One of the best hotels I have ever stayed, particularly in this category. All employees are extremely friendly, professional and committed, working hard to give the traveler the feeling of home away from home. Spacious, clean and well equipped rooms, great facilities, outstanding breakfast at more than reasonable price.

Das Hotel war ausgesprochen erfreulich. Beeinträchtigt wurde der Besuch zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur durch einen großen Umbau (Renovierung), der das gesamte Erdgeschoss zur Baustelle machte. Nachdem aber im Vorfeld deutlich darauf hingewiesen wurde und der Preis entsprechend angepasst, war dies kein wirkliches Problem.

günstige Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt; angenehmes Hotel mit sehr sauberem, relativ kleinem Zimmer; für lärmempfindliche Gäste könnte die benachbarte Tankstelle mit Waschanlage störend sein

"Gute Lage zum Park"
Schwimmbad ok Zimmer mit Spüle und Kühlschrank geräumig, gut Platz Zimmerkarte funktioniert nur sporadisch

Right off the highway but still quiet. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Adequate complimentary breakfast, and friendly staff. Good deal for the price. Better than average hotel for the rating.

I like to stay at this hotel whenever I visit Salt Lake City. I have stayed there at least 1/2 dozen times. It is in a good location with recreation and some great places to eat nearby. The price always seems reasonable, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

We checked in late and they were veryhelpful and even offered to open thepool after hours for us. The room was very clean. Very happy with the hotel and their front desk service

"Baymont in SLC"
The hotel was fine - clean and comfortable. However, the room directly above us was occupied by a very large elephant of some sort and didn't not stop thumping around until about 3 am - didn't get much sleep :-(

Pool and hot tub were so small and uninspiring we never even used them. Pool room was cold and drafty as well. Not inviting. Breakfast was decent, but coffee is only out during breakfast hours. "VERY nice hotel in nice neighborhood & great price"
The staff was courteous and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable. The towels were soft. The bathroom had shower/tub combo. The tv was modern. All at a great price in a convenient location, right next to Crackerbarrel!

"Baymont West Valley"
Hotel was excellant value for the price. Great for travelers needing an overnight place. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable.

First impressions are everything, the lobby and elevators were dirty, carpet in halls not clean.

"Good location, clean room and excellent value"
This room was an excellent value. The pilliws on the bed were the best I have found in a hotel. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast as I love the breakfasts at Cracker Barrel, and the Cracker Barrel is right next store. There is also is really nice steakhouse a half a block away and an upscale bar around the corner.

A very warm welcome upon arrival, close to I-215, plenty of dining options (even within walking distance). Free wifi and an appealing breakfast round out the positives. Minor negatives: relatively few TV channel choices and an uncomfortably warm exercise room. Will definitely stay there again!
"HORRIBLE STAFF"
We checked in at 4:30 p.m. and we still had to wait 45 minutes before we were able to get into our room. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and had no customer service skills. They told us that the staff had walked out and maids from surrounding hotels were called in to help at this location. When we asked to possibly move into a room that best […] suited our needs, the front clerk wouldn't even face me to respond to me, her comment was "YOU GOT WHAT YOU RESERVED" and continued looking at her computer. Never once did she bother to look at me as I stood in front of her. The breakfast there was a joke. When I wanted to talk to the Supervisor about the rude service, all he could say was "sorry" and didn't seem to care to know what truly happened. I did call the Customer Service line for this Hotel and was told I was to submit a formal complaint where their staff didn't follow correct procedures. I chose to no longer pursue it as it was enough to not want to return. Our room was not fully prepared and needed to ask for towels and toilet paper. We have stayed at this Hotel several times due to area but with how we were treated this time around, we will be staying at other local Hotels in the future. Mehr
"My weekend away"
So my fiance and I had to go to SLC to visit friends and chose the Baymont because of it's location and cost. The room was fantastic, I wanted to steal the mattress I slept so good. The staff was friendly and stayed out of our way but was there if we needed them. My only complaint is the limited choices on the continental breakfast. "Better than sleeping under a bridge"
This place is awful. It is dirty, smelly, and the staff is unwelcoming. Short of sleeping under a bridge I would not stay here again. It is hard to imagine a hotel this new could be this bad, but it is. There are several other hotels in the area and I would recommend you choose one of those before this one.

When I showed up to check -in another person staying at htis hotel was informing the desk clerk that their car was stollen oout in the parking lot. Not good.

"Baymont West Valley Utah"
The room was clean, staff was courteous... the room (mainly the bed) ... was not what we were used too... hard mattress and uncomfortable pillows... but the location to the Maverik Center and price were perfect.

"Ok place on a budget"
The biggest thing I noticed is that the entire place smelled of smoke and the room was FREEZING when we got there. Everyday we had to turn the heater bak on as housekeeping would come by around 9 and turn it off. If you had to fly out last min and were broke from funeral arrangements its a bed and a roof but I wouldnt go to far beyond that

Nice hotel Friendly Staff nice Flat Screen TV. The Pool and Hot tub was open till 1100 p.m. on Christmas Day. Off Freeway IN a Culdesac. IT was nice when I stayed at Baymont. Coffee Pot filter was Dirty.

Room were clean. No fridge or microwave. The breakfast is lacking and the beds could be more comfortable. Staff was very helpful when checking in.

hotel is close to many restaurants with easy access to shopping , if needed, highways are close with easy access to airport and business locations. staff very accommodating, rooms are much better than average

"Hotel Location"
This hotel was centrally located for all my needs. Resturants, my meeting faciltiy, the Maverick Center for sporting events, etc. The only negative I have is that the interiar lobby smelled like cigarette smoke from "hotel personnel" and guest smoking at the front door.

"Great hotel, great room!"
We stayed for 4 days over Thanksgiving, and everything was perfect. We felt like we were at a Marriott or Westin: really nice full breakfast, great staff even over a holiday, (ask for Pohya, very nice girl) and the room was huge. Ask for a king room, and they are happy to oblige. Not a single complaint!
