Great downtown hotel, directly at Robson street, nice and comfortable hotel, room looked quite new and was very clean. However the rate was high and parking fee was 17 CAD per day.

Schönes Hotel, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wenn wir Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen wollten und nach Verbindungen fragten, sind wir mit dem Hotelbus chauffiert worden. Schönes Zimmer, super Betten sowie grosser Flat tv, Kaffekocher Kaffepulver und Teebeutel vorhanden, Kühlschrank, jeden Tag Zeitung sowie pro Person eine 3 dl Flasche Wasser. Gutes Frühstück […] - frische Früchte, Joghurt, Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Marmelade, Ahornsirup, Kornflakes, Rühreier,Eier, Würstchen, kleine Hamburger, Waffeln zum selber machen, Toast, Kringel, Muffins,Kuchen usw. I totally enjoyed my stay. My only complaint was the check out time of 11:00 am. I finished the SunRun and met my run group inside BC Place so returned to the hotel at approximately 10:50 to have a shower and received a call from the front desk that I was past my time. I now know for next time to request a late check out time as 11:00 just wasn't d […] oable. Mehr

One of the best Hampton Inn hotels I have stayed at, great gym and spa at the last floor with beautiful view at the stadium. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Van.

Our family was impressed with room cleanliness and spaciousness. Availability of microwave and coffee maker a plus. Wonderful hot and cold food selection and service (especially by Leah) in the breakfast room (the regular breakfast area was being renovated during our stay). We showed up on Christmas day just to have a quick three day weekend and Susan hooked us up with a free upgrade and gave us a great christmas present. Everyone there over the next few days, was great with information and the hotel was very clean and nice. I would stay there again and again!!!

Perfect stay for travellers attending events at BC Place or Rogers Arena. Easy to get to. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Excellent value for money.....good service, good breakfast, well-maintained hotel and rooms. The front desk was helpful at all times, and arranged an early check-in. The only problem was the noisy car ramp from the hotel next door, but not a major problem.

Way over-priced for the quality. The hallways looked run down. Our room 406 reaked of smoke in a non-smoking hotel. Cardboard cups were supplied in the room, no glasses. really!!

I have to say their portions for breakfast were huge! A lot of waste we thought. But they were very polite and helpful when my friend (who is on a special diet) asked if they could bring her hot water to mix with a special breakfast meal and they were very accommodating. We had 2 meals in dining room and the wait staff was excellent.

The complimentary breakfast had a very good selection containing both hot and cold items. The only negative we encountered was that the front desk personnel, although helpful, were not very friendly or welcoming.

The suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen & a full size fridge. This is nice for someone who enjoys cooking. My room faces the back of the hotel - not a vey pleasant view. Nor is the view from the front - it is blocked by the imposing stadium. The hotel shuttle only provide drop off service; none for pick up. This has to be booked in advance. If […] you rely on public transport, the skytrain is 3 blocks from the hotel. Bus service is rather infrequent. Parking at the hotel is a hefty CAD19/day + 12% tax. Mehr

The hotel fulfilled all our expectations, and beyond. We actually started on the wrong foot by arriving at 10 pm, a day earlier than expected, with the hotel fully booked. The gentleman at the front desk spent well over half an hour searching the city for a hotel that can accommodate all four of us. The location is very good, and most places of interest are accessible by foot, bus or the hotel's complimentary shuttle. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was very satisfying, and the gym and hot-tub provided a pleasant way to relax at the end the day. The staff at the front desk always went out of their way to assist with travelling recommendations and any other help required, always with a smile and a lot of patience. We would certainly consider returning to this hotel on our next visit to Vancouver. Mehr

Location is good if you can walk a number of blocks. Hotel needs to ensure at least two elevators working well if your room is in the high floors. Underground garage with two gates is great. Bathroom was brand new. Breakfast was average. Overall it is fine.

Great! Room was wonderful. Bottle water in rooms to use without a charge. Wonderful staff.

Great location. Front desk was very helpful. Shuttle service to the cruise ship was excellent.

The Hampton Inn was a great choice to stay in Vancouver - the rooms were clean, a great staff, a good breakfast, helpful desk clerks, close to the waterfront...was a $40 cab ride to the airport...but if I am ever back there - I would book them again!

I have stayed at a lot of hotels and The Hampton has the best free self serve breakfast bar I have ever seen. You can even make your own waffle! Lots of food choices, hot and cold. Great location - a few minutes walk to Rogers Arena. Go Cancuks Go!

This hotel was walking distance to many places!!!

You get a decent-sized, clean, well-appointed room with a very comfortable bed, lots of pillows, free wi-fi, good TV, quiet heat, and a good shower. The chek-in is quick and efficient, as is the check-out. The buffet breakfast is ample and varied, with good coffee. The location is absolutely unbeatable if you're attending a hockey game or other event […] at Rogers Arena or BC Place. The automated airline check-in kiosk in the lobby is great for printing your boarding pass at your leisure, speeding you up at the airport. The only downside is that you have to pay for parking. This Hotel is close to a lot of amenities. Walking distance to Rogers arena, BC Place stadium, Vancouver public library, and all the shopping of Robson Street. Our room had a great view looking up Robson. The hotel was centrally located with easy access to modes of transportation. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was pretty busy, but I was able to get all I needed. I really appreciated being able to book a ride from the hotel to Stanley Park using the hotel's shuttle bus.

