Vegas Club Hotel & Casino - Las Vegas

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, leider wurde bei unseren 2 Übernachtungen nach der ersten Nacht wohl vergessen unser Zimmer zu reinigen, ok gibt schlimmeres, man kann ja die Handtücher auch 2x benutzen und da man in Vegas eh erst spät zurück ins Zimmer kommt, […] gehts halt mal in ein ungemachtes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel wird zur Zeit umgebaut, wir haben davon aber nichts mitbekommen, das Zimmer war schön ruhig. Da man direkt in der Freemont Street wohnt, kann man, sofern man nicht auf den Vegas Strip möchte, sein Auto stehen lassen und auch mal ein paar Drinks mehr zu sich nehmen. Die Freemont Street hat sich noch ein wenig den ursprünglichen Charme und Charakter von Vegas erhalten, es gibt hier sogar noch einige Casinos, wo man noch mit Münzen in den Slotmachines spielen kann. Wer mehr als nur 1-2 Nächte in Vegas verbringt, sollte sich diesen Teil der Stadt unbedingt auch mal anschauen, es lohnt sich. Wir würden beim nächsten Vegas Aufenthalt in diesem Hote auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten Mehr

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Freemont Street. Es wird grade umgebaut, haben wir allerdings nichts störendes mitbekommen. Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im neueren Trakt, top Aussicht und sehr ruhig. Wenn man auf Pool und ähnliches verzichtet und ein günstiges Zimmer sucht ist man hier richtig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich […] und hilfsbereit, die Wartezeit beim Ein-und Auschecken kurz.Die Reservierung über Hotels.com hat gut geklappt, auch mit dem Sonderwunsch "Raucherzimmer" gab es kein Problem. Habe 11 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Beim Check-in war man freudlich, hat meine Wünsche nach ruhigem Nichtraucherzimmer in einem oberen Stockwerk kommentarlos ignoriert und mir ein Raucher-Zimmer in der 2. niedrigsten Etage gegeben, direkt zur bis in die Nacht sehr lautstarken Freemont Street. Das Bett war total durchgelegen, jede Feder war zu […] spüren, der Fernseher lief nicht korrekt und die Fenster waren so undicht, dass man am Rahmen durchgucken konnte. Ich bin gleich zurück zum Check-in und habe mir ein anderes Zimmer geben lassen, was angeblich erst nicht möglich war, nach hartnäckiger Forderung dann aber doch ging. Man erklärte mir dann auch, dass es in diesem Hotel gar KEINE Nichtraucherzimmer gäbe!!! Ich erhielt auf der gleichen Etage ein Zimmer zu ruhigen Seite, in dem das Bett auch ok war. Obwohl ich wegen vieler negativer Bewertungen extra einen DeLuxe-Room im North-Tower gebucht hatte, der normalerweise mit Abstand am Besten beurteilt wurde, war das Zimmer zwar geräumig, aber Sauberkeit und Ausstattung lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Positiv an den DeLuxe-Rooms ist die ansprechende Größe, eine überraschend leise Klimaanlage und das ein Kühlschrank zur Verfügung steht, was viele Luxushotels nicht einmal bieten. Negativ ist der nur sehr mäßige Zustand der Zimmer, angeführt vom schmutzigen Teppich, der auch nur sehr unzureichend gesaugt wird und das nicht eimal ein Radiowecker zur Verfügung steht. Sowas habe ich in noch keinem Hotel erlebt! Das Menue im TV funktionierte auch in diesem Zimmer nicht. Die Fenster konnte man zu dieser Seite gar nicht öffnen. Somit war es schon ein Problem, dass es keine Nichtraucherzimmer in diesem Hotel gibt. Dafür war es angenehm ruhig! Wenn das schon die "tollen" DeLuxe-Zimmer sein sollen, dann möchte ich lieber nicht die Standard-Rooms kennen lernen... Einen Pool gab es nicht und die Nutzung des Pools im Plaza funktionierte mit unserem Zimmerschlüssel auch nicht, obwohl es anders zu lesen ist... Parken war mit Gästeauswe Mehr

Das Hotel ist einfach, der Standard in Ordnung, die Ausstattung schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen - dafür aber sehr günstig und nahe dem Fremont Komplex.

Hotel is very old and not updated. Bathroom sink backed up every day with black sludge. I felt that they should turn it over to the homeless in the area.

I was completely satisfied with my room for the price I paid.

We were in a room near Freemont St and ad a loud band blasting music all night. This wasn't a big problem because my wife and I were dead tired and able to sleep through it. The hotel is growing through some major renovations and hopefully upgraded sound proofing is in the budget!

It was OK. After hearing from a colleague 'you don't want to stay at a cheap hotel downtown', I was a little worried. It turned out it was quite nice. I would definitely book there again.

I liked it verry much, the hotel had a casino and easy acces to main road. The other up side is that price...unbelieveable.

I was very disappointed with the hotel. I will never stay there again and I will try to convince all friends and family to not stay there. Air conditioning was on full blast for three days and it was still warm in the room. Hotel looks like it is abandoned. The elevator felt like it was going to break down

I was very disappointed by our stay. The hotel is a very run down and the pictures that are sown are not at all what you really get. The AC didn't work at all. We stayed on the 15th floor and was a bit nervous to open the window as it did not have a screen. The balcony didn't seem safe either the railings were so far spaced that my 3 yr old could have […] fallen through had I let her out there. Another down side if being that high up is that there was only one working elevator and it took anywhere from 10 - 15 mins for it to get to our floor if we wanted to leave. The furniture and catpeting in the room was also of poor quality as it hasn't been taken care of. Lots of stains. I would not recommend this to someone with a family. I personally will not be utilizing this hotel again it is not worth it! Mehr

