This place was perfect and I wish we were not just traveling through. We had a handicap room (which is not essential for us but is very helpful). Lots of bars for the tub and a tub seat; good shower; huge bathroom. I think a wheelchair would be fine there. We actually had a separate living room and bedroom with a real door between. Clean, good mattress, […] lights on both sides of the bed; enough outlets for our dual CPAP machines. Good climate control. The motel was nice. The fan in the bathroom didnt work when we took showers so it got very muggy in there. And they didnt give us any coffee!!! I like my coffee in the morning without having to leave the room!!!

We stayed just overnight but everyone was very friendly. No problems at check-in or check-out. It was situated between the wedding and the reception.

The hotel was wonderful. We only stayed for a night but the rooms were well-kept, the staff was friendly and even though there was WIAA state participants staying at the hotel, we barely noticed them. The breakfast was decent. It was good for a complimentary breakfast. Nothing fancy. We would stay there again!

The hotel was very accommodating. Our kids had a great time using the pool and participating in the organized scavenger hunt.

We arrived with 2 cats after a 2 thousand mile drive and we had a 10 day stay until our apartment lease started. It was a nice big room with ba nice telly and fridge (good size) and a microwave. Lots of microwave meals ! We had a nice stay to say it was long and with cats. It did the job just fine. No charge for cats which was nice. Very friendly staff! Very cheerful and very willing to recommend local restaurants when asked. We enjoyed our stay so much. Shopping was great and lots of restaurants to choose from.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous. We had a 2 room suite which was very spacious. Room was also very clean. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice - eggs, muffins, bagels, cereal, waffles. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Madison.

La Quinta Inn & Suites in Madison was a pleasant surprise. It is well located, has nice, personal service, a big breakfast selection, and a nice pool and hot tub area - even a small play area for toddlers. The room was clean and spacious. We feel like we got a steal of a deal.

Great place to stay . . . AND . . . welcomes pets!

The hotel is in an office park and very quiet. It is rich in wood and deep tones for comfortable stays. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in the area.

We stayed for only one night but were pleased with everything at the hotel. The continental breakfast was above and beyond what you'd typically get at most hotels. Great job La Quinta!

Loved the king bed

this is one of the best hotels of the chain where i have stayed. We spend only one night, everything was great. The Breakfast could be better, but it is not less than the standard free continental breakfast offered by the chain. Less than 10 min downtown Madison, quiet neighborhood. overall a nice place to stay!

Nice and quiet, beautiful facility. It was a bit hard to find as surrounding trees block the view of the signage but all in all a very nice place.

Very nice, clean hotel. The suite I stayed had a room door separating bedroom from the living room. Free breakfast choices were nice with a very spacious eating area. Although I did not use the pool, swimming pool looked very nice from outside. Nice hotel for family stay.

Very nice hotel with large rooms, good service, and good breakfast. Nicer than many hotels costing twice as much. It is a little tricky to get to, so use your GPS, but well worth the effort.

remodeled and MUCH nicer than other La Quintas where we have stayed - very comfortable beds and good service.

We recently stayed at the LaQuinta in Madison with our 2 grandkids and 1 dog. It was awesome! We had a 2 room suite that provided ample room for everyone as well as the privacy everyone wanted. They couldn't have been any more accomodating. There was no extra charge for the dog which, is NOT a lap dog. This is the only place that I had found that did […] not charge extra. My grandson told me to add that he loved the pool. All in all, we will definitely stay again. If you are looking for a place with friendly help, clean rooms, plenty of dining options, AND very pet friendly, this is your place. STOP LOOKING. :) Mehr

I was very impressed with the quality of the room and the furnishings of the hotel. The manager on duty called us about an hour after our arrival and asked how everything was. My only complaint, and this has no reflection on the staff, was that the building was somewhat difficult to find. My husband and I stayed there with our 18 month old daughter. The room and bathroom were very clean and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel does allow pets and my husband is allergic to cats and dogs. He started sneezing terribly in the night. Perhaps that was caused by a dog or cat staying in the room previously?

I don't write a review on every hotel I stay in, but this LaQuinta deserves a strong thumbs up. Worked great for a one-night business stay--particularly with a limted T&E budget--and I'd also choose it for a family stay (my highest compliment).

I had yet another wonderful stay and this hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are freindly and helpful. The continental breakfast is to die for, with an excellent dining area. I definitely look forward to my next stay.

I've stayed at several hotels in the Madison area, and La Quinta certainly ranks near the top. Given the price, I was impressed with how nice and well-maintained the room was, and the general upkeep of the hotel was spot-on. Additionally, the beds were comfortable, and I had no issues at all with room noise. The inclusion of a refrigerator and microwave, […] and providing additional coffee packets every day, were small touches that were greatly appreciated. The staff was unobtrusive and very helpful. Although it appears far from downtown on a map, the commute time to the capitol was approximately 15 minutes. La Quinta will figure high in my hotel search for my next overnight in Madison. Mehr

The staff was wonderful! Our son woke up at 3 am. with a terrible headache, and my husband went down to the front desk and was able to get him aspirin! Thank Goodness! The kids enjoyed the pool, and the continental breakfast was great! We were at a competition and unable to return by noon for checkout...they allowed us to check out at one pm, which […] helped alot. The accommodations were spacious and nicely appointed. Everything about our stay was satisfying, from the staff's service, to the continental breakfast arrangements; and the price was beyond competitive--it was a downright steal. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

I only wish I had more time to spend there. We had a busy 2 days in Madison and the hotel was great about getting us directions on where we needed to go. We also requested extra blankets and they were delivered with a smile. Great staff!

For the price this is an outstanding hotel. The people were friendly, they did a check up call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Clean, and the workout room has a good selection of equipment. Good breakfast as well

The room was spacious and comfortable and after a long day at a conference, it was a pleasant space to return to each evening.

We were traveling with small children to visit family in Madison. The hotel was clean, quiet, and just what we needed. It is tucked back in a business district so without a GPS we may have had trouble finding it.. Would stay again.