They were overbooked so they sent us next door to the 4 STAR Georgian Court for the same price. It was fabulous.

great location, clean, quiet especially compared to other hotels I've stayed in downtown. make sure you check out the restaurants in Yaletown- a 5 minute walk I will be staying here from now on...

On early arrival and planning to just leave my bags until I could check in later, the hotel was graciously able to accommodate an early (very early - 9 am) check in here after disembarking from a cruise ship. The arrangements were exactly as agreed upon - 2 beds and check in was prompt and efficient. Hotel front desk was also able to provide plenty […] of information about tourist attractions, tourist and city buses to Stanley Park, and gave us discount tickets to our planned sites. The room was very nice. Simple, but very comfortable with a good sized flat screen TV and two comfy queen beds with nice linens and light colored wooden furniture. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained, so I felt very much at home here. One nice touch was that I found an umbrella in the closet. I didn't notice it when I initially checked in and made do with my little portable for 2 people in a heavy rain. Since it seems to rain a lot in Vancouver, this is a very thoughtful addition. Breakfast is served from 6 am and I heard from other guests that it was good, but I had to leave before then for an early flight. The hotel had packed "Grab and Go" breakfasts consisting of a muffin, bottle of water, snack bar and an apple, which I did take and appreciated. All in all a great experience. I wish all hotels were as courteous, efficient and provided as pleasant an experience. Mehr

We (two adults, two teens) spent 9 nights in the Vancouver area (2 in Whistler, 2 in Tofino, 5 in Vancouver). While in Vancouver we enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn--clean and comfy, hotel staff very friendly and informative regarding the local sites, offers free shuttle service to some sites (such as Stanley Park), appears to have bikes for use/rent, […] great included breakfast (nice, as we'd pay $40+ for the four of us if we bought it ourselves), washers on the 16th floor also a major plus, ping pong table, too. Also on the 16th is roof access where one could picnic, and a jacuzzi. Downsides: the gym equipment is poor, no big pool for swimming, a bit far (10 min) from the Canada Line that you might take to the airport. Mehr

Generally I love Hampton Inns - very consistent, reliable, great beds & easy/good breakfasts. Hampton Inn in Downtown Vancouver met all of my expectations except as to breakfast. Did not have enough food - replenishment was slow & when it finally arrived, the omelets were dry and room temperature. Juices ran out. Waffle batter ran out and was never […] replenished. Tables not bussed. Pretty dreadful experience. The next morning we ate elsewhere, even though a "hot" breakfast is included in the room rate. The guests who ate dry cereal were the smart ones. Mehr

We arrived at at 11am from our cruise ship, not expecting our room to be ready but it was. We had a lovely large, quiet room on the 15th floor with a very comfortable bed and selection of pillows. There was a large flatscreen TV, iron and ironing board and a good selection of toiletries in the bathroom. Anything one had forgotten could be requested […] from reception (complimentary.) A buffet breakfast was included in the price of the room, a complimentary newspaper and also free hot drinks at any time of the day or night. We also had a small kitchen with fridge and dishes etc in the room. There was a good selection for breakfast with even a waffle making machine. On the top floor there was a self service laundry, a small gym and a patio. On the ground floor there was a lovely restaurant (reasonable prices) with excellent food and service. We ate there for three nights as it was so good and convenient. The hotel was conveniently situated for touring Vancouver. There was even an airline checkin machine in the foyer, along with a screen showing all the flights and times of flights on a daily basis. The location is across from BC Stadium and at the end of one of downtown's busy shopping streets. We had a lovely corner room on an upper floor, which was quite comfortable and quiet. A rooftop gym, including a jacuzzi, had a limited amount of equipment was clean. There was access to outdoor balcony and seating with views of the city. A self-serve breakfast, […] included in the hotel cost, was plentiful (eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, fresh fruit, sweet rolls, cereal, etc.) and convenient. Erityispisteet: kahvia ja teetä tarjolla koko päivän. Gluteeniton ruokavalio huomioitiin, gluteenitonta leipää jäätiin kaipaamaan. Jääkaappi huoneessa erittäin tarpeelinen ja mukavuustasoa kohottava. Kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin onnistunut hotellikäynti.

lo recomiendo mucho, esta enfrente del casino y a una cuadra para tomar el paseo en las lanchitas,a cuatro cuadras caminando al pacific center,,y a seis a ver el puerto de salidas de los ferries,el hotel tiene desayuno exelente y lo cambian todos los dias,y esta incluido,,lo recomiendo , y claro q volveria a hospedarme ahi, gracias

Siamo una famiglia di due adulti e due ragazzi. Il nostro soggiorno è durato tre g.g.. La stanza era confortevole, pulita e silenziosa. Davvero buona la zona fitness con macchine di buon livello e l'idromassaggio, posta all'ultimo piano dell'edificio. Soltanto la prima colazione, compresa nel prezzo, comunque più che sufficiente, potrebbe essere migliorabile […] in termini di varietà dei prodotti offerti. Mehr
