Very friendly staff, clean room and very comfy bed

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful when we checked in and during our stay at hotel. Hotel was clean as were rooms. Restaurants and shopping were very close to hotel which was also a plus. We enjoyed our stay at hotel and would return should we need to make another trip to Maryland.

The Staff, Hotel Location and ease of booking the room were great but slightly over-priced.

clean room, comfortable, pleasant staff. exercise room is very limited, but nearby exercise club made up for this. Nice that they have a small snack area with wine, beer, microwave meals for my late night arrival. rates were reasonable.

great hotel......they know customer service. Checked in for 2 nights. first room on first night had a noisy air conditioner fan. Told staff and they changed room with no problem and even upgraded. was the right thing to do. I recommend this property to all. The chef, Cindy, and her folks are outstanding and made our breakfast so tasty !

Friendly front desk staff and clean room. Near shops and restaurants in the White Marsh Mall and The Avenues Shopping Center.

Where to begin, this by far was an awesome experience. I'm not gonna tell ya the bad things cause there wasnt any to tell. Reserved room online, checked in to the hotel with a show of my ID and credit card used to reserve room, took mayb 5 mins, parked my car walked to my room expecteing a outdated room based on some reveiws, well thats not what i got. […] What i walked into was a well lighted and decorated room, with microwave, and fridge. altho my room was a single king if it makes a difference. Bathroom had been recently updated with tile, and also the sink and toilets. everyone was super nice never had any attitudes, and someone always said have a great day, or sleep good walking by the desk. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. Walking distance to many places to eat and also amazing theater. i would recommend this place to friends and family. Mehr

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Garden Inn. We loved the adjustable bed. The breakfast buffet was great!! The staff was very friendly. We look forward to staying again in the future!!

What a wonderful surprise to find this lovely hotel north of Baltimore. I would highly recommend it. The staff was wonderful, too.

Easy access to hotel ,pleasant staff overall great conditions

very nice cant point 1 person out .all were kind curtious and helpful , breakfast chef above the normal .made sure you were happy , even came out to check if kids ate all there choc.chip pancakes excellent stay as always thats why we are in hilton honors .you get what you pay for and then some .if i had to complain it would be that my towels werent […] folded like swans or some animals,but i guess thats not end of world .be back in few months to visit family again ,so expect us thank you cummings family buffalo n.y. The front desk girl Antoinette was very accomodating and helpful. She greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and cheerful. She is a great example of what exceptional guest service is. I want to recognize her for providing what we call in our business WOW service.

Awesome! I would always come back to this Hotel! I wouldn't bother looking for another place. It is the perfect location for me!

Many amenities exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful service They have a conveneint shutte to nearly shopping. Very well appointed hotel public areas and rooms. Beautifully decorated. Breakfast was terrific.

We've stayed at a lot of HIlton's and they are consistently clean and nice. However, this one the staff wasn't near as friendly as other's. Also, there weren't any towels in the pool area. So we went to the front desk to ask and waited a good 15 minutes, finally they told us to use our room towels and they would replenish later. However, they never […] did. We asked once again for towels but never received them. I ended up having to dry my hair with a hand towel. For the price you pay to stay there you should have plenty of towels. Mehr

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in the White Marsh Mall on Christmas Eve in order to be close to family, so the surrounding neighborhood wasn't important, Check-in was friendly and efficient, and they comped us the next morning's full breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, the decor was simple and unassuming. The shower rail was coming loose from […] the wall, which we reported, but that was the only problem. The staff at the full breakfast was friendly and efficient. This is the second time we've stayed there, and our experience has been consistent both times. One caution: opening the door after inserting the key requires that the handle get pulled up, not pushed down. We didn't know that and thought the lock was broken. The concierge told us about that quirk when we reported it--and checked to make sure we got into the room. Mehr

I stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn -- White Marsh. The staff was courteous, friendly and engaging. My grandchildren (twin boys 11 and granddaughter 7) loved this hotel. The kids loved the indoor pool. I loved the guest laundry as we had a few functions in the area and I could wash their clothes and keep it moving not to mention I didn't have to bring […] a load of dirty clothes back with me. I also loved the complimentary trolley to the nearby mall. Will definitely stay again. Mehr

Hotel was very clean. Friendly staff. We were even able to check in early with no hassle.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean and room service was great. The only complaint I have is that it seemed to be noiser than other places I've stayed. When people from the surronding rooms showered or used water it sounded like they were in your room but overall I would stay there again and recommend this hotel to others.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The location was excellent for our needs. The room was very nice; the only problem was that we reserved a non-smoking two bed room for 4 adults. When we got there they gave us a smoking room with two beds. We told them that we couldn't stay in that room, due to the smell, so they ended up putting us in a room with […] one bed and a sofa bed. We were disappointed with this option, but it ended up working out okay; although next time I would want to make sure to get what I requested. The breakfast buffet was excellent for the price. Mehr

Next to White Marsh mall, everything you could need or want is within walking distance. Restaurant and bar inside of hotel.
