we could not get good instructions on public transit. so after going out we gave up and came back to hotel. we only had 24 hours in vancouver and was hoping to see alot of the city. we also had trouble with vending machines. they were empty. my husband had to go to front desk which sent him to a market nearby, but that was aforeignstore and this presented […] a slight problem. that evening we noticed a gift shop which sold cold drinks....duh. mostly upset about public transportation. there was not anything located in this area. the hotel should offer rides for a fee to the downtown area and it would make it easier to sightsee. i would pay the fee. Arriving at Vancouver Airportat 12.45am female traveiling by myselt I made my way to the infoirmation desk as I had booked the Radisson for it's closeness to the airport and the shuttle service offered. I was advised that the shuttle would be about 15 minutes that was fine I made my way to the designated area and awaited the shuttle. I am female in […] my fifties travelling alone so after seeing several shuttle buses come and go and seeing some for the 2nd and third time I was becoming concerned. An airport employee asked if i was ok and advised me to ring the hotel on the free phone which I did. The desk clerk at the hotel advised the driver had a lot of pick ups and drop offs. At 1.45pm the shuttle arrived the driver apologised and said he had a lot of errands to do at the hotel. No good enough The hotel was fine but I would not stay at any Radisson again Mehr

The hotel was only a few minutes away from the airport. The shuttle service was prompt in picking us up and taking us back to the airport. The hotel was in a good location. There was a super market right next door and a shopping center across the street. The metro was on the corner and there were restaurants within easy walking distance. The room […] was large and looked as though it had just been redecorated. It was very comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast in the hotel dining room (not included). It was delicious and very reasonably priced. The coffee was outstanding. All of the hotel employees were very friendly. We would stay there again. Mehr

My family and I always stay at the Radisson whenever we visit Richmond because the service is great and the rooms are nicely furbished. We particularly like the comfortable sleep number beds because we can adjust them to our preferred level of firmness. We also like how Radisson is not only a clean but also a green hotel. For instance, you can choose […] whether or not to have your bed sheets and towels changed daily. The only complaint we have is with the low lighting in the bathroom. It needs to be slightly brighter to make it easier for the ladies to see themselves in the mirror when they're trying to apply their makeup. Mehr

Large well appointed room with a nice bed and bedding. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was slightly small but totally adequate. Generally, the hotel is in good shape but some of our furniture had small dings and damage. The hotel is centrally located in Richmond (new China Town). It is near many Chinese restaurants and retail. The Aberdeen […] shopping center is across the street. The Vancouver International Airport is only 10mins away. Mehr

Hotel is in a great location. Near the sea wall for running, skytrain and bus stops less than 100m away. Lots of Asian restuarants and fast food outlets nearby. We would stay here again.

This hotel is one I've stayed at twice for business, and will do it again. The beds are very comfortable and clean, and appointments are very nice. The details have not been overlooked with this hotel. Quality service, with an updated modern yet comfortable feeling is my opinion of this hotel. I do not have any suggestions to make this hotel better, […] although two things. The bathroom seems small - which was fine for me since I was travelling alone, however if my spouse had been there, it could be tight in the mornings getting ready. The other only criticism I would have is that on my first visit, light rail "air train" had not yet been completed. Now that it is completed, and there is a train stop just outside the hotel (which is nice and convenient!), the brakes on the train squeaking to a stop can be a bit distracting. The windows do a good job at shielding from the noise, but it can be heard in the rooms on that end of the hotel. Overall: A- from this very critical frequent business-hotel user. Mehr

We forgot our pillow and left in the hotel room after we check out. We called the hotel after we were on our way to Seattle. We had a hardest time to contact the hotel. No one answer the call and finally about hour and half later and finally someone accepted our call. We explained our situation and she said will call us back for detail and never call […] back. We finally arrived and called the hotel again and they tried to connect us to room service and no one answer. We left the message and never called back. So I still don't know what happen to my pillow. I believed the service is very marginal and I expected Radisson Hotel is do better than that. One more thing is you can hear the next room conversation and seems like the noise isolation is not good at all. I can hear both side of the room. I don't expected the 4/5 stars hotel will have this type of issue. Mehr

1. great location - close to restaurants and shopping 2. lighting in room was a little dim 3. check out took longer than necessary since the check out person was busy typing on his phone and did not see me waiting at the front desk. 4. check in counter person was super nice

loved the room , a little dark in the bathroom but otherwise quite comfortable

The new train line picks up across the street and goes downtown. Free internet, free shuttle to/from the airport, nicely decorated contemporary rooms, comfortable beds and nice bedding, good blackout drapes. Exceeded my expectations for a layover stay.

Lots of food in the surrounding area if you love authentic HongKong foods and little shop. This is the place to be, loved the hotel, wifi, compl breakfast, and other amenities. Highly recommend!

Our travel agent had booked us at a nearby 2-star hotel, but for the same price, we upgraded to this nicer hotel through hotels.com.

A very pleasant place to stay. This hotel was like a luxury hotel. Nice sheets, robes, good food choices close. I will definitely plan to stay here again if I am in the Vancouver Airport Area.

翌日の便が早かったので（ホテルを朝の４時発）、空港に近くて無料送迎のあるラディソンホテルに決めました。　スカイトレインの駅から見えますし、駅から歩いて１分くらいで、荷物があっても楽でした。 午後１時３０分頃着いたので、荷物だけ先に預かってもらおうと思ってましたが、すぐチェックインさせいただけました。　荷物を気にせず観光に行けて良かったです。 部屋は、このホテルでは普通サイズかと思われますが、かなり広々としていて、しかも清潔でした。　空港に近いので飛行機が時々上空を通りはしますが、数は少ないですしさほど気にはなりません。　夜は車の通りも少なく静かです。ショッピングセンターも近く、利便性はとても良いです。 空港への無料シャトルは午前４時からあり、空港までは１０分くらいかな？（早い時間なので […] 空いてたからでしょうが）しかもホテル専用のシャトルですから、空港まで寄り道ナシです。　もちろんチップは出しましたが、無料なのはとても助かります。 早い時間に発つお客さんにも、セルフですがコーヒーなどのサービスがありました。　次回もまた利用したいと思えたホテルです。 Mehr

Gostamos muito do hotel. Ele fica próximo do aeroporto de Vancouver e ao lado do skytrain e de várias lojas e shoppings. Os funcionários sempre muito educados e solicitos. O quarto era muito comfortável e a internet wireless gratis em todo o hotel foi uma mão na roda.

A somewhat dated hotel. The best thing about the place was that it was easy to get to with the Canada Line train from downtown Vancouver. The stop is just outside the hotel.

Hotel bastante conveniente. Oferece free shuttle de/para o aeroporto. Quarto com boas instalações. A cama com regulagem de colchão é ótima. O hotel fica ao lado da linha do express line que vai a downtown. Faltou apenas que o frigobar estivesse cheio. Boa opção pra quem tem rápida passagem por Vancouver e quer ficar próximo ao aeroporto.

Hotel heeft een hele gunstige locatie vlak bij de luchthaven. Service is uitstekend en de kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel.
