Wir waren 5 Tage in Las Vegas im Trump. Das Hotel hat die 5 Sterne absolut verdient. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Strip, ist sehr ruhig und hat kein Casino, was uns besonders gefallen hat. Daher auch eine Nichtraucherunterkunft. Shuttel zum Caesars Pallace alle 15min, ansonsten ist man aber auch zu Fuss gleich am Strip und kann bequem durch die Fashion Show mall flanieren. Uns hat es super gefallen. Das Hotel erhebt allerdings eine Ressort-Gebühr von 25$ pro Tag. Damit ist aber Internet etc. inklusive.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, leider wurde bei unseren 2 Übernachtungen nach der ersten Nacht wohl vergessen unser Zimmer zu reinigen, ok gibt schlimmeres, man kann ja die Handtücher auch 2x benutzen und da man in Vegas eh erst spät zurück ins Zimmer kommt, gehts halt mal in ein ungemachtes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel wird zur Zeit umgebaut, wir haben davon aber nichts mitbekommen, das Zimmer war schön ruhig. Da man direkt in der Freemont Street wohnt, kann man, sofern man nicht auf den Vegas Strip möchte, sein Auto stehen lassen und auch mal ein paar Drinks mehr zu sich nehmen. Die Freemont Street hat sich noch ein wenig den ursprünglichen Charme und Charakter von Vegas erhalten, es gibt hier sogar noch einige Casinos, wo man noch mit Münzen in den Slotmachines spielen kann. Wer mehr als nur 1-2 Nächte in Vegas verbringt, sollte sich diesen Teil der Stadt unbedingt auch mal anschauen, es lohnt sich. Wir würden beim nächsten Vegas Aufenthalt in diesem Hote auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten

Um Las Vegas zu erkunden ist das Hotel perfekt. Vor allem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück (19$ frei für 2Erwachsene + 1Kind beim Thekenladen) war nicht so prickelig.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Hotel wurde vollständig renoviert; alles sehr sauber, freundliches Personal; wir hatten auch das Frühstück gebucht, gute Auswahl und ausreichend, leider muss man auch als Hotelgast nach 8:30 Uhr auf einen freien Tisch etwas warten; bis zum Strip sind es nur ein paar Autominuten; wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

The Hard Rock is about the funnest place you can stay in Vegas. I love the rock that plays in the hallways and of course all the memorabilia. Mostly a young crowd. Unbeatable pool scene! "Been here before surprised it lost it's touch"
We were not informed that the refrigerator was $20 a day which was ridiculous. I had called prior to the trip and when we checked in and no mention of the fee. The manager, Mike comped the refrigerator for us. There are resort fees whether or not you use them. The staff checking in the first day Brittany had no customer service skills it seemed as if […] we were wasting her time. Another girl helped me later she was new and being trained and she had the best customer service skills, I believe her name was Juilana. Brittnay never did send the refrigerator we had to call and ask for one that's how we found out about the fees. The toilet still had cleaning spray on it. the TV remote never worked properly. The worst part it took over 10 tries to get get into our room each time. We had staff help us, maintenance. They said that's just the way it is. Totally shocked. The best part the pools were fantastic and the beds were like sleeping on cloud nine. I have stayed her before with girlfriends and sadly this was my husbands first impression. Mehr

As this was my birthday treat I have to say I was very pleased with the general ambiance and attention to detail the staff offered, especially the room staff who were some of the best I have come across

"D Glenn's Stay at the Hard Rock Hotel LV"
Well, with most hotels in Vegas, I have no notion what to expect, but I had already stayed at the San Diego HRH, so I had a notion of what to expect there. I didn't get it in the Vegas property, The staff was nice and everyone was very professional, but the property itself gets an F and is in need for Refit. The room itself was titled Mountain View […] was in fact a view of the casino walls. that I published on Facebook. But what sealed my bad grade was an an all but plugged up tub drain. The TV check-out did seem to work, but I not sure since it didn't tell me so. Over all I love this Hotel but it is tuff love am afraid. This place needs some help!! Fix it!! Mehr

"Hard Rock Vegas"
The first room we got was not what we booked, after the hair dryer almost caught on fire and the mirror fell on the floor we decided to complain. The clerk at the desk was helpful and kind, she gave us an "upgrade" which is pretty much the original room we booked. The Pool was nice but the water felt like the pacific ocean in December.

Some very positive cust svc especially front desk and guest services. Spacious modern rooms in paradise and casino towers. Windows don't open in paradise tower rooms but they are more updated. Casino tower rooms have double doors that open to the outside but the rooms are a little more dated. Pool view rooms are more subject to loud daily music and […] nightly cleaning noise. "It Rocks!"
We stayed at the HRH Tower King Suite. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, the tub was sweet, and the partial view of the city was nice at night. Everybody at the hotel was nice. Our juke box did not work and the hotel staff came within minutes to fix it. The only complain I have is that our room was never cleaned the next day. We put the "Tidy […] Up" sign on our door, but we did not get the service. The rain shower is cool and the tub was relaxing. We also went to the pool on the second floor exit. The pool staff people there were helpful. The hotel was not too loud, but cool enough to hang out and talk. Being away from the strip is not cool, cause the taxi rides can add up. However, I am definitely stayin here again. I love the ambiance, style, and rooms. If you do stay at the Towers request a room above the 7th floor so you dont get a view of the parking garage. Mehr

