One slight negative is that the hotel rooms are located at the top of the Mandalay Bay and are therefore distant from the hotel lobby, restaurants, and pool area. However, overall, the hotel was spotless, the service matched that of the Four Seasons standard, the food and service at the Verandah restaurant was very good, the pool area and pool staff […] was lovely, and as part of your reservation, you have access to the several pools at the Mandalay Bay. Definitely recommend for a more quiet/relaxed option in Las Vegas. Mehr
"Four Seasons Las Vegas - provides great service"
Four Seasons Las Vegas has excellently maintained rooms with great service. We have found our stay at this hotel to be peaceful in an chaotic city.
"Four Seasons Las Vegas"
A great alternative for anyone looking to avoid the masses in Vegas, but still be located right on the strip. Wonderful, attentive service. I will say, it was Spring Break and I was disappointed by how many small children were running around. Otherwise, a great stay!

"Quiet place"
This hotel has the convenience of being quiet when you want and you go to Casino when you want more noise
"The Four Seasons Hotel - Nicest Hotel in Las Vegas"
For a reluctant first visit to Las Vegas, the Four Seasons was the perfect entry point. It is a smaller, well decorated (not gaudy) high end hotel that does not have a casino in its lobby. It is part of the Mandalay Bay complex. The accommodations were beautiful and you had the feeling of being just on the edge of the general visual debauchery of Las […] Vegas. You can take a special elevator that delivers you to the lobby of the Mandalay Bay and ....presto.....you are in the midst of all that is Las Vegas. The staff was great and the fitness center and women's locker room were absolutely beautiful. Could have spent a day there and been very happy. The weather was not great so we did not spend any time at the pool. The location of the hotel may not be considered ideal by some people as it is at the far end (more quiet) of the Strip. Not in the middle of things but that is what we preferred. Mehr

"Number One Hotel in Vegas, Yet Again"
We said that we wouldn't stay here in February and would try a new hotel for our winter trip. Trouble is, we knew what everything had to live up to so we ended up giving in and staying at the wonderful Four Seasons again. We were booked in a one bedroom suite again but were presented with the opportunity to upgrade to a Sunrise/Sunset Suite for an […] absolute song - how could we turn it down? Suffice to say it was amazing. The suite is over 1500 square foot and unlike some corner suites, you actually benefit from all of the space so it felt much bigger. As well as the usual bedroom and bathroom there is an additional cloakroom, a huge living room with separate desk office space, and a wonderful separate kitchen area that can be closed off so that the staff can come in a stock up your ice, coffee machine etc whilst leaving us in peace. As before the suite was impeccably clean, the housekeeping very good and turndown a welcome touch after a heavy night on the tiles. One niggle is the change from a free bottle of water by the bedside with the turndown service, to a bottle of Smart water on each side which 'can be purchased for $5.00' - a bit tacky. We didn't drink it, it's just a shame that even the Four Seasons has resorted to that sort of money making tactic! The only thing that took the shine off this stay was the room service. We had a couple of breakfasts, a lunch and a dinner. The first breakfast was fine and both lunches were great but the dinner was quite disappointing, tough steak which didn't taste as it has in the past. The worst was the breakfast on out last morning. We ordered a continental breakfast and admittedly we misread the slightly misleading menu thinking we would be getting a small selection of pastries and toast alongside coffee & OJ. Nope, just got cold chewy toast! In fairness, when I complained we very quickly received replacement hot toast and selection of absolutely wonderful pastries! Note to self - always order the pastries! I would like t Mehr

"four seasons hotel - tranquility"
we loved our stay at this hotel. so happy not to have to deal with the las vegas crowded reception areas. however, it is connected to mandalay bay casino (if you are looking for action!). very close to all main attractions. we revisited "aureole", which was a great treat! next time we visit, we must check out the spa... supposed to be one of the best […] in las vegas!! classy and elegant! "four seasons, las vegas"
superb hotel, great location at the south end of the strip and worth upgrading room to a strip view room.
"Outstanding - No other word for it!"
It's very rare that we go somewhere that we cannot find fault with but the Four Seasons Las Vegas fits into this category for both me and my husband. We stayed for 14 nights in a one bedroom suite and from driving up to the entrance to checking out (very sadly) it was outstanding. The room was light and airy and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly […] comfortable and the sheets soft and luxurious. We've stayed in more expensive suites in Vegas before and had scratchy sheets on beds made by maids who don't seem to see the benefit of covering the entire mattress - none of that here! I love the little touches, the fact that room service give you a time and stick to it, the fact that a light went out in the shower and before I could report it, it was fixed because the maids pay real attention. Normally we put the do not disturb on once our room has been done wherever we are but not here. We loved the turndown service and the refreshing of the towels and turning on the TV to the soothing channel - very nice. The cost of the food was very reasonable bearing in mind the place we were staying and the quality was always top notch. We asked for a late checkout and got it without query despite the fact that we were leaving on a busy weekend. The pool is as everyone says here and in my opinion crowns the whole experience. Even on Labour Day weekend when it was busy you felt completely like an individual. The frozen melon balls, spritzing and sunglass cleaning just make you feel like you are at a special place added to the fact that the staff remember you. You tell them you have a hangover and they treat you accordingly - always a bonus! The menu by the pool is great too and because of the way they serve you on trays it feels as natural as eating in the Verandah restaurant. I would highly recommend the foot massage by the pool - well worth it. As everyone says the secret door to the Mandalay is a fabulous touch and you can feel the looks from other people as you go throug Mehr
"four seasons- always a pleasure"
You can always rely on the four seasons for impeccable service and a classy stay. Great food. Peace and Quiet- NO casino traffic or throngs of tourists. Amazing staff.
"A calming oasis amidst the hustle and bussle"
i did not realize that the 4 Seasons (FS) was housed in the same building as the Mandalay Hotel. However, this just confirmed what a wonderful respite the FS is from all the frenzy of the strip and the hotels catering to everything the strip represents. FS is characteristically stylish, elegant, and welcoming without being over the top. The rooms are […] furnished beautifully and are very comfortable. The staff is top notch. The only problems we had were: 1) the internet connection was very weak (they refunded the cost, which was very gracious); 2) on Saturday night you can hear pretty clearly the night club up on the penthouse level. We definitely would stay there again as it offers a relaxing and classy alternative to the strip, and yet it is only feet away from all the activities in which one might want to indulge while in Sin City. "Enjoyed our stay"
You'll find the 5 star four season experience at this hotel as you will at any of their city hotels. Only disappointment is we never saw the "sunglass butler" at the pool mentioned in the hotels.com overview. Ahh well, still an enjoyable stay.

