Extrem Nette Mittarbeiter, Sehr Freundlich, und für dieser Preis klasse Sehr Gut.

Es handelt sich um ein nettes,sauberes Hotel.Der Preis war ok.Das Personal freundlich.Zu erwähnen das Kontinental Frühstück ist im Preis enthalten und in Ordnung.Der kostenlose Internetanschluss über Wifi im Zimmer ist nicht selbstverständlich.. Also gerne wieder!

Einfaches Hotel mit grossen , sauberen Zimmern. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, das war etwa 30 m2 gross, also sehr geräumig. Am Empfang waren sie freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Tips. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber für den Preis abs. ok! In nur 15 Min. ist man mit dem Auto im Disneyland! Das war auch der Grund, warum wir dieses Hotel gewählt haben, […] denn in LA ist der Verkehr zu den Rushouers einfach unglaublich! Wir fanden den kleinen Pool als Abkühlung auch noch gut. Mehr

It is not at clean and tidy as its been advertised

This hotel is a good value for families with small children who just needs a place to sleep for the night. It is convenient, safe location. I booked it for one night and returned to hotels.com and booked another night. If you have small children, call to request ground floor near courtyard for easy access to parking, ice machines, and continentall breakfast […] in the morning. Cheap hotel says it all. When you walk up to the front door entrance of any hotel and you see a sign that says "night bell" over a small sliding glass window, you know this is not the hotel to be in.

We stayed at this place for 5 days as its close to disney land & Knotts berry farm . They have shuttles running which will take u to these places. Which is a good thing. The thing which we don't know like is the breakfast as there was nothing much . Also we went for a day to san jose and came back next day and was surprised to see that our refrigerator […] was cleaned and they have trashed all the food we have in the refrigerator. They should not have done this. Since we have not checked out !! Mehr

Very dated, dirty,nonfreindly staff, ice machines nonworking, pool not heated or opened at prime time, parking is limited, ck out staff not friendly. We will NEVER book a room with ur Co.! Its not worth the price.

Dirty restrooms ......flush was not working ....flush water was coming out from sink .......bad experience

Lights randomly turning on, unfriendly employees and awful breakfast selection (Waffles and bread) There are no american businesses in the immediate area. They are all korean or something. That would have been good to know before I went here.. I am not a fan of this establishment!

room smells bad , cant sleep at night , you can hear footsteps from upstairs like running horses, breakfast is just toast bread although i dont care for breakfast, all in all ..... not satisfied

This hotel was well worth the cost. It is an older building but renovated. The bed was good but the pillows were the worst I have ever layed on. The room I was in had a refridgerator although the site did not say there was one. There is a nice pool and hottub. I would recommend this hotel just make sure you bring your own pillows.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We were on a prett y tight budget while visiting Disneyland. For the low price we paid, it met our needs. The hotel rooms are older and in need of renovating. Shower had good water pressure, but wasted alot of water coming from down spout. Pros: budget friendly, decent rooms although they need renovating! Cons: […] Continental breakfast disappointing. There is not much variety. It's better to eat out. Shuttle service is limited. There was 17 of us in a 12 passenger van. Hotel is a little over 7 miles from Disneyland Park. It is close to Knotts Berry Farm. Overall our stay was decent and the hotel met our budget and stay needs. Mehr

Reserved a room for 3 nights because it was a decent location and price. The staff wasn't great and called us everyday to say the kids were too loud :( one night we arrived back at the room from Disneyland and had only walked on the door when the front desk called to say the kids were too loud running around. My husband wasn't very happy with them calling […] and informed them we had only just walked in and when we reserved the room we made it clear we had two children. It was not our fault they put us on top floor. But anyways, moved some of the furnishings around to look for all of our items and saw trash and filth behind the night stand etc....overall just left with a bad taste from this place....Better luck next time for us I guess!!! This hotel was economical and we got the value for the price we paid for. It does include a complimentary breakfast and a shuttle service to Disneyland ( 7 miles from this place. You could save a few hundred dollars ( which you can spend on food / photos ) if you are willing to live ~ 7 miles from Disneyland.

pool was closed which we were not informed about.

Hotel is older, new paint in room, clean beds and newer carpet but bathroom and "kitchen" show their age. Maids kept it pretty clean, about what you would expect for the price. Breakfast was basic toast, waffel, juice again not fancy, but okay for the price. It was a good location for many So Cal attractions and a decent neighborhood. When we first checked in, they gave us keys to a room that was already occupied, talk about embarassing. Then we received keys to a new room which isn't what we reserved. So then we finally got what we reserved on the third try. The pillows were hard as a rock. If you are planning to a quick trip to LA or Disneyland this would be a nice option. Located close to Anaheim in a calm and peaceful location with necessary amenities nearby.

