Das Hotel entsprach allen vorabgelesenen Bewertungen.

Bin tättig in der Kreuzfahrthotelerie und daher kann ich das sehr objektiv beurteilen: -Sehr freundlich, kompetent und profesionell, Hut ab...sehr sehr GUT !!!

Das kleine, aber feine Hotel Colombina liegt sehr zentral - 2 min vom Markusplatz.

The hotel is in a great location, with all the sights and great restaurants located nearby. The staff were very friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. We had a room looking over a canal which added to the fun of being in Venice.

This hotel worked very well for us. We had plenty of elbow room in a three bedded room, a good bathroom and masses of storage space. We were v near the lift but the fabric of the hotel was so solid I did not hear it once. The staff in all areas were extremely pleasant. One downside, I find it irritating whe I am asked to pay for wifi these days, there […] was an hour free but then charges for blocks if three hours. We took the train from Rome to Venice and my husband and I both had two pieces of luggage each, since we were on a 21 day honeymoon. So once we arrived to the main station in Venice a taxi boat to our hotel was 70Euros!! It's was insane! So we took a ferry to San Marco Square and then followed the map provided on the website and ended up lugging our […] furniture up steps on the bridges, it was so tiring and since it was 9:30pm. But later we found out there was a way to get to the hotel without taking any stairs!! (that's through San Marcos square). But if you have the funds, take the taxi boat! Hotel was clean, nice tucked away location. Staff was friendly. Room was what we expected smaller but tidy. Bed was not the most comfortable, had some restless sleeps. The hotel turned off the AC, due to cooler weather outside. But a little room with hardly even fresh air from the window needed AC at night. We were super hot and uncomfortable sleeping. Breakfast buffet was decent. Friendly waitress. Overall location was great, in the middle of Rialto bridge and San Marco square and the shopping and restaurants. Beware of taxi cabs to the airport, even though it cost us 100 Euros, it was better than the ferry that took triple the time. Our taxi driver asked for 120 Euros, make sure you ask before you take the taxi, luckily Marco (manager i think of Columbina) Helped us out and made sure it was only 100 Euros. Mehr

Outstanding location. Water taxi directly to front door. Staff very accommodating when dealing with lost luggage and with dinner recommendations. Very intimate atmosphere, fabulous decor. One downside is beds were very hard, not firm just hard. Although found this to be the case in rimini and lake como as well.

Very good but room in the annex was very small.

Second time we have stayed here - beautiful boutique hotel so close to San Marco. Easy access to everything. Make sure you get the rooms in the main hotel not the annex.

My mother and I stayed here for our first trip to Venice. It was also our first trip to Italy and our first stop of a 10 day vacation. We cannot say enough about the staff and the location! Everyone was so accommodating, and the hotel was in the perfect location. We could walk any where in just a few short minutes. As Americans, we did not have a clue […] about what to do or where to go, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, but it was not on the terrace, as you may believe from the pictures on the site. If you want a gondola ride, ask for a group rate, as it is cheaper. Our stay at the Colombina June 5th-7th was delightful. A small beautiful hotel with all the modern amenities but old world charm. Greal location, Great friendly staff, large beds, I would definately stay here again.....just a 2 minute walk to St. Marks square with some lovely restaurants on every corner.......a 10 minute walk to the famous Rialto Bridge....seriously, […] it doesn't get any better. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were extremely helpful with good suggestions. The room was nice and quiet and the hotel is a stones throw from St Marks square. The only negative was the shower, I am a rugby player with broad shoulders and barely fit in the small shower, so larger people beware. I managed though and it didn't spoil the overall visit. […] The continental breakfast was pretty standard but they have various rooms spread out over the hotel so it made for a more intimate setting. It was also nice to get picked up from the private water taxi from the waters edge as the hotel had a waterside entrance. We did like the hotel as it was perfect for our first Venice trip as location central. The hotel is good but only after negotiation did we get a room of decent size. The staff were accommodating. Breakfast was good and plenty with the room for breakfast a delight. We paid for an upgrade to a room over canal and although other reports said this was noisy […] we did not find it so. Apart from it's fantastic location only 2 minutes from St Mark's square, the hotel stands on the canal behind the Doge's Palace where the Bridge of Sighs is located. You feel steeped in the history of Venice staying here. Our room was spotless and beautiful, overlooking the bridge and the canal. The gondoliers shouting good morning to each other was […] our wake-up call each day. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast (continental) a very good one with a good and fresh selection of everything you would want. We've stayed at this hotel for the past three years and it's beauty never palls. I'd recommend this hotel (and have done) to anyone! Mehr

This hotel located in very good location. Hotel staff was good but weak on concierge services. I recommend this hotel for touristic purposes. We stayed at March and wheather was perfect and we neither used heating nor cooling...

