Four Points by Sheraton Tucson Airport - Tucson

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens und war damit genau passend für mich. Ich bin nur eine Nacht geblieben und früh morgens abgereist.

Definitely a more budget experience than the nicer Sheraton hotels I've stayed at, which was fine for my needs. I stayed for 3 days for a business trip and it was extremely conveniently located near the office and to the airport, literally a few minutes drive to both. However, some cons were the air traffic noise from the military base nearby - they […] were doing maneuvers and it was extremely loud. I called the front desk thinking it was the airport and they assured me it was not the airport. Thankfully, I had earplugs with me. The room was nice, but I wouldn't say very nice. The carpet was old and wrinkled in places and the room itself smelled very strongly of bug spray. The bed was GREAT - clean, fluffy, very comfortable. This hotel is more like a Best Western or Holiday Inn, where you park near your building and use the stairs to the second floor or the elevator on the other end. The restaurant was surprisingly good - the filet mignon was divine - tender, well seasoned. The surrounding area is definitely industrial - there is absolutely nothing to recommend it except for the convenience to the office and to the airport. Overall, good stay. Mehr

The only negative about our stay was they were redoing the parking lot and parking was hard to find. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was superb! Highly recommend!

Great location near the airport and office. The staff (restaurant, bar, front desk, shuttle driver) are the best and very attentive. I stay here a lot and at times when I have to stay somewhere else because the facility is full, it is a delight to come back. The quality and service at this hotel is so poor that I would not be able to recommend this hotel at all. Our staff was greeted with horrible check in service and had to request the manager. Staff through out the hotel were surly and disrespectful. A completely poor experience in a very nice setting.

The hotel was nice, but for the amount I paid certainly was not worth the price. I stayed on the first floor, and you could hear the guests above walking very loudly. The walls were very thin, and you could hear everything outside and next door. Trying to do work was very difficult with the loud walking above me. The neighborhood was also not very good […] and very dark. I expected more from such a good hotel. Mehr

I had an inconvenience with Hotels.com but the people in front desk were able to help me without many questions. Everybody was nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and I loved the bed and pillows.

We had a great time! Family and pet friendly. We took advantage of the heated pool and breakfast. The breakfast was well worth the additional $5.00 we paid. We had made to order omelets, toast, fresh waffles and more and the service in the breakfast area was really good they were very attentive.

Was staying at another hotel that we had stayed at before but it had gone seriously down hill and was completely unacceptable once we arrived at 11pm. Had no internet to boot. Called Hotels.com to get me out and they suggested this hotel. Not many hotels to choose from as this was during the Gem & Mineral Shows. Totally delighted with it and even got […] the wonderful full buffet breakfast for only an extra $5 per day. Absolutely wonderful and the location turned out great since it was so close to the interstate. Didn't hear any planes, so that was REALLY good! Will definitely stay there again! This hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The beds very very comfortable to sleep in. Also the price for the room was very reasonable. Best of all was the breakfast which had really good food to eat.

Great rooms, wonderful restaurant with great prices and friendly staff.

We stayed with our 10 month old son -- breakfast was GREAT with a very nice selection, pool was WARM, clean and nicely accessible. Staff was very courteous and accomodating to us and our needs with baby. We'll stay there again when in Tucson.

I was very ill when I checked into the hotel and lets just say the comfort of the bed was magnificent and immediately fell asleep. I can't make comments about anything else because of being ill. But my husband and I have stayed here before because of its comfort, amenities, and proximity to the airport.

We were extremely happy that the hotel was almost walking distance from the airport since we arrived after midnight.The beds were very comfortable and the lobby coffee was great the next morning. We stayed three nights and the room was very comfortable and clean. The beds were awesome!!! Very quiet even if by the airport. Nice room for the money. Would stay again.

Our stay was very nice. The staff was very friendly and professional. Great choice at the breakfast buffet, freshly cooked. Small but very nice Pool and Hottube.

