Das Hotel ist sauber , die Mitarbeiter helfen einem stets weiter und man sieht ständig jemanden putzen! Das Frühstück besteht aus Toast , frischen Waffeln Kaffe und Säften , also völlig ausreichend für einen ersten Snack. Das Hotel liegt 15 Minuten von Manhatten entfernt , es fährt alle 5 Minuten ein Shuttle Service direkt zum Times Square für 3 $ pro Person. Der Shuttle fährt bis tief in die Nacht. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

ausgesprochen nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, liebevoll bereitetes Frühstück, Lobby wird gerade renoviert, das beeinträchtigte uns aber in keiner Weise. Zimmer sehr klein, obwohl wir Deluxe-Kategorie gebucht haben, dafür aber sauber und ansprechend gestaltet. In unserem Zimmer waren die Schränke leider sehr alt, aber ausreichend Platz im Schrank. in der 31. Straße, direkt an der 5th Avenue ist man schnell in Greenwich Village + Soho und -wer mag- auch am Times Square. wir haben alles zu Fuß erreicht. Die Umgebung wirkt sehr sicher, auch als Frau allein.

Das Hotel Wellington liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der interessantesten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Außerdem ist der Metro-Anschluss direkt vor der Tür für weiter entfernte Ziele. Die Doppelzimmer sind großzügig, gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es können eventuell Gebühren für zusätzliche Personen anfallen, die abhängig von den Bestimmungen des Hotels variieren können.

Das Hotel Hilton Times Square liegt sehr zentral, Broadway ist um die Ecke, verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in einigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten das Glück, ein Zimmer im 41.Stock zu bekommen, - ein atemberaubendes Panorama aus dem Fenster! Für Großstadt-Lieb- haber - sehr zu empfehlen.

"Top Lage - gewohnter Hilton Service"
Das Hilton am Time Square liegt recht unscheinbar zwischen den ganzen Musicalbühnen. Lobby liegt im 16. Stock los, und darüber die Zimmer. Service ist wie zu erwarten bei Hilton. Alles problemlos und professionell.

"Sauberkeit"
Der Teppichboden wuirde wahrend unseren 4 Tagen nicht oder zu wenig sorgfaeltig mit dem Staubsauger geputzt.
"Top Lage mit fairem Preis"
Wir hatten unseren 10. Jahrestag in New York verbracht. Hilton Times Square hat bei unserer Ankunft unser Zimmer, nach Absprache und extra Gebühren, mit Rosen geschmückt und Champangne, Erdbeeren mit Schokiguss zur Verfügung gestellt. Nebenan Madame Tussauds Attraktion und Broadway ein Block entfernt. New York sight seeing tour bus station auch nur […] paar Minuten zu Fuss, Rockerfeller und Empire State Bldg auch in der Nähr. Zum Shoppen geht es nach Macy's, 10min zu Fuss...ingesamt Super Lage! Schade, dass man US$20 extra zahlen muss für American Breakfast Buffet. Angestelle waren hilfsbereit und freundlich, aber negativ war bei der Abreise, ich hatte etwas im Zimmer vergessen und war mir 100% sicher, wo es war, leider hat das Hotel (Lost und Found) gemeldet, dass nichts gefunden war. Also eine Ehrlichkeit für so ein grosses Konzern hätte mich mehr erfreut. Ansonsten ist alles gut. Mehr
"Great Location , Quality, and Service!!"
The Staff allowed us to check in Early because they had rooms. My young daughter was very excited about a Mommy weekend and told the front desk and word got around because everyone on staff asked my daughter through out the weekend how it was going. When they didn't have pancakes on the Buffet which are my daughters favorite.. without us asking the […] waiter went to the kitchen and had them make some special. came out and told her that her weekend need to be perfect. It doesn't get any better than that!! The location is perfect ( Time Square).. right across from theaters and next door to Madam Tusos, and Ripleys, Oh and Starbucks is across the Street!! Mehr

This hotel was very clean and very well kept. The price was reasonable for its location. The location was great! The only con about this hotel was parking was difficult and they didn't offer a valet service. Great hotel and I would recommend to others.

