Super Hotel. Mit Shutle Service zum Strip

Hotelzimmer war nicht wie gebucht, trotzdem recht komfortabel und recht sauber. Hotelpersonal wirkt arrogant und überheblich. Störend empfand ich, dass überall geraucht werden darf. Aufpassen muss man, dass man nicht abgezockt wird. Getränkepreise stehen nämlich nie auf der Karte. Habe mir dann vom Barkeeper ein Bier empfehlen lassen ("Hefeweizen"), das dann 11 Dollar kostete. Außerdem werden am Schluss noch hohe Ressortgebühren verlangt.

Das Hotel verfügt über schöne Zimmer, leider beginnt am gegen 10 Uhr morgens (jeden Tag!) das sehr laute Musikprogramm, sowohl auf dem Flur als auch am Pool - einfach überall - was einen nach gewisser Zeit doch ziemlich stören kann.

I came to watch Muse at The Joint, the concert venue at the HRH. The casino itself is not that great, it's pretty small. But the hotel room was amazing. I lucked out and got a corner room on the top floor with 180 degree view of vegas. It was awesome! The beds were super comfortable and lush. I LOVED everything about the room. I've stayed at many hotels in vegas, including theHOTEL at Mandalay, but this was by far the best hotel in vegas. (For younger people though) It's so convenient to stay at HRH if you are going to a concert. You can go up to your room and relax/drink and 3 minutes later be at the concert. Plus the concert had ins and outs. I've read reviews about staff not being friendly.... They were perfectly fine and helpful to us. The only thing that was a setback (barely) is that the pool was closed. but besides that I had the best vegas stay ever. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

I was approached by what I think were pros (of some kind) at the hotel bar. Next thing I knew- I had no wallet. Thankfully I had a tab open with the bar and therefore had one card left. I informed security and their response was, "Yeah, that happens all the time. Don't feel bad- the girls are very smooth." Oh, okay. I feel great now, thank you for your assistance.

The Hard Rock 2 miles off the strip, so make sure you budget for taxis to go to the strip. A one-way taxi ride is approximately $12-$15. One night I decided to walk to New York New York which is about 2 miles from the Hard Rock. The neighborhood is scary and I wouldn't recommend it. Take a taxi instead. I stayed in the brand new Paradise Tower which was nice, but the shower leaked into the bathroom with each shower. I paid extra to get a view of the pool. Don't bother, go with the mountain view if it has a lower rate. The pools are under construction, so if you have dreams of checking out hot babes from your room, you'll be disappointed since all you'll see are rather gruff looking construction workers. The room did have a so-so view of the Luxor end of the strip. A big plus to me was that the Hard Rock had a real Starbucks, not one of the affiliates like the other hotels on the strip. This means they took my 10% gold card discount which takes a little bit of the sting (not all though) of the jacked-up Vegas prices. The clientele at the Hard Rock was rather unusual. Upon checking in I thought there was a crack pants convention with half wearing backwards baseball caps and the other half wearing wool caps. While most clientele are in there 20's, a large number of people in there 60's (or higher) were there. There was an odd gap as there were few in their 30's, 40's or 50's staying there. So unless you are 20 or collecting social security, stay elsewhere if you want to be around people of your own age. Like most Vegas hotels, Sunday through Wednesday the Hard Rock is dead. Thursday the cougars were out in force and the weekend was very busy. Ultimately, I would not stay here again. It is not as convenient as the strip and the additional $30-$50 per day in taxis actually made this hotel much more expensive than many hotels on the strip.

This hotel exceeded my expectations to the fullest! The staff was friendly and fun on top of helpful and courteous. Our concierge did EVERYTHING for us and made our stay in Las Vegas as easy as possible. The club, Wasted Space, provided an excellent night out with a great DJ and awesome people. The Pink Taco was the best mexican food around and having a Starbucks in the hotel was great for the next morning! I was 110% pleased with the Hard Rock and I can't wait to stay again!

This was a great hotel for adults... It seemed like every room had their music going. It's a great party hotel.

The hotel was great-big and clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. We had to ask for more soap and TP, but that wasn't a major deal. The only downside was the location, which was farther from the strip than we realized. When we asked about shuttle service from the hotel to the strip, we got 3 completely different answers and ended up walking alot more than we had planned. We had an excellent dinner and great service at the detached Hard Rock Cafe.