It took us about 50 minutes to check in and we had to stand in line from 1:00 AM to 1:50 AM with only 5 people ahead of us. The check in procedure was either too slow or they had old equipment/computer software or the people checking us in were just incompetent. The other problem was with the bed covers, blankets and bed sheets. I started an itch about […] two hours into the sleep at about 4AM and had itch hives all over my hands, on my toes and feet and back of the neck area. And I do not have allergies of any kind. The itching woke me up several times at night. I am not sure if the itching was from bugs, which I did not see or from dirty linen. When I told the front office staff there was no reaction and it seemed that they knew about this problem. Never stay at this hotel. Mehr

I was not happy with this hotel at all the furniture had stains on it and was very disgusting I was not happy at all with our stay

This hotel is severely run down! Upon our arrival there was only one person checking in guests at the front desk. It took thirty minutes to check us in and the guest services people seemed disinterested and not at all engaged in making the guests feel welcome. Our room was large, with a king bed and sparsely decorated circa 1970. It smelled musty, also […] there were body hairs from previous guests in the bathroom sink and on our bed! Gross! There was also old toothpaste spit in the sink. That was unpleasant to say the least! The shower was badly stained and there was mildew buildup in all the corners where caulk had been applied! I reluctantly took my shower that night, and the next morning found that the shower drain had backed up filth from the pipes into the tub so my wife could not shower that morning for fear of wading in that slew of grossness! When I went to get ice there was no ice machine on my floor, so I went to find ice on the surrounding floors and found only one on the floor two levels down from mine... it did not work! I then attempted to buy water at the vending machine on my floor. It was out of stock. After traveling to several floors and finding that all the vending machines were out of stock, I realized that this is just a pit of a hotel and is not at all maintained at any professional level. I then attempted to call the front desk to complain and there was no answer! I made several attempts and just gave up and went to sleep. What a waste! Mehr

I have stayed in this hotel twice already and would recommend it to my friends. Compared to price the room was very nice. Note that Fremont Street is a lively place and You will hear the nite life so if U wish to get early night sleep go some where else :) Thumbs Up for Vegas Club!!!

I couldn't turn on any AC in my room, so I spent the night sweating. I tried to get ice from the ice machine so that I could at least have a cold drink but I had to go to 6 different floors before I could find an ice machine that worked. For the price we got (cheap) it was fine.... Would not pay top dollar for this place...

We had a very lovely stay. the atmosphere was great and there was a lot of great things going on such as concerts dancing and lots of shopping. We had plans to go off the Fremont street to Las Vegas strip but stayed most of the time around our Hotel. Great prices and great casinos. Upon checkin I notice the sheets dirty.Both chairs in the room were broken. It took close to 3 hours for hotel staff to bring a wheelchair to the room.The room set up for handicapped was not. They were also leaking pipes in the restroom. When I as to be moved they said I would have to contact hotels.com I would never stay there again.

The room was clean, but the bathroom door didn't shut all the way, or lock. I think the hotel only had 1 working ice machine, and when you got there, the top was pushed back so you had to reach in to get ice. The staff at the restaurant, and bar areas, were pretty rude to me and my guests that were with me.

The las Vegas club is located on Fremont street which is great if you only plan to visit Fremont street. The Fremont street experience is great but only takes about 20 minutes to see. Otherwise it's a $20 can ride or hour long bus ride to the strip. The hotel itself is old. Checking in was easy enough even though they require a $50 deposit on top of my already paid for hotel room. The room itself was large with the smallest bathroom I have ever seen! It's really more like a closet. The light in the bathroom died during our last night there but we were leaving anyways so we didn't call to have it fixed. All in all I would rather spend the extra money and stay at a nicer hotel on the strip since I probably spent the equivalent in cab and bus fare. Mehr

Loved the decuse bus for $7 and you can ride 24hrs

Very dirty and not maintained. Got into a room which didn't have light and sink was full of garbage. Changed the room and found it to be full of carpet stains and some lights not working. Water fromt he sink had a pungent smell and brown in color. The smoke in the corridor makes it worse. I agree the price is very low but still not worth as with a few […] dollars more you can get a much better room in Vegas Mehr

For starters, the location is not the best. But the fact that it's very close to the Outlet makes it less badly. The garage of the hotel is frightful, dirty and smelly. The room (although it saying “No Smoking”) smells like cigarettes, actually the whole hotel smells like that. The lobby of the casino (no kidding) smells a public restroom. At night, […] when we returned to the hotel after a tiring day, we found clogged pipe, which made it impossible to take a shower. This hotel needs a make over. I was looking for an old school Vegas weekend. Hmm. If Vegas had started off like this no one would have ever comeback. Not at all what I expected. The Plaza (which is across the street) has the same layout, but MUCH cleaner and more pleasant to stay at.

I had read some pretty scathing reviews of the hotel, so I was a little leary, but needed an inexpensive place to stay for one night. I was happily surprised when we arrived. The hotel is older and could use updating, but it was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful.

Beds very comfy electrical outlets need work. Plugs wont stay in wall. Dining very good. Parking fri and sat not readily available had to park two blocks away. Over all will stay again only gave bottle of shampoo bar of soap no pen or paper could set up for two people

for the price, it was very good, location was excellent and the staff very friendly and nice... would stay again

I went in knowing what to expect...its an old hotel but the location was my choice. I love Freemont. The rooms are a different story, especially when your toilet doesnt flush. It could have just been the luck of the draw but a working toilet should at least be a room priority. I can say it was completely horrible. The stay was ok for one night. The room needed TLC work. The location is a very good area to be at.

For the rate I got, it was fine. Easy to get to off the freeway. Free parking. Right across the street from the Cal, where I'd go for Hawaiian food.
