Loved this hotel. Located in the heart of Bourbon Street. Well maintained. Very friendly helpful staff. Room very comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good location in the French Quarter for adults. I would not recommend bringing kids here.

Somewhat expensive but worth every penny because the alternatives are dives. Everything was top notch but the parking was a bit of a hassle and expensive! It was off Dauphine Street and cost $36! you have to get your ticket from the front desk when you check in. Breakfast is not fancy - standard cold fare. The beds were so soft and pillowy it was like […] sleeping on a cloud. Room was brand new and lovely. Pool was gorgeous. Get a room facing the pool at the back of the property to avoid the street music and sounds for a good night's sleep. Beware, family dining is difficult to find and unless your kids like spicy cajun food you should eat off the interstate before you stop for the night. Mehr

This hotel was excellent, We booked it through hotels.com about 2 hours before we arrived and got a killer deal. The location was perfect. We walked to dinner, to drinks, to a concert, to breakfast, to shopping. My only complaint might not even count, but I really hate paying for parking. I feel like hotels should always include parking or give more […] than a two dollar discount, which is what the Inn did for registered guests. Otherwise, this could not have been more perfect! Mehr

We thought the city would be dead but it was so alive & thanks to the great location of the hotel, we enjoyed day & night of New Orleans!

We enjoyed the staff and this hotel!!!! This is not the first time i have booked this hotel and surely will not be the last. If you love Bourbon St and you want to stumble home this is the hotel for you!!!!!

It was a great overall experience. The staff was wonderful and the remodeling of the hotel was great. The only problem we experienced was that they were still doing some renos and we had no hot water the entire day and the next morning.

I always stay at the Inn on Bourbon when I to go New Orleans. Every time I stay there it's always good. Except this last time. It was hot in the room because the ac was not working. When I woke up the next morning there was no hot water so I had to drive two and a half hours home before I could take a shower. The good thing is that the hotel did credit […] all the customers a discount. But that's not going to stop me from sleeping there again. I love the Inn on Bourbon, and the hotel is located in the perfect place on Bourbon. Mehr

other than expensive overnight parking rates, which everyone charges, this hotel is located in a perfect area to experience Bourbon street. Will stay here again.

Great hotel on Bourbon street, clean and very nice rooms. Valet parking is very expensive, $30 a night. Breakfast is not very good, I expected something much better than pastries, coffee, juices and some cereal, other than that it is a very comfortable hotel.

This hotel is perfect for a stay on Bourbon Street. We were only in town for one night and this was the best possible spot. Finding a bathroom on Bourbon street can be quite difficult. We were able to return to the room often without missing a beat. We could use the bathroom or drop off bags and be right out the door again in no time. We got a great […] rate spur of the moment, for one night on hotels .com. I did it on my iphone the day before. I was surprised to get such a good rate at the last minute. Would definitely stay here again. The room was quaint, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was under construction but that was not an issue for us. The Inn on Bourbon Street is an awesome spot, we got a balcony room and although sleep was tough to come by nightlife was not.

Hotel is primo location for a New Orleans trip if you are into the French Quarter. Bed was very comfortable but the bath was small as you might expect in an older hotel.

One inconvenience.... the hotel restaurant is currently closed for remodel. This info was not made available on the hotel's or hotels.com website. Also note that rooms facing Bourbon St. can be noisy from the partying that goes on every night until approximately 3:00 a.m. You do get used to it... we were able to sleep through it, just be warned.

Very nice hotel directly on Bourbon St. We had a room facing the courtyard and it was very quiet. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean. I enjoyed our stay and it's location. The only average element to our stay was the breakfast. Small selection but decent.

Great location--and I travel for business. Very clean room. Pretty much covers that! Would stay here any time in New Orleans and I travel 250 days per year and speak in the Big Easy 6 to 8 times per year (at different venues). A little noisy -- but if you are on Bourbon--who cares?

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly helpful and made us feel special. Hotel was clean, well stocked and convienent to all major site. We were warned about the noise but we found it not that bad. After all, that's have the fun of going to Bourbon. We would love to stay here again.

We were zipping through NOLA for the night and have been accustomed to staying on Canal or somewhere further out from the action. This location was perfect. The rooms were nice. The people were great. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who can sleep through the Bourbon street noise!

