Holiday Inn Express & Suites North - Lincoln - Lincoln

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it's close to shopping and easy to navigate to and from. Breakfast was good and hot.

We were quite comfortable in our room at the Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln on 26th street. Our room, however, was right next to the ice machine. I believe that in the future we will ask for a quieter location, but would stay in this hotel anytime. Good breakfast selection. Helpful staff.

It was functional, but the room lacked many amenities and the area for breakfast was far from adequate. Many families were standing to eat and the single elevator servicing the hotel was very cramped. The hotel is clearly a bit dated.

Background - We only needed a room to sleep and shower and be back out the door. The other hotels in the neighborhood were older and had "paint jobs", but I knew nothing of their cleanliness - so I chose the H.Inn. But for the money - I overspent. Not a bad hotel - just not the right combo for my needs. Breakfast looked good, and didn't see or use […] pool. Walls seemed thin as I could hear everyone's footsteps and conversations. Issue - Adjoining room door was missing its felt or foam trim and the guy next door came home to blare his TV at 2 am - like it was in our room, that was the biggest disappointment. Mehr

I payed for a non smoking room but the rooms around me where so it felt like u were in a box of cigaret smoke half the time I was there! Other then that it was a nice place

Reasonably priced, great location for us. We stayed Thursday evening. It was very quiet. The kids had the pool to themselves Thursday evening and Friday morning. Rooms were clean. I will stay here again

My first choice when booking a motel has always been Holiday Inn or Express, and I know most motels take advantage of special events going on in area but I think Holiday Inn is in excess I now find motels just as nice but at lower rate.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a clean laundry room that I took advantage of after a week on the road. The breakfast was above average, with both hot and cold foods available. There were plenty of restaurants in the area-- nothing great but it wasn't hard to find a fairly decent meal.

Overall an average stay. Only had 2 issues: the air conditioner couldn't keep up with the weather but that may have had less to do with the equipment and more to do with it being Nebraska in the middle of July. 2nd - the unwillingness of the front desk staff to negotiate a late checkout. Great stay, clean room, great breakfast, great location, staff was great, can't say enough good about this hotel.

Great hotel, clean, and the breakfast was good and they even opened earlier than the scheduled 6:30 a.m. start.

Nice hotel reasonably priced. Clean rooms and good customer service. Kitchen was not very clean though.

I was pleased with the hotel stay. The pool and spa area was very clean, and the breakfast was more than I expected. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Many fast food/sit down restaurants around the area also.

Decent enough hotel, but didn't live up to expectations. Expected a door to separate rooms in "suite," but didn't. Also expected fruit for breakfast (esp. important since I require a dairy-free diet and couldn't really eat anything else), and there was none (even at 7:30 a.m.)...so not like they ran out. Requested to see an ingredients list for bagels, […] and person running breakfast was entirely unhelpful. Evening checkin and morning checkout clerks very nice. Pool was decent temperature and clean. Rooms were okay - not great pillows and few of them. Close to several dining places. For the price, not quite what I expected, but had worse. Mehr

The hotel itself was okay although nothing to write home about. Cleanliness was really an issue The first room that was given to us was rather unclean. The toliet had poo on the seat so obviously it wasn't even touched. The second room appeared to be much better but the following morning our feet were completely black from walking on the carpet. Overall we had a great stay. The location was perfect for our needs. We were going to a reunion in a city about an hour away and seeing friends in Lincoln the next day. Our suite was huge and the pool fun. I would have liked a bigger refrigerator and brighter lights in the bathroom. I had some issues putting on makeup. And I would have appreciated some […] fruit with breakfast as I am a vegetarian. Mehr

Not very sound proof!! Don't plan on sleeping in! Noise in your room the min anyone else gets up in motel!

Great location, restaurants nearby, great beds, clean hotel, super breakfast.
