. great location - close to restaurants and shopping 2. lighting in room was a little dim 3. check out took longer than necessary since the check out person was busy typing on his phone and did not see me waiting at the front desk. 4. check in counter person was super nice

The new train line picks up across the street and goes downtown. Free internet, free shuttle to/from the airport, nicely decorated contemporary rooms, comfortable beds and nice bedding, good blackout drapes. Exceeded my expectations for a layover stay.

Lots of food in the surrounding area if you love authentic HongKong foods and little shop. This is the place to be, loved the hotel, wifi, compl breakfast, and other amenities. Highly recommend!

Our travel agent had booked us at a nearby 2-star hotel, but for the same price, we upgraded to this nicer hotel through hotels.com.

A very pleasant place to stay. This hotel was like a luxury hotel. Nice sheets, robes, good food choices close. I will definitely plan to stay here again if I am in the Vancouver Airport Area.

Parking was not as much of a hassle as I had expected. Parking is limited, but there is a parking garage nearby where you can park for free. Breakfast was not included in our hotel stay, which was a disappointment. Staff was rather cold in my opinion. But all my complaints with the hotel are pretty minor. Overall, it was a good stay

The hotel was wonderful EXCEPT the visitors for the long holiday. They came and went late at night (early in the morning) and made it difficult to sleep. When I complained about the noise, the hotel took immediate action and called or visited loud guests and requested that they quiet down (which they did).

Doors tended to slam when released, which woke me up every time anyone nearby came and went during the wee hours. The room was very comfortable and the staff very nice.

The area surrounding the hotel is all Asian malls and stores with authentic snacks and lots of dining options within walking or a quick driving distance. I would definitely go back. Also in the middle of the night, I got sick and although the store downstairs was closed, the front desk person drove to the convenience store to get me medicine. That was super considerate and amazing service!!! I greatly appreciated it. One Note: although their front lot looks like a pay to park lot with the Raddison logo, there should be something saying that hotel guests do not need to pay. This was a bit confusing and I paid $9 which was not able to be refunded.

We stayed at the top floor. It was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was included in our rate. We find it difficult to find a parking space outside the hotel and we ended up parking in the parking garage which is 2 building away from the hotel. One thing need mentioning is the hotel is on the take off path of the airport. You have to keep the window shut all the time to avoid noise though.

My husband and I went to Vancouver for a day. The location is unbeatable for Chinese/Hong Kong style shopping and eating. We just parked our car at the hotel and walked to surrounding malls and eateries. It was a sunny day in Vancouver and we had a great time!

Depending on the time of day, your drive to the Radisson may take a while - you'll be driving right past the airport, which gets quite congested. Once you're there, things start looking up - the beds, at least in our room, were adjustable for firmness and very comfortable. There are a TON of Asian restaurants and stores in the area, both little mom-and-pop stores and more commercial.

We want to do an overnight day trip to Vancouver from states and decided to stay in this hotel as it is convinently located in Richmond where all the Chinese restraurants and shops are. The location of the hotel is perfect - we walk to the supermarket to grab food, and visit malls. The inside of the hotel are clean and staff are friendly. the only thing I would complain is the traffic on No. 3road towards the hotel is very crowded. It took us a while to drive a 3 mile distance. Definitely would go there again.

very easy access to airport

The hotel is located 5 minutes away from the airport by car. They provide free in door or outdoor parking. The room is pretty big and internet service is provided for free. We don't have any problem accessing internet even we are on the top floor. There is a supermarker next door and some asian restaurants in a shopping center on the opposite side of Cambie Rd. They are running a special till Dec for free breakfast buffet. The quality of the breakfast is good.

Walking distance to shoppings and resturants. Room is very clean.

Overall good service. No problems with the staff or quality of the room. Richmond is a nice city to visit with Vancouver just miles away. I would recommend this hotel.

We picked this location because we like to roam around in Richmond. It is hard to park at shopping centers near by. We just parked once at the hotel and then walked everywhere. The sleep number beds are fun to try out also. Would stay there again!

The Radisson has my undying loyalty, greatly due to their commitment to "Sleep Number" beds (Select Comfort). Great! This hotel was being updated while we were there and was kept immaculate despite the work being done. Construction occurred only during daylight hours, which was appreciated. The rooms are up-to-date as far as decor goes and well organized. The location was not the prettiest part of the city, but conveniently located right beside a tram station (under construction while we were there). The fitness facilities had everything I had hoped for and MP3 hook-ups, televisions, etc. I didn't use the pool or jacuzzi but both were available and well kept. We will return.

The hotel overall was a bit small, but it felt very comfortable. Our room felt very spacious, but it was because the table and dressers were smaller. That did not matter as there was definitely much more room. Room was also very clean and the sleep comfort bed was a nice plus.

First time I slept on a Sleep Number Bed, and it was super! The only downside was the fact that the lobby was under construction and the noise that greets you when coming down from the elevator was rather annoying...though they did mention it in their reservation online information.

The lobby was quite messy and the check-in/out time was definitely impacted, but it should be good after the renovation is done. The new room looked very nice, but I wish they had kept the fridges...

Mycket bra kvalitet på detta hotell. Tyvärr ligger det långt från downtown så finns inte mycket i omgivningen. Men plus för gratis transfer från flygplatsen!!
