We aren't picky people at all but myself and my family stayed at this location and though the gentleman who worked the front counter was very nice the hotel was not at all what we had hoped for. In the bathtub we found used toliet paper, the shampoo, conditioner and lotion had all be previously used and the bottles still greasy. This place literally […] needs to clean up it's act. Mehr

Stay was good except for ants in the room.

Don't waste your time or hard earned money at this dump.

was a great stay, I always stay there. The only down is the old man behind the front desk. He acts like he doesn't like Americans or anyone else. Makes you not want to go into the office.

Not customer service, the management is ver rude And racist

I stay at many hotels/motels and flagship is the worst room I have ever stayed at. Dirty, smelled awful, stains on the blankets and even on the curtains. Towels were folded in bathroom and they were dirty. Continental breakfast was a juice machine broken, cereal that appeared to be left out, warm to the touch milk, mini donuts hand wrapped with Saran […] wrap. rather sleep in the street than at flagship....the place was digusting ......

Sheets on the bed were dirty and stained, shampoo bottles were previously opened by others. Orange juice was watered down and the donuts were wrapped in plastic wrap and hard as bricks. When I mentioned it to the staff, they blew me off about the sheets and tossed the donut in the trash. When I spoke to the hotel manager on check in day he spoke to […] me. Check in was quick and easy. The room was nice and the AC/Heater worked great. The bathroom was a good size. The bed was comfy. The only caution would be the breakfast. There was dry cereal (One choice) but no milk to be found. That was it for the food. Then you had the juice machine and hot water for tea. I grabbed some OJ and I looked at my wife and […] said "Why would they have Mimosa's in the OJ Juice machine. She looked at it and said "It taste that way because it's fermented" YUCK!!! Staff was very curtious and the room was very clean. Location was good as I wanted to go to Foxwoods Casino. I will stay there again in the near future.

We stayed at this hotel due to a concert at Mohegan Sun. Flagship is about 12 miles away from Mohegan sun and affordable. if you are looking for a place to lay your head, I would recommend. If you are looking to stay in a classy place for a romantic weekend, this is not the place.

The ice machine seems to have been turned off for the season. That was the inression. When I asked for Ice I was directed to the large machine near the front desk. When I looked into the hopper, imnagine my surprise to see a supermarket plastic shopping bag with a small puddle of water in it. Why would it remain ice, in a hopper with the cooling feature […] turned off? "Where's the ice?" I asked. "It's there" was the reply. When I reached way down there, and came up with the limp bag, the lady shrugged. "Ok, I get you ice." She said, and took my ice bucket. A minuet later she reappeared with four refridgerator cubes in the bucket. "Are you kiiding?" I asked. "Ice is a basic at any hotel" With this she seemed to 'give in' and said "OK Wait." She then went away and came back with an full bag of supermarket ice cubes, directing ME to put the rest in the hopper. . Mehr

My initial rooms heat did not work, however the staff was very accomodating.

While the room had a clean appearance, there was a very obnoxious smell prevalent in the room. I will not stay here again.

It was not very friendly, had to ask about everything. Breakfast was served in a small space. Internet didnt work.

Absolutely disgusting rooms, beds, etc. Filthy.

Hotel was stuffy and not very clean. Room was ice cold on arrival. Heat was blowing dust out it. Won't be going back!!!

The room was reasonably appointed with standard amenities - TV, phone, wifi. However, I left the door open for the first 20 minutes to air it out. The "king" bed was two singles pushed together. There were a couple of flies on the windowsill. Price was relatively low - I guess you get what you pay for.

I'll preface this review with the fact that this was by far the cheapest hotel available. The sheets were stained, the mattress was uncomfortable, the room stank of cigarets, the rod in the closet to hang hanger on was missing. The man at the desk at check in was very short with me. The hotel was ok. Nothing to brag about. Not dirty but not for someone picky. Its ok if you are just looking for a clean sheeted bed and shower. If looking for any kind of hospitality or even a friendly hello from the desk...wrong place to stay!!!!!

this hotel was very bad i requested a smoke free room and the room smelled like a smoke factory.the rugs was dirty the bed linen was not changed i will never stay here again.

BED BUGS!!!! Not clean at all. Checked out after being there for 15min. Stay at the Hilton up the road well worth the extra money....

Worst stay ever,desk clerk was beyond rude, and i was ate up by bed bugs i took pictures, i will not recommend this motel to anyone....

I was told I'd have a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. No sofa. Since my daughter decided to stay at her brothers I didn't comment on it. The room smelled funky and the locks didn't make me feel secure. Bathroom had no place to hang clothes (not one hook) and the bedroom was dusty.

My daughter and I planned a 2 night stay. On our first night we discovered that the toilet was not flushing properly. We called the front desk to report the problem and the man who answered hung up on me. A few minutes later there was a bang on our door and this man barged in without identifing himself. He went into the bathroom, told me I didn't know […] how to use a toilet. Then he stormed out, using foul language and slammed the door. We were afraid to use the toilet after that. We did stay the second night but only because we were on a limited budget. Mehr

It's clean and easy to find, Rooms are quite and comfortable. GREAT Price

Hotel was priced well, and in a relatively quiet area. Ease of finding it and location, and accommodations exactly what we were looking for. Cleanliness exceeded our expectations.We would stay there again.

The bathroom had several hairs on the walls, sink and toilet. It was NOT the cleanest place and had a musty smell. If you are used to higher end places then this is not the place for you. We stayed at this hotel due to it's price compared to the more "name" hotels. We got what we paid for. I was not happy with this room. First the people that work at the desk were not friendly. Second, the room had a strange smell and third there was supposed to be internet access but could not access it. Been to other hotels around the same price and much better. Would not recommend this hotel.

Awful. Dirty. Smelly. Ants in the room. Every piece of linen stained. Carpet and chairs stained. House keepers hair found on sink and tub every day. Dresser broken toilet ran all night. Do not stay here unless you absolutely have no other choice.

Hotel was close to where we needed to be for business.
