Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral gelegen. Hat leider keinen eigenen Parkplatz vor der Tür, damit man sich anmelden kann. Der Tiefgaragenplatz kostet extra. Die Stellplätze sind für die Amerikanischen Autos etwas eng.Das Hotel ist sauber die Naßzelle ist etwas knapp bemessen,das Waschbecken ist im Schlafraum. Störend wenn der Partner noch schläft. Im Zimmer […] hatten wir leider einen ungebentenen (tierischer Art) Gast. Das Problem war bekannt . Für Personen die der englischen Sprache nicht so mächtig sind ist die Anmeldung schwierig.Leider gibt es weder Bar noch Restaurant im Hotel.Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Mehr

Wir hatten das Hotel während einer USA-Rundreise zwei Nächte gebucht - würden aber auch durchaus länger dort bleiben. Das Hotel ist sauber, ruhig und doch gut gelegen (Coca-Cola-Word, Georgia-Aquarium etc. zu Fuß zu erreichen). Da wir mit den Motorrädern unterwegs waren, war es auch sehr gut, dass wir diese in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage unterstellen […] konnten. Haben das Hotel für eine Nacht Stopp-Over in Atlanta genutzt. Sehr gute Lage Lage an der Metro, in ca 30min ist man am Flughafen. Die Gegend in der das Hotel liegt ist jedoch Abends sehr leer, da überwiegend Bürogebäude.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Downtown, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kleine aber gemütliche Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Huge breakfast selection and good coffee. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside is that parking costs extra (15 USD per day).

Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Zufahrt zur Autobahn. Weiter sind Downtown, die U-Bahn-Station, das Coca-Cola Museum usw. innert kürzester Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar.

I will say that, with the exception of one person, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. But other than that . . . I would not stay there again. I was attending a conference at the Hyatt Regency which was nearby, and I wish I had spent $50 more a night to stay there. The Best Western is a motel, plain and simple, and with all the rain, […] just getting to my room left me drenched. Ridiculous shower curtain--there was no way NOT to flood the bathroom with every shower, and the nozzle was so high (I'm not short, either) that it was a fine mist by the time the water reached my head. Carpet and decor about 20 years old, with the exception of the bedding. Vagrants around day and night so I didn't participate in evening events at the Hyatt because I didn't want to walk back alone in the dark. One manager wouuldn't answer the "0" button--if you wanted her to pick up you had to call their outside line. Mehr

convenient location with easy access to much around. Had a small issue with shower floor but service was excellent and they really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and take care of the situation. For that alone I would go back as bed/ linens/ very comfortable and clean ad great drapes that keep room dark.

This hotel was a renovation project that worked. Nice bedding, small but comfortable rooms, small but updated showers and a very nice and enjoyable staff.

Fantastic breakfast bar. Rooms are small but clean and updated. Parking in the underground lot left much to be desired. Spaces were very small and difficult to maneuver. Would definitely go there again.

The Best Western, along with the entire surrounding neighborhood was SO very pleasantly surprising, I haven't enough nice things to say. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and completely accommodating. Extremely friendly staff, and the amount of pillows for the king size bed along with the comfort of them was fantastic. I'll be back!!!

First of all, I didn't realize it was essentially a motel, where your room comes out onto an outside open walkway, but that one was my fault. You could likely tell by the pictures. The staff was very friendly, but the room looked as if it had been through a bit of a beat down: surfaces worn down, stains on the chair, old carpet, lampshade askew, sheets […] stained, leaking shower faucet. All of that I could have lived with (hotels do take a beating) if I hadn't had to kill a roach in the bathroom my last night there. The staff took off some snack charges to compensate, which was very nice, but not quite equal to me sleeping in my clothes with the lights on because of the roach. Mehr

Comfy room with free wi-fi and breakfast starting at 0630! I had five pillows on my king bed. The room was super! Staff was friendly but they need to get on the same page. I asked the guy checking me in if I had to check-out in person and he said yes, which I thought was odd. When I mentioned it to the desk agent in the morning, he said I didn't have […] to. So everyone save yourself the trouble. Also, there is no place to park while you check in to the hotel. They provide parking but for a certain price and not until after you check in so the entrance of the garage gets jammed. I paid less for parking across the street and it was fine. The hotel is just a couple of blocks from what seemed like the jackpot of bars and restaurants. Not a bad stay for just passing through! Mehr

not our first time staying at the hotel. the staff is always friendly. it is right in the middle of everything. the parking is a small basement but its safe a gated. the rooms are clean and the water is hot.

