Hotelpersonal sehr hilfsbereit. Super Lage: direkt am Canal Grande. Nur das Frühstück sollte mehr anbieten (z. B. frisches Brot, Obst...).

Lage ist perfekt für die Erkundung der Stadt. Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Zustand des Hotels ok, Zimmer jedoch sehr klein und renovierungsbedürftig (teilweise nur kaltes Wasser, alle Ablagen im Bad kaputt oder so locker das man sie nicht benutzen konnte, Schrank sehr klein und bereits durch den Kühlschrank fast voll, etc.). Sauberkeit […] war jedoch in Ordnung und das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war "typisch italienisch", kein Brot, nur Toast zum selber toasten und verpackte Crossaints, 2 Sorten Wurst und etwas Marmelade. Sehr schön war jedoch der Blick beim Früshtück auf den Kanal, sowie der Balkon der 1. Etage - hier kann man Abends wunderbar sitzen. Fazit: wer nur zum Schlafen dort ist, keine Ansprüche an das Früshtück stellt und ein preiswertes und sauberes Hotel in guter Lage sucht ist hier richtig Mehr

Fantastische zentrale Lage am Canale Grande an der Ponte Rialto. Die beiden Zimmer mit Fenstern zum Canale Grande,und nur die kennen wir, sind richtig romantisch, jedoch relativ klein und für Reisende mit viel Gepäck etwas beengend, wer hohen Comfort erwartet, ist fehl am Platze. Für das (knappe) Frühstück ist die Eigenversorgung mit Brot und / oder […] Brötchen empfehlenswert. Wir haben dieses Hotel bereits 3x gebucht und werden es dieses Jahr nochmals für einige Tage (ausserhalb der Hauptsaison) buchen, daraus ist zu erkennen, dass wir dieses Hotel sehr schätzen. Mehr

.preisbewussten Städtereisenden Zimmer wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Sauber und ordentlich. Allerdings waren die Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung und im Bad für Kosmetika mehr als unzureichend. Die Lage des Hotel ist pefekt ... mittendrin. Von 3 Sterne hätte ich mir allerdings etwas mehr erwartet: Das Hotel ist insgesamt runtergekommen und etwas schmuddlig. Das Zimmer war sauber, hat aber komisch gerochen und war sehr klein. Das Personal am Empfang war freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden ... nichts Frisches und mit sehr sehr wenig […] Liebe serviert. Frühstückszeiten ab 8 Uhr ist ohnehin spät, aber bis das Toastbrot aufgefahren wurde war es dann 8:15 Uhr. Die Lage ist super, weil direkt im Zentrum. Per pedes und Schiff (Anlegestellen direkt vor der Nase) ist alles in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Der Balkon des Aufenthaltsraumes lädt zum Verweilen und beobachten des Canal Grande mit schönem Blick auf die Rialto-Brücke ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (z. B. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.Einzigster Nachteil, dass der Eingang in eiiner Seiten- strasse liegt und man an der Küche des Restaurant Canal Grande vorbei muss. Leider muss vor den Kellnern dieses Restaurant gewarnt werden,da sie Gäste zur Essenszeit regelrecht anmachen und sie zu gewissen Essen überreden. Sehr freundliche Rezeption. (fr. en. it kein de). Zimmer sauber aber klein. Diverse, für uns typische Italienische Mängel wie, Duschkopf verstopft, Halterungen der Dusche, fällt nächstens herunter, einzelne Birnen defekt. Sanitäre Einrichtungen (Bad) zu alt und zu klein. Zimmer zu klein. Lage auf Canale Grande aber fantastisch. Frühstück ohne frisches Brot und ohne kaltes Buffet etwas bescheiden. Ansonsten OK.

Zimmer sind sauber und klein aber es reicht. Frühstück leider erst ab 8 Uhr erhältlich aber alles da wasmann braucht. Nur 10 minuten zu fuss zum Markus Platz. Leider Wirb das Hotel mit Gratis WiFi diese aber an der Reception noch 5 Euro verlangen. Passwort ist hotelovidius :-) würde wieder kommen

Das zentral gelegende Hotel ist in der Nähe der Rialtobrücke. Das altere Haus ist leicht zu finden und hat kleine aber feine Zimmer im typisch venetischem Stil. Diese Umgebung hat sehr viele gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten und top Ristorante zu bieten. Das Morgenessen bietet nur eine kleine Auswahl. Empfehlenswert!

