Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer im Club Level gebucht, viele Extras waren inklisive (Club Raum, Snacks, kostenloses Wasser, viele Vergünstigungen, kostenloser Flughafen-Shuttlebus). Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick auf die Stadt fantastisch, zum Spazieren und Joggen ideal).

wer etwas in der Nähe des Flughafens sucht - zu Fuss 10 Minuten - kostenloser Shuttle - ist gut bedient; Kehrseite der Medaille: das Zentrum ist ca. 4 km entfernt. Da auch sonst keine Geschäfte in der Nähe sind, ist man ggf. auf die überteuerten Food & Beverage Angebote des Sheraton angewiesen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Ein sehr hübsches Zimmer. Beim Einchecken ein sehr netter, freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst. Nur die tägliche Parkgebühr von 22 $ ist viel, aber leider in San Diego wohl ganz normal.

Dieses Hotel war ein voller Reinfall!!! Die Umgebung ist sehr, sehr laut. Zimmer im hinteren Bereich gehen in Richtung Airport, Zimmer im vorderen Bereich gehen in Richtung Militärflughafen. An einigen Tagen kreisten die Militärhelikopter bis nach Mitternacht über das Hotel, es war nicht möglich zu schlafen. Um in die Stadt zu kommen, ist man auf den […] Airport-Shuttle-Bus angewiesen. Mit diesem fährt man vom Hotel zum Airport und steigt dort auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, also Busse um. Die Shuttle-Busse verkehren sehr unregelmäßig. Hab an manchen Tagen eineinhalb Stunden in die Stadt gebraucht. Die Shuttle-Busfahrer sind zum Teil sehr unfreundlich. Ich kann von diesem Hotel nur abraten- Finger weg !!!!!!!! Mehr

es hat alles wunderbar gepasst, empfehlenswertes Frühstücksbuffet, Aussicht, Umgebung, freundliche Menschen

Das Hotel war in jeder Hinsicht super. Wir würden sofort wieder dorthin zurückkehren. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Downtown San Diego und der Flughafen liegt ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einfach grossartig.

Das Hotel liegt an der Marina, in der Nähe des Flughafens. Das Zimmer entsprach unseren Vorstellungen und war immer sauber. Bei einer persönlichen Frage erhielten wir durch die Concierge wertvolle Hilfe.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Preis- & Leistungsverhältnis stimmen. Positiv - tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen, schöne Zimmer, 2 grosse Pools ideal auch mit Kindern, mit dem Auto sehr schnell im Seaworld, Downtown, old Town usw., nettes & hilfsbereites Personal. Beautiful lobby....great views from balcony. Room...adequate...no really comfortable chair....scratchy towels....very weak pressure in the shower

We got the.club room and although its the same size as a regular room, its classy with a nice view and balcony. Also the perks of the club level are nice with complimentary appetizers and breakfast.

We live in San Diego but came here to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the experience was great. Our suite was on the top floor with incredibly views of the skyline. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they accomodated our dog very well. The Club Access was great as well. We didn't go to the evening selection, but took advantage of it for breakfast […] in the morning which was nice. All around an excellent, easy, smooth stay, and definitely a place I would recommend! The Sheraton near SAN provides a nice play to rest for short trips in the area. While there are not many restaurants/services in the surrounding area, the hotel provides several options including a gift shop and two restaurants with overpriced, but decent food. The breakfast buffet - while limited in choices - had a nice sampling of fresh fruit. We […] enjoyed playing ping-pong in the recreation area and found the pool and hot tub to be a perfect end to the day. We also enjoyed our time by the fire pit, finding it especially satisfying after a dip. The room itself was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Service was excellent and the free shuttle bus to the airport prompt and convenient. Stay here for short trips and when you need a good base for jumping off into the San Diego area. Mehr

We only spent one night, but it was a very enjoyable stay. We loved being so close to the water and having such a wonderful view. Very comfortable and a nice location.

We booked at the last minute for a December 23rd overnight. The price was way cheap, didn't ask for an ocean view but got it anyway, and the view was just right to see planes landing and all of downtown San Diego lit up at night. It's a short drive to the Gaslight District (Old Town). Only blemish for the hotel is that half of the self-parking (a right […] turn as you drive in, so turn left instead) is unpaved, making it difficult to drag wheeled suitcases over packed dirt. There is nothing better than to get to your destination after a long drive and get a big friendly smile and a warm welcome. The ladies at the front desk made my stay great, after checking in I just felt that I was welcomed there. I have been to this property several times and the upkeep is great. Thanks

Was only in SD for a night, needed a spot near the airport. There is a shuttle that runs back and forth every 20 minutes or so, it was very convenient. Bed was comfortable however they charge for wifi.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in and the view of harbor from our room was wonderful. Shuttles to the airport ran every 15 minutes. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was comfortable. Could hear the noise from the airplanes taking off and landing at San Diego Airport. We had NO hot water for our showers. Water was luke warm.

We'd been traveling for about 10 hours when we got delayed in Chicago. Our plane would not arrive until 1:40 PST-long after our ride would be gone. We booked this hotel at O'Hare. It was right across from the San Diego airport but could have been miles away. It was lovely, quiet and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep and breakfast overlooking […] the bay. This hotel was very nice, however, the lack of parking and parking fees changed my experience dramatically. The service was sub-par at best too. It had its high-notes but it was far from a complete experience.