"HRH...Glad I didn't pay the full rate"
This was the first hotel I've ever stayed in where I could hear the toilet flush/shower running from the room next door. And speaking of the bathroom, whenever I turned on the faucet, water leaked from the top of the faucet all over the bathroom counter. I was also thoroughly disgusted that when I flushed the toilet (by pushing a button in the wall […] - another first for me) there was water leakage (presumable toilet water). I just tried to flush quickly and never touched the button with my bare hand. The towels were very hard. Beyond the bathroom, the iron/ironing board had seen better days. The board was extremely rickety, and the iron would not properly plug into the outlet. It simply hung on the edge, and so sometimes it would lose power. The beds was awesome! Extremely comfortable pillow top mattress and fluffy down pillows. Its too bad I didn't get a chance to spend more time in them! The casino itself was nice. The sportsbook is small, but one of the best in town. There is also a fair amount of eating options. Mehr

I have never had to show my ID to enter a pool. We were told we could not bring in any food or beverages including the breakfast sandwiches we had just purchased from the cafe. Then we had to pay to reserve a seat. Prices started at 200$ and went up to about 400$ depending on proximity to the pool. 275$ later we left the pool area. Stayed at the hard rock for three nights I recommend this hotel if your in a budget I booked a one bed room, they were sold out so I had to stay in a 2 bed room Pros- great room rates. Has a shuttle that takes you to the strip Cons- rehab pool was closed. The reg adult pool was open but the water is dirty. Our bathroom shower drain was plugged. We didn't have enough bathtowels in our room. We only had 2 and it would have been nice to have at least 4 big towels. we showered in the morning and at night and we didn't have enough.

"Good nostalia place // Slowly decaying hotel"
The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is a nice place to stay in, because of the nostalgia the hotel carries, but other than that the service was sub-par by most of the employees at the hotel. The room I stayed at looked like a slowly decaying tooth, the bathroom hinges were broken, the mirror was old, the drapery was broken (I had to struggle to open them) […] and all the lamps were trashed along with the TV remote control, which was not working properly. The level of house keeping was not up tp standards, due to the fact that when I walked in the room, the room was dirty, I asked them "Tidy" up the room the following day and the same mess that I saw on the floor the previous day were still there after they "cleaned up" the following day (dirt on tables and counter, dirty strw next to the bed, etc). I'm giving the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino a 4 because of the nostalgia that it brings with it. Would I stay there again? The answer is NO. They really need to keep up with the maintenance of the hotel as well as with customer service if they want to keep their customers coming back. Mehr

"HRH Tower Suites- Las Vegas"
Very nice staff. Clean and up to date rooms. Nice pool and weight room.
Bathroom fixtures falling apart. Sink drain acted like a sound board for dripping in another room.

We got upgraded to the HRH suites. The comfort level is very high, soft beds, thick duvets and nice soft fluffy pillows. It was a bit dusty and we were lacking some smaller things but the staff gladly provided the stuff we were missing. We got backstage passes to be used at the hotel but didn't get any info on how they worked so we missed a lot of […] points. Anyhow, the suites in the HRH tower are very nice and I'd recommend these suites to everyone and I hope to stay there again! Mehr
"Hard Rock Out"
Loved the hotel overall. I had a smoking room and immediately noticed ashes on the bathroom counter and inside of the toilet. Other than that, the bed was super comfortable. The mountain view was great because the sun rises right behind them, which made my mornings special.

Incorrect reservation information. Hotel room was extremely dirty. Our TV remote was not working and twice we were locked out of room. To add to that , the check- in lines were horrendous. I would NEVER go back ,ever.

We checked in late and thought we had a double queen. they had none left so we were upgraded to the HRH Suites. What a great surprise!

We loved our recent stay here! Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Love the bedding with pillow top mattress! We walked to the strip, not for heels, but if you like a little exercise, it is perfect! I have to mention all of the music memorabilia and photographs displayed throughout the casino. "No regrets"
My stay at the Hard Rock was overall a good one. Food and drinks at the bars were pretty expensive but I'm assuming that was the norm at other hotels as well. The only thing I really didn't like was that the pool was not heated. I mean it was ice cold so not really fit for swimming. Besides that everything else was great. I would stay there again.

we did not know the suttle service stops at 5pm WHAT UP WITH THAT!!!!! It's Vegas....So cab to the strip was 12 dollars one way...HRH was fun for rehab..pools not heated only one is and that was still cold...watch out for the service charge of 18.50 a night can add up.. other then that the HRH is a GREAT time and place...
"HRH - LV.....Close without being too close"
The hotel is in a good location. You can still experience Vegas without all the drama of the strip. Check in was ok as we got in earlier than normal check in at 3pm. We were all set to stay in the Casino tower. The rooms are trendy and spacious but the tower all in all seems to need a good cleaning. I guess because these are the less expensive rooms, […] it gives off the feel of a freshman dorm if you know what I mean. When we opened the door and inspected the room, we found the bathroom of all places to not be so clean. We called down to the front desk and they promply moved us to the Paradise Tower #3. This room was nice and quiet but I guess that is because it is off the beaten path in the back of the hotel. The room is beautiful but seems a bit dark. The pool was beautiful and a definate hot spot especially if you love house music (me not so much). Mehr