Super Location. Direkt bei der Rialto Brücke. Gute Restaurants in der Umgebung und nur 2 Minuten von der Schiffstation entfernt. Die Zimmer sind aber ziemlich klein und eng. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

The hotel's condition was a little bit worse than I was expecting for the ratings I had seen and the price of the hotel. But everything is more expensive in Venice, and more expensive to keep up, so I can't say it was terribly surprising. The location was great, just down the canal from the Rialto bridge. Very close to the Rialto market. The wi-fi was […] a pretty big rip-off. We had to pay 5 Euro for a wi-fi password that only worked in the common areas. So we paid 5 Euro to use wi-fi when there is a computer available anyway. The wi-fi showed up on devices in our room, but the connection was so slow I just used my 3G on my phone. Mehr

I've stayed in some really wonderful places in many parts of the US and Europe , New York, Barcelona, Niemes, Split, and Cancun to name a few. This place will stay in mind as one of my favorites! We took the cheapest room and it was the cheapest of any of the hotels I could find. As expected, the room was tiny but had the amenities including a tv. Everything worked. The best part was the location only a few steps from the main canal. I would recommend this hotel based on the value.

Fantastic location and excellent staff, who were incredibly helpful and very pleasent. Decor was in keeping with the whole Venice experience - shabby [but not too shabby] chic. Only slight downside was that our room was a tad on the 'shoebox' side, but not deal buster. This is a well kept and characterful hotel. If you prefer modern, spacious, glittering hotels, with restaurant and bars, this is not for you (though bars and plenty of trattoria are just round the corner). This hotel had the best views on the Grand canal from the terraces. The rooms were descent. The only downside was that it was a hike from the train station We walked - bad idea (take a water bus it's only 2 stops). The Hotel was great, GREAT location - close to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Sq.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely great. We definitely received great customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. On our day of departure we were able to use the shower facilities and hotel lounge area. This was brilliant as we had a late evening flight. Great location, overpriced, breakfast shocking and not worth payin for. Toilet flush kept running, television very very old and small, air conditioning you can not control you have to ask person in reception to adjust, turn on, off etc.

The location of this hotel was very conveniently located almost next to the Rialto Bridge where it was very easy to access vaporetto's (water bus), water taxis, gondolas, restaurants, and shopping. The room (triple) was quite tight with a cot squeezed in for my son but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Although the room had no view, the […] hotel did have a nice little balcony overlooking the Grand Canal and the Rialto where we could relax with a glass of wine and watch the world go by at night. The only thing that was a little awkward was that we were required to return the room key (no scan cards) to the front desk everytime we left the hotel and pick it up when we returned. Very disappointing! Our room was VERY DIRTY, stained carpet, chipped paint, light fixtures were bent and falling off the walls. The toilet seat was not fastened well and moved whenever anyone sat on it. Mold and water marks on the ceiling. We asked for a water view and got a view of a dark alley. The lift was not working and had to lug our luggage up […] three flights of stairs. Stairway and reception was dark and dingy. I felt like crying. On a more positive note, it was in a great location and the views from the breakfast room and sitting room were outstanding of the Grand Canal. Pros: - Great cleaning bedroom with Superb Venetian-style decoration - Room is equiped with Minibar & Small fridge, Venetian-style cupboard with cloth hangers & safe box - Big cleaning bathroom / toilet with Bidet (please google if you don't know what it is) - Jacuzzi bathtub and hair-dryer inside your bathroom. - Fantastic Location: very close to […] the Rialto Bridge (but not noisy), which is in the middle of Venezia, many choices of restaurants. - Breakfast: A proper Continental Breakfast with choices of cereal and yogurt, with salami and ham - Services are friendly and faithfully wonderful; no additional hidden charge (except the City Tax that you are supposed to pay) - You are allowed to leave luggage there; though, you've already checked out. Cons: - Breakfast: Continental Breakfast, so NO Salad and Hot food. - No shower curtain for the bathtub (leading to flooding floor when showering) - For our room, which is not on the Grand Canal side, windows are not supposed to be opened; however, the Air-conditioning unit in the room is very useful. - Our TV / remote control do not work properly; though, we did not ask for help because we're in Venice, which is not the time for watching TV. Love the location. This was our second stay here. First time we accidentally picked this hotel. Second time we KNEW this was where we wanted to be. Staff friendly great breakfast. Hopefully there will be a third stay!Beds are a little too firm, but this is a minor detail since we were worn out sightseeing.

I wanted to surprise her when she got to Venice give her place to stay in the center of action with a feeling of safety and comfort. She emailed me it was perfect! Fantastic location and a true Ventian hotel, steeped in history. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean with good quality snow white linen. The air conditioning was very efficient which was fantastic, as it was very hot during our stay. A modern bathroom with super shower and whirl pool bath and complimentary toileteries. The breakfast was simple […] but more than adequate. The staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Verdict: Super stay for a 3* hotel in an ideal location for seeing the magical sights of Venice. Excellent value for money and flying with a proper airline made this a memorable trip! This hotel is Venice. It was quaint, very well maintained, our room looked very newly renovated. Breakfast was a little weak, but the location and the room itself were very pleasing. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating.