I was really happy with the hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel is awesome and not so crazed as the hotels on the strip. The room was very comfortable and I loved the decor. The only thing is the "mini bar" and snacks are motion sensored so if you move them at all, you get charged. I don't think I have been charged but it was somewhat annoying to be so careful not to touch them so I wouldn't be charged. Only complaint, otherwise it was great!

more than 20 people, next to my room. they had a big fun hard rock party till dawn. could't sleep at all...

5 star treatment at a 3 star price !

I have visitiing the hotel for many years but it was not until recvently that i stayed there for the first time. The rooms are not great or really even decent. I suppose it was better than a Motel 6, but barely. The room was old abd battered, the sprinkler was falling out of the roof, etc... But the whole lower level is a fun place. I will continue to visit the Hard Rock, but I will never stay there. I suppose I should have expected a low grade room considering the type of people they target...

The paradise tower (the new tower) is very nice and comfortable. We paid for a mountain view room, instead we were given a parking garage view. Management then put us in the casino tower, what a dump. The TV didn't work, the drapes were falling off the ceiling, it smelled of mold, and there was a layer of dust on every surface in the room. After a customer service mechanic came to our room he again recommended moving us. They put us back in the paradise tower at that point. To top it all off we were charged $27 for something they are still unable to explain.

This is the 1st time I've stayed anywhere other than Palms. With that being said I wish I'd stayed there. Staff was decent at best. Considering the price it would have been better to stay elsewhere. Pool was of course great.

Room was great, especially for the discounted rate that I got via hotels.com. However, I was a bit supprised that at the hotel itself, I got an extra $7 charged as resort tax. You would expect that to be already included in the published rate. Anyhow, if you look at the total price, it was still great value for the money.

I'd never stayed at the Hard Rock prior to this trip and chose it based on it being the host to the Halloween Ball on 10/31. I was part of a group looking for a good time and was not disappointed. The music piped in the casino created a fun atmosphere and the dealers were all personable and weren't afraid to talk back, in a good way! While I didn't need much in the way of assistance from the desk they did upgrade my room without asking and were quick to bring extra towels in the morning. They also helped with reservations to Rare 120 which was a great meal for a reasonable price. While the hotel is off the strip it was no problem grabbing a cab and shooting over to the main drag for cheap. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the young, hip crowd looking to party. I can't wait to come back when it's pool season!

I thought hotel fee that all LV hotels seem to be adding now was supposed to include internet but it did not. They wanted another $14/day for internet, so I didn't see any "added" services for this daily fee. Rate was great but would not be extended beyond our one night.

Rock music everywhere you go. Back of Strip views from balcony--awesome! Great pool area. Cool room with comfy furniture.

Paradise rooms are very comfortable, but restaurants are just average. The attidude of staff and customer service is very bad.

the room overall was very nice, the beds were oh so comfortable. the pool area of course was nice. i loved it.

very nice hotel. lobby and casino areas play loud music 24/7. too far to walk to strip.room was perfect.

Great displays of guitars and photos. Attractive guests, get the Pool View rooms. Smiling staff. Modern rooms.

Rude staff, never wanted to help, charged me mini bar even though i did not use it. Also had an extra charge per day for services such as valet. Dont understand why they do not add it to the total price for night stay.

My only problem was finding a $15.68 bill by my door the morning of check out. Resort Fee?????

Came with a couple of friends. We arrived early the day we were supposed to check in. So we called ahead of time to get an early check in. They did not help us at all and we had to wait few hours till check-in time. They pushed it up one hour which was ok. Also they would not allow us late check-out, and said we had to pay $100 if we are late for every hour. Also consiege was never there, and when I asked a lady who did restaurant reservations if she did show reservations, she replied back and was very rude. Not worth the money.

I went there for a Plastic Exposition at the LV convention center. I asked for late checkout on the weekend they did not let me, and told me if I am late more than an hour i would have to pay $100 extra. On top of that, because I reserved through Hotels.com they charges me an extra $7.84 per DAY just for being there. Also whenever I called the consiege, there was no one there and had to wait. This is by far one of the worst hotels on the strip, and I suggest if you do not want to spend a lot due to business reasons go anywhere else besides Hard Rock
