Good hotel to stay at, it's close to the mall and the freeway. There is no noise to be heard. The beds were really comfortable with extra white linen. Lobby was very neat for the reception. Breakfast was pleasant and fresh. I would return to this hotel.

Nice stay, updated and clean. perfect for our needs. We had to come into town for a funeral and needed a place west side of knoxville, close enough to the highway and with food options nearby. The Wifi sealed the deal. Free and available in the room. Staff could have been a little more outgoing but they were fine.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is conveniently located off Interstate 75 with restaurants and an outlet mall all within a short drive. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable as were the washrooms. The hot breakfast was very much appreciated. Hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and all of the other expected […] delights. For the price, this is a place you should consider without hesitation. Mehr

The rooms are excellent, the staff courteous and helpful, and their breakfast buffet is outstanding. I will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was just overnight but the staff was courteous and informative. Room was great we will stay in your hotels again.

As a seasoned traveler, I know Best Westerns are a gamble. You really dont know what you will get. But, this one is either brand new or newly renovated. Extremely clean and comfortable. The beds similar to the comfort of my normal: "Hampton". But, at 1/2 the price. Going to West Knoxville, I recommend it!

The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was just fantastic. The hotel staff were both friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay there again.

Very good overnight stop close to I-75. Very nice room at a reasonable price.

I was disappointed with our hotel stay in a couple of respects. There was a misunderstanding with the number of rooms booked and a twenty minute unscrambling of information with the check-in clerk. He was not particularly accommodating or friendly; apparently smiling is not allowed. Then the hallway was being painted and we had to be careful of newly […] painted surfaces. In two of our three rooms the sinks were clogged up and in one of the rooms the drain cleaner was left in the sink (not drained) and the drain cleaner bottle was left on the sink counter in the bathroom area. This was not a great presentation for guests. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast bar was fine. I would suggest paying more attention to details. Mehr

We always stay in Knoxville near the Turkey Creek area-great shopping!! This was our first time to stay at this Best Western and we have nothing but excellent things to say about it from the customer service of the staff to the extremely clean room. Breakfast was nice and we will certainly stay there again.

Reserved two queen beds, received substitute of king with a sofa bed. Knew that this was possibility, but had expected better quality of sofa bed...was twin size and mattress about 3 inches of foam. Not acceptable to me and I will not stay at this hotel again.

I always like to stay at the Cedar Bluff area when I come to Knoxville for football weekends. For late afternoon and evening games, I like to drive up from Memphis on Saturday morning. I did not make hotel reservations until about a week before the game, and all the other area hotels were either booked or required a 2 night minimum. Best western Plus […] was available for one night and was perfect. Great location and near lots of good restaurants in the Cedar Bluff area. Mehr

Hotel is in good location. Convenient to interstate and restaurants.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and on the expierence of that 1st trip I booked it again. This time they are remodeling the inside so was missing some finishing work, whcih was not a problem. The one thing that we we a little disappointed with was that they had changes out the carpeted floors in the rooms and replaced with laminate, whcih sounds […] good except that it had not been attached well and every movement in the room squeeked it sounded like we were in a haunted house. I am sure that it will be redone or they might loose quests. Overall it is a great place good breakfast, great staff and the area is great. Mehr

We just needed a quick stop for 1 night and this hotel was very easy to get to off the highway. It has a nice pool. The hotel is under renovation. I'm sure it will be beautiful once the work is completed.

We have stayed in several hotels in the area over the last 4 years, and this is one of the best we have stayed in. It has a really nice lobby and a very good breakfast. The room was clean. I really like having the sink outside the bathroom. That makes it convenient when several people are trying to get ready at the same time.

The biggest issue I had with this hotel was their upgrade to become a Best Western "Plus". The smell of paint was horrible and made us ill after a couple of nights. I'm sure that it will be a great place once the renovations are finished, but until then, I'd stay away.

I can't say enough nice things about our stay at this hotel. It was fantastic. The room was great and totally clean every day. The king size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great and without a doubt the staff were the friendliest and most helpful that you could ever hope to meet. Oh and last but not least we can't forget to mention about […] the warm home baked cookies that were put out each day at the front desk.. If you are ever in Knoxville TN, do yourself a favor and stay at the Best Western Plus Cedar Bluff Inn. The price can't be beat. Mehr

very nice hotel, good price for the large room..

This hotel is very nice and in quiet area, except for the limited parking. They serve a very nice breakfast buffet. I would use this hotel again in the future.

The first room they gave me smelled like a trucker who had been driving non-stop for 72 hours and didn't bother to shower and mildew. They switched me to another room which I dubbed the "Steam room" suite because the AC was not on and it took hours to cool down the room.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The greeting at the front desk was friendly, and helpful. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was good and coffee always ready in the lobby. If our travel plans take us to this destination we WILL book this hotel again!

This hotel was great for just a one night's stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was the outdated television. But they are doing upgrades and hopefully they'll change that soon.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was easy to find, the service was very good/helpful. The room was very comfortable and the local restaurants were good.

This was an excellent hotel! Comfortable rooms (beds are great) and the people were very friendly.