This was my third stay at The Inn on Bourbon and I will definitely be back again! You just can't beat the location if you want to be close to the action on Bourbon Street. Some of the best dining and entertainment in the French Quarter are within easy walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are kept very clean, which I am sure is not an easy task with […] guests coming and going all hours of the day and night. The service given by the staff is second to none- very friendly and very knowledgeable. Night security is also a plus- you need to show your card key to be able to enter the hotel after hours. I have always been pleased with my experience there and I am sure I will continue to enjoy my stays in the future. I highly recommend The Inn on Bourbon! Mehr

Cost for over night parking is extremely high ($33.00).

The hotel was a peaceful oasis away from the craziness that is Bourbon St.

The reservation staff was awesome as we had issues with our reservation on hotels.com. We had a balcony room reservation. On going into our room and out onto the balcony, it was a shared balcony with 3 other rooms. No one had cleaned the balcony prior to our check in and there were cigar & cigarette butts everywhere, along with an overflowing trash […] can and patio tables covered with empty beer cans and plastic drink glasses. We had to go down to the front desk and request that they clean the balcony. In addition, we needed to print our football tickets to the Saints game. Knowing the hotel had a business center, we didn't expect there to be a problem printing them. On going into the business center, the computer was turned off and the printer had a sign on it stating that it was "OUT OF ORDER". After trying to reboot everything, I found out that the printer was out of toner. The hotel should have made sure that they had a spare cartridge since they list their business center as a perk. When I went to the front desk to ask for help, I was told that "they were too busy" to address the printer issue with me. It was only after I explained that we only had a short window of time to print our tickets, as Ticketmaster Customer Service would be closing soon since it was Saturday. Overall, the location was wonderful, but the staff and hotel amenities were definitely not worth the price of the room reservations! Mehr

We stay in New Orleans all the time and this stay was the most convenient and enjoyable time we have had!!!! Highly recommended!

If your looking for a quite nights sleep don't choose the Bourbon st. side of hotel.

I was frustrated when checking in when the desk clerk informed me that there were no rooms with double beds available. He insisted that I take a king size bed and that he could CHARGE me for a rollaway bed to brought to the room !!! After arguing with him for 20 minutes, he finally realized that there was, indeed, a room available with 2 double beds. […] I stay at this hotel every year and this is the 2nd time that this happened to me. I also saw a rat in my room, which ran under the bed. When I called the front desk, the manager promptly came, but could not find the creature, so we basically gave up on the process and stayed with a hidden mouse. On a lighter note, I always stay in the hotel due to the convenient location and I am generally satisfied with it. Mehr

Room was listed to be king or (2) double beds, only rooms with king beds are suites. Besides that, stay was great.

Wonderful hotel - great service - would stay there again!

We have stayed at another hotel and was dirty, dark, and under maintained. The Inn on Bourbon was PERFECT in everyway.... staff, room and location. WE will be back again and again.

I had recently stayed at the Inn on Bourbon. If you have never been to New Orleans it is a great place to stay because it is right on bourbon street. It is the center for the tourist attractions in the French Quarter. The balcony rooms are loud and more expensive then a regular room, but if you are into the party scene, I would suggest that you have […] to get a balcony room on bourbon (A LOT of fun). It cost extra to park your car in the garage every day and they close bourbon street every night so it is a hassle to try to get the car out, but it's fine to get it out during the day. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but there were a couple of people that could care less to help me with an upgrade. Overall: the hotel is very clean, pool is nice, location is great, other guests are friendly, everyone there is having a great time, beds are comfy, continental breakfast is ok, and is an overall great time. Staff was friendly and location was ideal, right in the middle of Bourbon st. Room was ok. It was small, but clean, with a balcony. Our only complaint was that the shower had little pressure and was luke warm at best. If going to spend time on Bourbon st. you can't get a better location.

Let me say right off the room was HOT!!! Top floor in the middle of summer bring a fan. It was too hot for the AC to keep up. (it was too hot for ANY ac to keep up.) The staff was very friendly and knowledgeably. And being right on Bourbon street was amazing. Would AND will stay here again... at least when it's not setting record high temps. lol.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was very large, and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. I have stayed there on 2 separate occasions this summer. This will be my hotel of choice when I visit New Orleans!! :)

The Ramada on Bourbon is the best location for the French Quarter in New Orleans. As soon as you step out your door you are greeted by the sounds and smells that made you want to go to New Orleans for in the first place. Great location! Nice hotel room, the downside to the comfort level was that the water pressure in the shower was pretty much nonexistent. Otherwise, Fantastic!