The lady who checked me in was really rude and had a ton of attitude. My room was DISGUSTING. The toilet and bed sheets had someones hair all over it and the bed sheets were stained. The water in the shower barely came out. The room smelled old and dirty. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

The Japanese tourists were still on Japan time I think... they were very loud and the first time we've ever had to call the desk to take care of it so we could sleep. The walls are a bit thin. Other than that, the hotel was great. Great business center, wi-fi, two restaurants (not cheap, but good), and helpful staff. Parking isn't awesome, but considering […] the area it's good enough. We booked a room at Bay tower. Once we finished check-in at the front desk, we had to go outside and park. There is nothing wrong with self-parking, I even felt convenient that our room and car are close each other. But at the same time, once we left the Lobby, I felt I'm staying at some motel not Sheraton because the room is not located in the main […] building, and each room's door is located outside like motel. Other thing made me disappointed was the view from our room. It says Bay tower, but I only could see from the window was a pool and bunch of other rooms. Our room was on 3rd floor which was the highest of the Unit. Sheraton should change description for those type of rooms! No Ocean View! Mehr

We had a nice room on the seventh floor facing the marina. The room was clean and a nice large size. They had a nice holiday special price. There were two problems that became evident in the evening: 1) the air conditioner was not working and 2) the bathroom sink stopped up. We stayed at this hotel this week and will definitely be back in the future. The hotel is more resort style - There are 2 pools and a good size hot tub. It's located very close to a bay and marina. My two year old loved the boats (there was a super cool pirate ship directly behind the pool) and walking around the bay. About half a mile down the road […] is another area in the bay where very large boats come in - we saw a cruise ship unloading there. The airport is very close, but the airplanes didn't bother us at all, which we were impressed with. We also brought our dog along with us; this was the first hotel we've ever stayed at where we felt very comfortable having brought her along. They gave us a room on the lanai where we had a patio that led out to a grassy area, which was great for walking our dog. There is also a Starbucks in this hotel. They have 2 fire pits that come on in the evening where we roasted marshmallows and made s'mores. I booked this hotel on a special for just one night, and after we arrived, we wished we had booked it for longer. We will be back soon though. Mehr

Had a lovely view of the bay and downtown San Diego, however, the parking was outrageous! Try the Speedboat adventures while you are there! It was a way cool way to see the harbor and the sights along it.

Hard to get acces to parking, almost impossible to get communication with front desk after 11 pm

Hotel is old, not much in walk distance for fun. dirty parking lot with expensive charge, no wireless, you can hear airplane noise in the morning.

We (our family) like the hotel, checked in was pleasant, thanks to Ms. Blanca so friendly and calm she was kindly helped me out with all the questions I must ASKED... the room was ok, a litle small for 2 queen beds, beautiful view. I was happy since I had purchsed, at a competetive rate, my "room+high speed interne+breakfast" in a lump sum price. I would have been more happy if the parking price was also included in the initial lump sum, but, it was not. I suggest to hotels.com to offer such lump sum prices to future customers, so that, they compare apples to apples, when they […] decide where to stay ( and where not to stay). Sure it's a nice hotel. But I had 2 problems: 1) parking was 22$ for 1 night. Paying for parking is something I only found in the US, but I got used to it. Still, I believe 22$ for 1 night is exaggerated. The Hotel is nowhere near downtown so this cost is unjustified. 2) at night, I dared to get a bottle of water form the Mini bar. I was charged 12$. […] At first I though it was a mistake since the bill was generic. The lady at the front desk explained it was for that water. I found it ridiculous. Some of the breakfast they offer start from $15. How can a bottle of water cost as much as a full breakfast?? I am a business man and travelled the world. Even in DUBAI I didn't pay that much for water, and that's a desert. I left the Hotel very upset and with the feeling that I had been robbed. As a business man I just don't get it. What kind of strategy is it to annoy your customers up to a point where they leave and never want to come back? I'll never come go again and I suggest none of you ever go. Mehr

Hotel is located in the marina area, across from the airport. Downtown and cruise ship terminal are a little over a mile away. Room was clean, comfortable and in great condition. Full service hotel with all the amenities. Views are better on the marina side, as one has to look first at the parking lot on the downtown side. No problems at all, highly […] recommend. Mehr

We had a wonderful time staying on the 11th floor of the tower facing downtown San Diego. The views are spectacular day and night. The room was very nice and we have only compliments for their staff.

Wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a comfortable hotel for a layover. You can walk around the marina, otherwise not much in walking distance. But it was very good for my purposes as I arrived late and just wanted a clean comfortable, quiet room near the airport. Great sheets.

When I arrived to check-in, I mentioned that we were there to watch the America's Cup & requested a room w/ a harbor view. Could not understand the Front Desk agents response, (language barrier)other than your room is not ready yet (at 3pm). We were delayed driving in and had only 1 hour to catch the end of the race. Since I paid a little more to be […] on the club level, again for the views, I asked if we could go to the club. She gave us a card & told us what our room number would be, and we passed the info on to our bellman. We headed to the 13th floor for the club and the views were great with one side facing towards the harbor & downtown S.D. & the other side overlooked the marina & harbor towards Pt. Loma. Tasteful, classic nautical decor was comfortable & inviting. We were able to catch the rest of the race w/ some other fans watching as well. We received the call that the room was ready a couple hours later while enjoying the clubs appetizers...if it wasn't for this perk, I would have been pretty upset having to wait for the room since I had made reservations months prior. I headed down to the front desk to pick up our key cards. Without even looking at them, we headed to the room number the first agent told us. The club card opened the door and I could see that there was someone else's luggage and the room was in full use so I quickly closed the door, thankfully no one was in the room at the time. I then looked at the new keys & saw there was a different room number on them so we tried the key card, but it didn't open the door. Obviously concerned that I could enter another room, and wondered if this could happen to someone else in my room, and wondering where our luggage ended up, I went back down to tell the front desk person. She did not seem concerned at all and said the other key card would open our room. Desconcerning to say the least....made me wonder if this happens a lot!?!?
