Nice, clean, efficient. Not outstanding but VG.

Comfortable rooms, pleasantly decorated, in a nice area -- what could be wrong? Answer: the service, or lack thereof. The front desk staff are never there, and when they eventually show up after endless repeated rings, there is never an apology for the inconvenience. "There's my phone," said the man, pointing to the cordless that was supposed to alert […] him to come to the desk, and which he had left sitting on the desk itself while he wandered off for half an hour. Yes, we know that there's your phone, sir, especially since we've had to hear it ring every time we tried to call you to come let us check out -- now what are you going to say about your responsibility for leaving it there? Nothing. That was far from the only incident. The woman at the desk when I checked in was spoiling for a fight the instant I dared inquire why they needed my phone number at checkin. The cleaning staff seem incapable of reading a "Do Not Disturb" sign. The one exception was the girl who was on late at night, when I phoned from my room to ask if I could get a late checkout. She was polite, welcoming, helpful, and offered me a perfect time immediately. Kudos to her -- and if she wants it, please give her the day shift, because she sure deserves it, and she could make people who actually have to deal with the desk a lot happier. It's a pity they cannot hire better people, or train the ones they do have, because this is a nice place. I may even stay here again, but if so, I will have as little to do with the staff as humanly possible, and not expect anything from them. Mehr

Front desk was a bit pre-occupied upon check-in, but otherwise OK. Good deal for the price.

Free breakfast was a joke. At 7:15 in the morning all the food trays were empty and there was no staff addressing the issue . When we arrived in the afternoon there was no one at the front desk

Quiet and comfortable. The tiny exercise room has good quality equipment and the pool was a plus for the grandkids. The breakfast was very nice, but I would have liked to have seen some fresh fruit and/or yogurt.

it was an unplanned night but it was a very good stay. good breakfast as well

Too much road construction around it right now. Would like to see more cleanliness of floors, vacuuming behind the doors and edges of room. Quiet area. Price was good.

Nothing fancy, not meant to be for the price. Good food/drinks at bar across the street.

We were first sent to an occupied room - luckily no one was it in when we opened the door (yes, they gave us a key that worked). We went down to exchange rooms, the apology was sufficient. However, the new room's bathtub was not clean and we saw two large cockroach looking bugs in the morning. Yuk!

Don't let the stars dissuade you from this place. It isn't fancy, but it's cleaner than most Super 8s and similiar. Staff was as friendly as can be. Has free real breakfast. Hotel has some nicks and scrapes, but clean and very centrally located to places to eat, a Freddy's, and Fry's Electronics is 1 minute away. Not bad from neighboring cities. Pool […] is kid friendly and super clean. Warm, bright, all indoors. Definetely worth consideration if you are roadtripping down I-5 or need a comfortable place for the night. Mehr

We stayed here because we lost power during the snow storm. This hotel provided excellent customer service, a cozy clean room, and a yummy continental breakfast. It was a nice reprieve from the stress of the day.

We were there for almost a week. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is a great value.

Everything was fine, except the girl at the front counter... She was kind of rude. Plus she never told us what time check out was or breakfast... We asked the night guy for check out time. And we missed breakfast cause it ended at 9am!! You really should extend the breakfast 9am for a cut off is way too early.

Nice room with sitting area separated from sleeping area by a wet bar. Comfortable king size bed. Very cozy. Clean. Got pleasant view from large windows. Good continental breakfast.

This hotel was pretty comfy! I did notice a few upgrades like the breakfast bar needs some help. The selection was bland and dry eggs, waffle bar & pastries. No fruit or yogurt like they stated online. The staff was nice, but I never did receive a wake up call that I requested. I see they were converting over to Best Western, so maybe they will have […] a better quality of service then. The staff seemed irritated to come to the front desk from the back room where they seemed to always be on lunch....eating or on their laptop. I would come back to this location, it was a great price and very comfy!! Not too much to really complain about. The rooms are beautiful and clean! The wall surrounding my window did need some repair....but I over looked it...the room was just so nice and the bed was comfortable. The room set up was great too!!! Mehr

OK hotel stay, no problems.

The clerk who checked us in was wonderful! We liked our upgraded rooms (Presidential Suite) very much and were grateful for the opportunity to stay in them. Because we'd like those good things to be available to others, we have two suggestions for improving your hotel. One is that someone should make sure that the stairs are vacuumed. They were quite […] dirty all three days while we were there, and that reflected negatively on the otherwise good physical maintenance. The other suggestion is that someone should provide training and accountability so that all of the clerks understand and practice good customer service. More often than not the receptionist in the lobby was gone (smoking outside, etc.) or too busy texting even to look up when guests entered the front doors. It would take only a moment of her time to say a cheerful hello, and those little touches are what distinguish a high quality facility from one that feels just a little sloppy around the edges. Again ~ we enjoyed our stay there. Because of that first clerk's friendliness and generosity, we were inclined to overlook the items we've mentioned, but other guests might not do that. Mehr

Our stay was great. It was fantastic. A lot of bang for the buck.