"Hilton Times Square- great location"
The staff at the Hilton Time Square was very helpful, personable, & interested in making our stay very pleasant. The reception area was very comfortable. It had a bar with a great view & a small restaurant if you wanted to have a bit to eat. Rooms were fairly large, modern, clean with comfortable beds.

"Times Square Hilton!"
The hotel is in a great sport with access to the main Times Square area and easy walking distance to all amenities. Check in was friendly and efficient the rooms were comfortable with great views of Times Square and the Hudson River! We only stayed one night but were very comfortable, the beds were great.

On top of that, the room was spotless, the hvac worked great and it had an unbelievably comfortable bed. Great location, overlooking Times Square or downtown. Go there. You won't be disappointed.

"Hilton Time Square is a fantastic location,"
Apart from the fact that you have to get a lift to reception and then on up to the rooms, I loved this hotel. So convenient for shopping, sightseeing, very pleasant staff and comfortable clean rooms. Nice bathrooms also.

The hotel accommodations were perfect, staff was always available for any services you needed, hotel was very clean, and is in a perfect location in walking distance for anything you wanted to do.

I thought the hotel was worth the money. Construction going on so entry was a little tough. Only disapointing part was the cost of drinks at the Bar upstairs were absurd.

"The hotel was in a perfect location!"
We found this hotel on a com website while sitting in the lobby of another hotel, which was was 40 minutes outside of New York City. We wanted to stay in the heart of downtown, so we booked the Hilton Times Square on line (sight unseen)..And it was outstanding. From the minute we checked in with guest services...Val was outstanding he took great care […] of us! He went way and above putting us in a wonderful room with an outstanding view on the 37th floor! I would highly recommend this hotel for a great weekend get a way! The customer service, the view, the rooms are outstanding! Mehr

"Words can't describe it....."
Probably one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The room itself was fine but the staff of this place is so above and beyond it's incredible. Every single place they could have gone above and beyond, they did. I honestly can't wait to stay there again.

"Quiet Oasis in the middle of Times Square chaos"
The rooms are surprisingly large (for NYC), beds very comfortable and, to my utter astonishment, there was absolutely zero street noise. This is a bargain!
My first time to see lockable, computer-managed mini bars. Just a note to be aware if you need or want to put any of your own items in refrigeration (e.g. medication) - be sure to request an empty fridge ahead of time.
The Hilton Times Square was a great get-away place to stay. Wonderfully located just off Times Square with several subways within a block, it was easy to move around from this location. Room was roomy, very quite, and comfortable. No complaints at all. Have been to NYC several times for vacations and this was better than a number we have stayed in. Really enjoyed everything about this hotel, the staff was very courteous, from the Doorman at the valet parking to the luggage handlers to the front desk. Everyone had a smile with a great sense of humor and was willing to answer any and all questions we had about the hotel and the city. Hotel staff were in general helpful, professional. Room was clean. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Placed us in a great restaurant that was exactly what we were looking for. Note if you are driving in: The hotel is listed at 42nd street, but you have to pull around the back on 41st to unload your car and/or have it parked. […] We did not realize this until later and ended up parking up the street and walking in the rain. I would have been quite happy to have a valet handle my parking arrangements. "Customer service needs improvement"
We checked in early and asked to change a king room to two queens. The front desk person said they "can accomodate" this request, that the room was not ready, but that we did have a room . We came back in the afternoon and said the room was a king and they had no double queen rooms left. They offered to give us a roll away at no charge but the room […] was for myself and my adult daughter and a roll away would have been cramped in the room. We had breakfast in their dining room off the lobby. We got there about 9:30am. It took forever to get service as we wanted to order off the menu. They were out of muffins which is what my daughter wanted. The bellman down on the entry level was rude to us, as well as sending me the opposite direction when asked how to get somewhere. Maybe it's just New York, but I think the staff needs to go to charm school. Mehr