Best Western offered a competitive rate and was close to several attractions in the Atlanta area (Specifically, the Georgia Aquarium). They provided an ample breakfast. The only area I felt was lacking was the parking, but I understand that this is due to their downtown location. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

We got there and waited for them to tell us they overbooked and didn't have a room for us. They had us stay across the street in a nasty hotel. They did cover the our costs but it still was a very unpleasant experience.

With the exception of having to park a block away from the hotel on a rainy night, this was an exceptional hotel. Absolutely loved the rainfall shower head, which provided me with one of the best shower experiences I've had from a hotel chain. Would definitely chose this hotel in the future.

This was a cozy (if small) room that was very nicely furnish & very comfortable. The parking lot is a bit small, but I was travelling during a non-tourist weekend so it was fine. The location was very convenient in downtown.

My reservation got messed up. Stay cost $100 more than it was supposed to. Front desk lady didn't care and wasn't very nice. Neither was the one the next morning. Didn't expect a hotel in this location and expense to be open hallways to the outdoors. Most other things were decent.

Me and my Fiancé stayed at this hotel on a Friday night to be closer to downtown. The hotel staff was rude and very unhelpful. We found BLOOD on our comforter Friday night after we got back to the room and we couldn't get in contact with anyone at the front desk. It was around 11 pm and I called several times, no one answered the phone so I put the […] comforter on the floor in the corner and we went to sleep. I didn't want to walk down to the front desk because you had to walk outside to get there and it was cold. The next morning I called the front desk and told the lady that answered the phone about the BLOOD on the comforter and she was not empathetic at all, her response was "I will send the housekeeping supervisor up to check it out". They didn't try to accommodate us in any way and they treated us like we were criminals. There was also a cop that came to the room with the other staff members to look at the comforter and he was also very rude. The towels in our room were dirty, the walls were very thin, the room doors were outside so you have to walk outside to get to your room or to the front desk, and each staff member that I came in contact with was rude except for the housekeeping manager. The guest were very loud in the hallways and we were awaken by the sound of the housekeeping carts rolling around on the concrete back and forth pass our door all morning. Overall I was very satisfied. They didn't have a roll away bed as I had been told by you. We were missing a telephone and couldn't access Wi Fi. These problems were reported. Didn't get help with the wi fi situation.

The hotel has been renovated and was very clean; however, you will freeze in the winter because the doors are not insolated enough and the heater essentially gets defeated. There were also a lot of homeless people within the vicinity. I didn't particularly feel safe in an outdoor unit away from having to check-in and-out frequently.

It is the third time we stayed at this location. This last time was the best! The hotel was beautifully renovated. The entire staff was GREAT. We felt welcomed and pampered. The location was very convenient for us, but not the prettiest part of Atlanta. Breakfast was supreme.

Hotel was clean and convenient to downtown locations. Breakfast was good. Coffee great. Staff friendly. Parking garage could use some improvements. Rates were much more reasonable than others in the area. The room was a little small, but the bed was great. Definitely a bargain for the area.

Room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices and friendly staff. Fitness center was small but nice equipment. Overall a great experience. I was attending a conference nearby and it was easy to get to the hotel and also easy access to the MARTA station.

The first night on our stay we were kept up for over 2 hours due to other guest. After making two calls to the front desk it was finally taken care of. The next day the manager called and apologized and took care of some extra fees for me. I was extremely pleased with the staff and the location. This is a great hotel! Location, cleanliness, comfort, service, but the hotel rooms are outside accessible. So you're exposed to all weather conditions. They don't show this in the photos either.