We enjoyed ourselves here. The restaurant was great and not overpriced. The people were great, and a quality room.

I have stayed at every single hotel around the Tucson Airport. This hotel has the feel of a motel 6 but prices along the same lines as the Hampton and Hyatt. It wasn't particularly bad, just expensive for a cheap hotel. For a lower price you can stay at the Hampton which is much nicer. Even still I prefer the Hyatt Place, a bit more expensive but the […] nicest among all the 7 or so hotels right at the airport. Mehr

Pretty much what you expect from this hotel, quiet, comfortable, large TV, wireless internet. There's not much going on near the airport, but it's convenient for flying in and out. The casino isn't very far. Checkout at 12 noon was helpful as I had a morning appointment. Flights get a bit noisy after 8 a.m.

Thumbs up especially for the buffet breakfast. And the service at the front desk was very good.

Hotels.com indicates complimentary breakfast, but we have to pay for ours. Bed is soft, and room in need of an upgrade.

While the hotel grounds and lobby are beautiful, my room had no toiletries, no iron, no closet with hangers, no blowdryer. As a business traveler who stays in Holiday Inn Express and Marrriott hotels most often, I was shocked and completely inconvenienced. If I hadn't prepaid on Hotels.com I would have left. The bathroom was barely big enough to open […] the door past the toilet. The only modern aspect was the flat screen, and when I arrived at my room it was about 85 degrees. The front desk attendant was nice but couldn't even tell me where a McDonald's was, or any place to eat. My GPS was more knowledgeable. Mehr

I had a wonderful nights rest, The beds are very soft. The room was clean, Close to the airport, but you couldn't tell. No noise. Everything I was looking for.

This hotel is luxurious, the beds are spectacular. Talk about a Heavenly Bed, the Westin has nothing on these. Down pillows, down comforters, all in pure white. Thick wonderful mattresses. We were totally satisfied. Coffee, refrigerator, microwave in the room. Big flat screen TV. 12 miles from U of A campus where we were going. But totally convenient […] for the airport. Definitely would choose this hotel again and again. Just need better directions to U of A campus next time. Mehr

I really enjoyed my stay. The customer service was excellent. Great location and close to the airport. I would highly recommend The Four Points by Sheraton Tucson Airport.

Since I've live Tucson, I didn't have any reason to stay a hotel. Before moving, I stayed one night at this hotel because this is close to the airport. It's really clean and nice hotel. And not expensive. Even though it take only five minutes to the airport, this hotel provides shuttle service. Very nice!

The Four Points is beautiful. My room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was immaculate. I ate at the hotel restaurant one night and the food was delicious, although a little on the expensive side - over thirty dollars (including tip) for myself. But the food was so good, I did not mind the expense. The hotel itself was quite inexpensive. […] I would have expected such a fancy hotel to cost more. Maybe at other times of the year it is more expensive, but in August I paid under $100 a night. My only complaint - and it is a very minor one - was that I had to go to a hotel across the street to do laundry; the Four Points does not have guest laundry facilities. The other hotel is owned by the same company and they allowed me to use their laundry room. I would recommend the Four Points to anyone travelling to the Tucson area. Mehr

The hotel was convenient to the airport. The staff was efficient and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable--I would stay there again.

The location to the airport is great. The resturant is on the expensive side & limited as to amount of items on the menu. Employees are knowledgeable & helpfull. There is not a lot around the airport accept for other hotels & parking areas. i.e. no stores or things to go visit unless you take a drive into Tucson.

Beautiful view, Great location, Super service. We loved the room and everyone was so friendly. My family will be stayiing here every year we visit.

The staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. Hotel was very clean and quiet considering it was right next to the airport.

Nice place to stay. We checked in late (after mid-night) without any problem. 24hr front desk is great when on a long trip.

This hotel was picked because of the convenience for catching a very early morning flight and I was surprised by how friendly the staff, how good the dining and how comfortable the room. I couldn't have been more satisified unless they had covered parking and reasonable rates for storing your car while out of town.