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Style is a bit old-fashioned but everything is up to specification and well-maintained. Standard double room perhaps a bit small but the bathroom was very generous and beautifully equipped. Very quiet. Buffet breakfast was ok but the serving/eating area is a bit cramped.

An easy location - just blocks from the San Marc square. Room was large for an European hotel and well cared for. We had a quiet room in the back. Breakfast was beautiful - classic setting with special coffee and full range of food items. We could walk to everything and enjoyed our days there - we will return!

Please do not upgrade to the canal view if you plan to stay here. The hotel was in a great location however when we checked in we got a room on the first level that looked like someone's 70's basement den. I'm typically easy to please. In fact I was very happy with all the other hotels my husband and I stayed at during our Italy vacation. However, we […] thought we'd splurge at this particular location to have the views that are shown on the site. It was on the first floor so we couldn't really open the windors because people could see into our room easily as they walked across the nearby bridge. Also, because we were close to the water and there were NO screen windows, when the cleaning people came they would open the windows and knats, mosquitos, etc would fly in and it would smell like dirty water. The towels were never dry and typically I try to be green and keep the old towels, but I placed them on the floor and the cleaning people placed them back. I could tell because they were still wet. That said, the location couldn't have been better, we were steps away from St. Marco square. Mehr

Hæderlig morgenmad, og godt værelse til prisen!

Nydelig og delikat hotell beliggende i en liten gate like ved Markus-plassen. Lekkert rom og god frokost.

Este hotel ha sido maravilloso. Nos ha encantado la situcación y el servicio que nos han prestado. Creo que dentro de Venecia es uno de los mejores hoteles en relación calidad-precio.

Ett bra hotell med fantastiskt centralt läge. Lugnt läge, dirket vid kanal. Trevlig personal. Ganska små rum och ett litet men fräscht badrum.

대체로 만족하지만, 대부분의 유럽 관광지 호텔처럼 객실이 좁습니다. 조식 메뉴가 괜찮았고, 주변 관광 하는데 편리했습니다. 호텔 주변에 한국인이 많이 찾는 중국식당 있습니다.

Existen muchos otros hoteles y mejores. La ubicación no es mala pero no vale la pena. La forma en la que nos trataron parecía que nos estaban haciendo un favor: Cuando llegamos no nos quisieron explicar como llegar al hotel sin utilizar un taxi. Nos dijeron utilicen un taxi (85 Euros por 15 minutos de viaje), la siguiente fue que no nos limpiaron el […] hotel, durante el desayuno nos sirvieron un solo café y no se volvieron a aparecer para ver si se nos ofrecía algo. Hay otros hoteles mejores en la zona y mejor cuidados. NO se dejen estafar. Parecía que nos estaban haciendo un favor. Cuando me queje me dijeron: ¡¡¡¡¡No limpiamos su cuarto porque usted no dejo su llave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No bueno si de pretextos se trata. Me queje pero ni siquiera hicieron nada y nos dejaron la habitación sin arreglar. Pésimo servicio. Mehr

Vi hadde en flott uke på dette hotelet, og fikk god service i gofhrold til anbefalinger av transport, gondoler og taxibåter. Gondolen henter deg på hotelltrappen og tar deg rundt i små kanaler og ut i Grand kanal. Bra service og en spesielt god frokost !

駅からホテルまで水上タクシーで、ホテルのレセプションのすぐ側につけてくれます。スタッフの方をあまり見なかったですが、みなさんにこやかでした。 私たちが泊まった部屋が屋根裏部屋みたいで、なんとなく天井が低い気がしました。他の部屋もなんとなく薄暗い感じでしたが、清潔です。朝ごはんは期待しないほうがいいです。 場所は分かりやすく便利でした。

El desayuno es algo escaso y sin imaginacion, por lo que recomiendo, dada su inmejorable situación el hacerlo por los alrededores. La habitación 101 con el suelo en diferentes niveles dificulta algo el movimiento por el, sobre todo por la noche. El staff de recepción cumplidor pero poco amable. Très agréable séjour dans un hôtel magnifique, très bien situé et surout avec un personnel très disponible et serviable. Ne changez rien.

Agréable séjour hotel à 5minutes même pas de la place saint marc personnel très gentil avec proposition d'excursions(dont certaines gratuites) petit déjeuner très bon et varié j'y retournerai!

Chambres de confort et de charme très inégaux! La notre sous les toits pleine de charme mais très basse de plafond (attention les grands!)et celle de nos amis petite et sans aucun attrait ! Bon petit déjeuner , service de qualité et situation exceptionnelle

L'hotel est superbement placé mais je m'attendais à plus pour un 4*, notamment la douche qui souffrait d'un manque de pression!