"There is a never a gamble with the Four Seasons..."
Even is Las Vegas. These folks are consistently deliver five star quality and service. I brought my mom on a trip to Vegas this June. She had never had stayed at a Four Seasons and didn't understand my obsession. Suffice it to say she is a convert. We are planning next year's vacation with the Four Seasons directory in hand. Thank you.
"four seasons-saturday"
The hotel was great, my only comment that would be on saturday and sunday the pool was a zoo. people actually fighting over chairs... other than that it was fantastic.
"Outstanding Hotel"
Excellent room and affordable. The bathroom was very large with a shower and tub, and it had high quality toiletries.
"Nice to try once"
I was surprisingly unimpressed by the Four Seasons, Las Vegas. We stayed on a whim with our 2 year old because we liked the idea of not having to bring him through a casino to get to the room. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, with 3rd night free deal, but it was still quite expensive, and you can't get around the fact that you are at the very south […] end of the strip. I had heard the Four Seasons does not "nickel & dime" you, but this was not the case. $14.99 per day for internet that did not work (had to go to business center to book flights...), an outrageous $19.00 per day for Valet (all other hotels offer free valet). Yes, we could have parked at Mandalay Bay but the Valet was full. The suite felt dated compared to others we have stayed at (Wynn, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay...). Overall, it was a fine experience, but I would never pay that kind of money again when there are better options all over the strip. Mehr
"VERY NICE HOTEL"
THE ONLY HOTEL IN VEGAS THAT CHARGES TO PARK A CAR. MUST BE A FIRE STATION NEAR YOU CAN HERE THEM ALL NITE

Loved it and will go back.
"excellent"
It doesn't get any better that The Four Season's!!!!!
"Highly Recommend"
Fantastic stay at the Four Seasons. What a beautiful hotel - in every way. The convenient location the Convention Center was wonderful. We enjoyed four days of pure pampering, relaxation, and comfort.
"Vegas Four Seasons - Away from the Chaos"
If you find the idea of going to Vegas daunting, this place is for you. It's very efficient. The bedding was soft and cushy and made being in bed very pleasant. We had a mountain view, at my request. The customer service was excellent. The only bad mark would have to be the eggs in the morning. They looked like rubber.

"Calm in the storm"
Quality hotel, as others have commented what sets it apart from the others is the level of service...fantastic. Stayed an additional 3 nights and received a free upgrade to a room overlooking the Strip. The Four Seasons occupies the top 5 floors of the Mandalay Bay Hotel but with it's own entrance/reception area, spa and pool.
"The best experience"
It's weekend get-away for a concert with kids, short stay, but the hotel really surprised me with their exceptional attention to details: the lovely special package for my kids was really the highlight of the trip, and very friendly staff and super quick car valet service, to name a few. It's very different Vegas trip.
"Best of our 5 star hotel stay's"
We decided to book 3 different 5 star hotels on our Vegas Vacation-The Four Seasons, The Encore and The Palazzo. The Four Seasons won hands down! They were friendly, helpful, and treated us like royalty! My 6 year old son, was even brought a treat! Best of the best!
"Enjoyable"
After a week at a different hotel for a conference, we "got away from it all" Quiet and classy. The negatives: self parking was a long walk. The airport is real close, so when you are at the pool or on the outside dinning area, you do hear loud air craft. We never heard the noise when inside though. And we had a high dollar suite, but not much of a […] view. However, we didn't go there to look out the window! Great staff and it was nice to get away from the smoke and gamblers. We almost forgot we were in Vegas. Already planning to return. Mehr