My Son and I went to the NAMM in Anaheim over this past weekend and needed a place to stay for 3 nights. A HOTELS.COM search led me to stay at the Howard Johnson in Buena Park. Through their service they saved me 25% off the regular fees! The breakfast is great and the WiFi is free in the rooms! There is even a BBQ so you can cook your own steaks for […] dinner, and with the Stater Bros. grocery store a block away is was a lot cheaper to cook dinner than to go out for us! We will definitely stay there again next year! Mehr

Nice hotel with nice employees. Only problems were no hot water to take shower and heater in room didn't work. Not sure if I would return until these issues were fixed.

Good bargain. Clean, nice staff, near hiway. Room had a counter top and cabinets. Refrig and microwave, but nothing else. Is not a Kitchenette. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this hotel because we had a pretty tight budget for our family vacation, and it was really affordable for us. You do get what you pay for, but it wasn't too bad for the price. The room wasn't really nice, but it was clean & comfortable. The maid service was great! The Disneyland shuttle was adequate to meet our needs because we wanted to […] get our money's worth for the two days we were there, and it allowed us to hang out for 12 hours each day. But I could see how some people would be inconvenienced if they didn't want to spend long days there because there is only one drop-off & pick-up time each day. The driver was really courteous. The main complaints that I have are that the hot tub is a total joke (it is TINY & the water wasn't even lukewarm), and the continental breakfast area did not have enough seating. It was so crowded that we didn't even have a chance to eat before the shuttle was scheduled to leave. I wouldn't stay there again, and I probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but it worked out well for us during a time that we needed to pinch our pennies! Mehr

The Hotel was ok to stay in, but there was a lot of noise, you can hear everything. People outside, even the door bell from the front desk.

I chose this motel mainly because of its location and my expectations were few. It was a short stay and all I hoped for was a affordable room that was reasonably clean, comfortable, and quiet. The price was acceptable but, sad to say, the Howard Johnson’s on Orangethorpe in Buena Park is none of the above. The first warning was at check in. While waiting […] for the clerk to finish the paperwork for the person ahead of me a woman came in and said the bathroom of the room she had just checked into had not been cleaned. There was hair in the tub and the rest of the bathroom was dirty. The clerk offered to move her but she declined because there were no available downstairs rooms. In my room the carpet was filthy. It (probably) had been vacuumed but it clearly hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long while. It was so bad that I left dirty footprints in the shower. I didn’t go barefoot outside of the bathroom after the first morning. The bed was lumpy and felt like it was about to collapse. The pillows, sheets, bedspread, and towels smelled strongly of bleach and had all seen better days. The heater had a musty smell that was so bad I had to sleep with the window open. The room had a small refrigerator (that ran loudly), a small microwave oven, a single cup coffee maker, and a sink. That’s nice but the cabinets in the kitchenette area were bare. Not a single glass, cup, plate, or utensil. The kitchenette is nice but not much use. Perhaps the owner’s expectation is that everyone travels with a full set of china and silverware. The first morning I took a chance but the coffee was foul. The "free Continental Breakfast" in the lobby looked terrible so I ate elsewhere. The motel was anything but quiet. On a patio below my room is an outdoor grill. (Apparently some people travel with charcoal.) There were families with children running everywhere using it into the night. Very satisfied with all the hotel amenities as a businessman. All hotel employees are very efficient and helpful.

We were in Buena Park for a week to attend a 3 day conference and then to enjoy the area. We loved our hotel experience there. It was centrally located for all that we wanted to do during our visit. Our room was much larger than anticipated and had a desk, small table with 2 chairs and a sink, cupboards, drawers and a large countertop in the microwave […] and refrigerator area. The room was nice and clean and we appreciated the extra counter space in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and most helpful. We had a nice complimentary breakfast each morning and then, with the microwave and refrigerator in our room and a grocery store nearby, we were able to eat a lot of our other meals in our room, which added up to considerable savings on food. Although we didn't use all of the amenities on site, we did appreciate the free parking, free wireless internet which worked well in the room, cable television, hair dryer, clock radio, coffee/tea maker in the room, free coffee in the lobby and pool and hot tub area, which was kept nice and clean. The hotel itself wasn't so bad. I didn't have a rental car or anything and there were just as nice hotels for the same price if not cheaper right where all the resteraunts and other businesses were.

This was an excellent, affordably priced motel, close to several surprisingly good local restaurants. My room was ready when I checked in, and they moved me to an even better room when I requested to be on the ground floor. There was a little noise from neighboring rooms, but it was easy to block with my choice of TV stations and the air-conditioning. […] The full breakfast available was also a welcome surprise. I really enjoyed staying their for the week. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that they kept your room cleaned and that they would clean your room while you were in it. It is nice to know that you can feel like your things are safe.

The hotel did not look the way it was show on the picture when I booked it. It okay but not what I am used to. The employees were very nice with the exception of the night clerk when we checked in. He acted like we had disturbed his sleep by checking in.
