I will always book this hotel if it is in my destination location. We had the best time ever and never had to leave the hotel property.

room was comfortable and clean, but how can you not have a coffee pot at these prices? Very inconvenient to go downstairs for coffee each morning.

Great place to stay, but adjoining rooms can let in a lot of noise through the closed interconnecting door. Warning if you're a light sleeper.

My wife and I enjoyed a Saturday night in Midtown,we only live twenty minutes from the hotel but what a great place for a grown ups. Only grumbles would be parking at $ 22.00 a night and drinks at ten bucks a pop, what the hell, small price for rubbing shoulders with the trendiest wanna bees in A Town.

Hotel was okay. The bar and lobby areas are cool. Service was at front desk was okay. The pet policy information listed on hotels.com website did not match what the actual hotel policy on having pets. Basically the pet fee was listed as the deposit on hotels.com website. So when I got to to the hotel I was suprised that they were going to charge me […] $125.00 for a pet fee. The manager on duty was going to enforce the hotel policy, but after she checked hotel.com website she agreed that it would not be fair for me to have to pay that since the hotel and hotels.com wwere not in synch. The bar in the hotel was really cool...and the hotel is in a great location. The rooms are nice and spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Mehr

Ultra modern hotel in a great area of the city. The room with comfortable and well-appointed, but no in room coffee maker - you have to pay extra for that! Silly. The room was a little dirty - dry wall repairs that were not completely cleaned up afterward. Overall a good experience and we would return.

Wonderful location, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Could have spent several days and nights in that bed....

Being locals, we were looking for a getaway date night. Thought the W hotel in Midtown would be fun and hip. We checked into a non-smoking room but smelled a smoky odor. Turns out there were vomit stains on the floor and the smoky odor was marijuana. Very disappointing! The good news is the staff at the hotel was very accommodating in moving us to another […] room immediately (how could they not be), but nothing was comp'ed or any extra amenities offered. We will be staying at the Ritz next time! Mehr

I must say my stay was the most comfortable and most convenience ever!!! I didn't have 2 leave the hotel if I didn't want to..looking forward to booking my next stay soon...

Kind of disappointed in the W for such a high end hotel! Hotel lobby and rooms are very swanky and clean but rooms are very small and walls paper thin! We were woken up at 3:30 am by next door drunkards and had to call security which did come and quieted them down. Left early because of incident and hotel management did not give us a hard time with […] a refund but it was also a Saturday night so probably booked it for double for what we paid through hotel.com. Valet service was great and definitely recommend! Did not dine at Spice Restaurant but got rave reviews by many locals in the area. Mehr

I would never stay at this property again. My room was up on the 6th floor, yet at 1230AM not only was the floor shaking, the windows were rattling from the noise of the rap music bar on the first or second floor. I called downstairs and requested that they tone it down, and nothing changed. I called again and was told a manager would return my call. […] Never happened. Very disappointing and unprofessional. At 1230AM or 1 in the morning, it is not unreasonable to expect to be able to sleep. This is the hotel where a guest fell through the window - so perhaps that implies that the insulation is completely inadequate? Whatever the reason, I would not stay here again. Mehr

Trendy, urban atmosphere. The only drawback is the crowded driveway to valet park, but even that wasn't too bad. Staff were very polite. Would stay there again any time.

A great place if you are in a strange city and come back from a meeting and don't want to leave. All inclusive food and enjoyment. Everything you want in one spot

We loved everything about the hotel & the employees..everyone was so friendly & polite. The only thing that was a disappointment was the restaurant. We had our Thanksgiving dinner there on the recommendation of the concierge & it was awful. We have previously had Thanksgiving at 103 West & The Four Seasons & they were both excellent & had the feel of […] a real Thanksgiving. We would stay at the hotel again..just not use the restaurant. I was a little disappointed in the place to find things like rust stains in the bathroom, light fixtures falling apart and architectural fixtures not quite fixed. And then there are the black light switches on black surfaces. Not such a big deal, I guess, but it's a little hard to find the light when you come in in the dark. Last complaint: the towels […] were stiff and had a burnt smell to them. All that said, I actually had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff were courteous and bed comfy. Great location and view. Mehr

This is a really great hotel with all the amenities!

The hotel was clean, not too expensive, and in a really good location if you need to be in Midtown. It's attached to a small mall with plenty of lunch options as well. The food options at the hotel was very overpriced however. My only major complaint is that most things were understaffed. The staff was courteous, but I had to wait a bit for the valet, […] spa appointment, and check-in. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and I would definitely go here again for my future business trips in Midtown Atlanta, and would recommend it to colleagues. Mehr

Me and my wife stayed for two nights. It was a great place to stay. The view was great and the room was awesome.

My expeirience was wonderful! I was only there for one night. I wish I could afford to stay longer I didnt get the cahnce to truly explore all the hotel had to offer. Had other event going on and never used my free drink or free appetizer coupons. I stayed at the Twelve hotel the previous night and the W by far was the best. Let me know of any discount […] rates would love to stay for my birthday or anniversary! Mehr

Great location and nice place. Was disappointed with the broken shower faucet (repair took a long time and I had to be present in the room). Was disappointed to have to call for a light bulb to be replaced. Was disappointed that I had to call three times for ice because the two ice machines on two different floors were out of order. Nice hotel, but definitely more suited for out of town players and party people.

dirty,noisy, a complete mess

The hotel was amazing! Every thing was great except for the room service. It was way over priced which would not have been bad if it was good food, but the food was horrible, straight out of the freezer and microwaved. It also took them an hour to bring me the 4 $15 frozen chicken fingers. I highly recommend staying here but if you hungry I suggest […] walking to the surrounding restaurants. Mehr

So it very nice although the bar is very busy and look at the weekend. There is a basic free wifi access with the option to upgrade to a better one. Basic access seemed to drop a lot. I used the business centre and price for both printing an Internet very expensive, I would expect these to be free. Parking both self and valet aren't cheap either. Restaurant […] was nice. Mehr

Beautiful, hip hotel in the Mid Town area conveniently located for all of metro Atlanta. The patio bar was awesome. Only complaint is no coffee pot in room. Otherwise, great hotel and good value for the money.

Simply put awesome! Great location. Check out the club a block away called Shout and the bar across the street call Tap.

Hotel has in a good location, but the up keep was the only problem, the outside sofa lodge area was stained and dirty, and the carpet was the worst (red dirt) needed to be steam cleaned, the pool area was well maintained, and the room was comfortable for the most part, I guess I just expected more, it's the W for Christ sake. Would not stay again.

Excellent location, close to tons of fun bars and clubs. Hotel it self was very clean, and service was excellent. I also liked the extra security of room keys to access elevator. Will return!

Terrence at the front desk was so great in getting us a room on a higher floor when the hotel was booked. He was speedy and gracious and we were grateful for the nice room. Go Terrence. Great job.

I have stayed at numerous W Hotels. The name is synonymous with luxury and class. This W did not measure up to my level of expectation. While the finishes were expensive, the overall look and feel was cheesy and cheap. Service and professionalism of the staff was excellent butI would not stay here again.

Love the W and opt to stay in one everywhere I go. As expected, my room was great, bed comfortable (I live for the W beds), service great, atmosphere fantastic and the vibe as I like it: cosmopolitan and easy. Many choices in the ATL, but why mess with the experience and stay where I may or may not get what I expect in a hotel stay? The W rules!

We stayed at the W in Midtown Atlanta for our 30th wedding anniversary. The check in staff was prompt and when they found out it was our anniversary they went above and beyond including a comp. champagne service when we got back from dinner. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.