We were hesitant to stop due to the nature of such a small town. Of the three hotels we stayed in this past weekend, the hotel in Wilsonville was just as comfortable as the others that were more than twice the price, but more importantly is was THE MOST QUIET HOTEL OF ALL!! I think I heard water pipes once, otherwise there was no other noise. Quiet […] walls and ceilings. We were so impressed! Our room was clean, VERY BIG, had a small kitchen and couch. We were pleasantly surprised. We will stop here anytime we head toward Oregon/Seattle again. Much nicer than we could have hoped!! Mehr

I reported a maintenance issue before 9.00a.m. I got back after 9.00 that evening. The issue hadn't been fixed. They did offer me an up-graded room, but really, in 12 hours they couldn't fix an air conditioner?

I was fortunate to get a sale price, and it was a very good bargain for the price. The room was fine. No problems at all. It would be nice to have a sign on the road indicating where to turn. If you're by yourself, it's hard to see the sign on the building itself. It's very close, (walking distance) to restaurants and grocery stores. Loved the Wilsonville Inn and Suites. Will stay there again!

Everything was good. But you may want to BYOP & EP (plugger and ear plug). Toilet got plugged easily and the noise is not from the highway, it's from the washroom fan. Anyway, this is a good hotel for the price.

The only negative was that it took about 20 minutes to check in. The desk clerk was not sure if there was a room available for the guest that checked in previous to us and left the desk unattended for about 15 minutes to check on the room. Other than that the room was fine and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean. Even though I did not eat breakfast except a muffin the last day it looked delicious. Would definately stay there the next time I am in Wilsonville.

Very close proximity to shopping outlets and Portland. Great price. Nice big rooms. Air conditioning was leaking onto carpet so their was wet floor and it smelled in one of our rooms. Pool was nice. Nice staff.

I stayed at the Wilsonville Inn & Suites for a local wedding. I had been traveling and was tired when I arrive before noon. I went to ask if they had any local recommendations for lunch. The front desk actually apologized for not having a room available then, even though Check in wasn't until 4pm. They were so helpful in finding a place for lunch and […] getting me into a room as soon as possible. Everything was clean and neat in the room. Parking at night was a little challenging, but that wasn't something to stop me from staying there again. Mehr

The price was quite reasonable, but the hotel is definitely showing wear and tear - saw evidence that we were remodeling some rooms. However, the front entry door in very poor condition - worn out paint etc. The windows were dirty and the breakfast provide was the worst I have seen in a long time as to quality and variety. The bed sheets were a bit […] soiled, but appeared to be basically clean. If you are looking for low priced accommodation this will probably meet your needs. We stayed one night and we think the hotel stay was very comfortable but not luxurious. It was a decent hotel for the price. Very conveniently located near I5, it is great for weary travellers driving from all parts of the continent. Hotel staff was nice. The only complain is that the room has paint chips on the door.

Nice enough but needs improvement in several places. We had a somewhat late check-in, 9:30 pm but the person at the desk was new and could not check us in. Strange. We waited 30 minutes for the check-in clerk to arrive. The Wilsonville Inn sign is obscured by trees. I drove around the block twice before spotting the sign. But the biggest problem was […] NO air conditioning. It was a very warm weekend over 80 degrees. No repair person, he apparently leaves early on Friday, gone at 2pm. So we sweltered for 3 days with only the fan I had brought along. The rest of the hotel was comfortably cool, unlike our room. Won't stay there again. Mehr

The hotel was right off of the freeway with easy on and off. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast had a good verity of choices in food. It was also close to shopping, events and sight seeing. We will stay there in the future. The cost was very affordable. We would recommend it to our friends and family

Thoroughly pleasant stay in all respects. I would highly recommend this motel.

We stayed one night to do some shopping at the outlet mall. The room was very large, two beds, a couch, and fridge and microwave. The breakfast could have used some fruit and yogurt, but was ok for a one night stay. We had an awesome rate for the room, so for 4 people with breakfast included, we couldn't go wrong and were very satisfied.

Was a great room especially for the price. Very clean and gentleman at from desk was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

Under staffed primarily at breakfast. Clerks at the front desk were the main people having food available for customers with much delay. Breakfast hours 6p.m. to 9p.m.- even Saturdays and Sundays.

The only downside was due to construction at the highway off ramp it was very difficult to locate the hotel. The night staff was extremely helpful in providing directions. It would also be beneficial to have directions printed on the reservation as we left the confirmation at home.

Hotel was ok. Don't care for the breakfast, variety was pretty poor. No fresh friut, didn't care for the waffles ( no syrup avaiable ). Coffee was weak. For a one night stop over is ok.
