Nettes Empfangspersonal, gute Versorgung mit Dallas-Stadtplan & Umgebungsplan. Die Zimmer total in Ordnung, Betten bequem. Allerdings war die Toilettenspülung zum Erschrecken laut - scheinbar auch die der anderen Zimmer, was man direkt mitbekam. Wände typisch amerikanisch dünn. Das Frühstück ebenfalls typisch amerikanisch, der "Nachfüllservice" etwas träge. Die Zahl der Tische war für die Größe des Hotels etwas knapp bemessen - im Zweifel musste man eben im Stehen essen oder warten. Pluspunkt: Direkt an einer "Schlemmermeile" gelegen, ein Restaurant neben dem anderen. Allerdings auch direkt in der Einflugschneise, wobei sich die Geräusche (kleinere Maschinen & scheinbar Nachtflugverbot) in Grenzen hielten.

Ich war ziemlich zufriedem mit dem Hotel. Man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein, da das Hotel im Grunde direkt am Expw liegt. (Dallas ist als Stadt an sich aber recht laut). Das Hotel serviert ein Full Breakfast, das den Namen auch verdient. Wer zwei-drei Tage in Dallas verbringt, sollte sich dieses Hotel näher ansehen. Service und Freundlichkeit waren ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung ist eine mittlere- bis gehobene Wohngegend.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen und bietet neben einem Blick aufs Rollfeld (Fluglärm bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht hörbar) einen kostenlosen (Tips USA-typisch nicht inkludiert). Wir haben es als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vor einem Weiterflug am Folgetag genutzt. Hierzu eignet es sich wirklich hervorragend.
Lage
Comfort Inn & Suites liegt in Dallas in der Nähe von: L.B Houston Municipal Golf Course, Bachman Lake Park und University of Dallas. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung gehören: Frontiers of Flight Museum und Parkland Memorial Hospital - UT Southwestern.

"Good Hotel bad neighborhood"
I was expecting a little more life around the hotel, like better restaurants and just an overall hotel experience, but the surrounding areas were more industrial, lots of liquor stores nearby, rough area of town, the pool was a bit murky but I still had a swim in it, there were different things that if you are not picky you will overlook. "Pleasant Stay"
The standard room was a little bit small, but it was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool and spa was nice, the pool water was very cold for an indoor pool. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definately stay again.
"Dont' stay this hotel"
We were there for trade show, location was okay, but hotel condition is very bad, you can smell it... bathroom sink so low you cannot even brush your teeth, we will never stay this hotel anymore, we sugguest don't stay there,
"Good Hotel - Questionable neighborhood"
I used to stay in this neighborhood - 20 years ago and it was rich with nice restaurants like Old San Francisco Steakhouse and Randy Whites. Now it has massage parlors, tatoo shops, gentlemans clubs, used car lots, etc.... The hotel itself was good - decor in the room was tacky, mint green paint with vine border around the ceiling. Bed was a little […] on the firm side. Room was clean, workout facility was small but not used much so it was OK. The free beer and wine was a nice tought if you like box wine and budweiser. No other choices. Breakfast was free and had waffles, bagels, cereal, etc... It was good. There is a Limo service just south of it and they work late and yell in the parking lot until 9 or 10. On Thursday night it turned in to a night club, complete with patrons with 24" wheels and THUMPING music that they play in the parking lot to impress each other. Lots of purple and orange velour suites and gold teeth..... Stay on the North side of the hotel. Mehr
"Inadequate"
We took this hotel as it was on I-35 on our long drive and location was convenient. The room just about average and would not reccomend for long stays. Fine for just a nights stay. Ice maker was not working, one key was not working, room cleanliness was just average, fitness room tread mill safety latch not working and not clean...etc. Hotel manager […] was Indian gujrati - the most clever business community on earth. I know one who even mixed water in coffee creamer to cut costs. Mehr

"Nice hotel, shady neighborhood"
The hotel itself was nice, but upon checkin I was given not the room I purchased. The hotel was empty and they attempted to give me a smoking double room when my reservation clearly stated a non smoking suite. Then they attempted to charge me extra for the suite as an "upcharge." I had to show them where I already paid the surcharge. The clerk was less […] than congenial. The room was clean. Beds were like bricks. Breakfast was great. Pool and spa were indoors and good as well. Overall not a bad hotel. The morning staff girl made the sour arrival a better one. Mehr

"not too bad"
The last time I was in dallas stayed at this location when it was still country inn and suites......still the same as it always was except that composite dr used to be restaurant row and is now anything but! lots of adult entertainment going on until almost daylight, but the hotel itself is fairly quiet. Not a bad location if you're not with family […] . Mehr

I enjoyed our stay. The service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

She had a major attitude. We later found out that she had a bad tooth. We felt like she should have taken the day off.

"Excelente Opcion... 100% Recomendado..."
Estuve un par de dias trabajando en Convention Center y fue una excelente experiencia mi estadia en el hotel, en principio la relacion precio/valor sobrepaso las espectativas, bien economico por un gran servicio, los chicos de recepcion fueron muy atentos, las habitaciones estuvieron impecables, el desayuno estuvo por encima de lo esperado en ese precio, […] tienen buena comida cerca y la posicion estrategica para ir a cualquier lado muy aceptable, por lo tanto recomiendo ampliamente este hotel como opcion cuando quieran visitar Dallas..
