It was fine, although it is an older hotel. I needed something close to the airport so it worked out for me.

The air conditioner didn't cool the room super well, but after turning it down to a real low temperature, it worked. From my knowledge of the building, the A/C units are likely over 10 years old and likely need refrigerant recharging or outright replacement. VERY,NICE,ROOM WAS JUST REDONE,WILL STAY AGAIN,GREAT FOR THE PRICE

Decent hotel - very decent price, especially for the buiness traveler. I liked having a full sized fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and range. Very very conventient location just around the corner from the hotel, and not far from the seafront and other areas around town to get to client locations. Could do with a cleaning, but not dirty by any means. […] I never eat breakfast, so not sure if the breakfast was free or not. I was told to complete a survey to get a free breakfast, which I did. It was a paper bag with orane juice and a muffin or something in there. Like I said, I didn't eat it, but I think if I hadn't filled out the survey it would've cost $3 for that. I think it might be better for them if they offere a free breakfast, like most other hotels. Mehr

It's a very nice place to spend a night.

We are campers...so this hotel is not for everyone; but we loved it because it matched our needs and was important for us...location to family, basic needs met, close to doctors, and met our budget. My visitors did not like it. We are flexible; I did have to clean the bathroom floor and a few things...but they gladly gave me the cleaning stuff...no […] worries . I will stay there twice a year and recommend it to flexible people, who appreciate a refrig., stove , a few dishes, microwave for a "family" budget. Mehr

If you need a cheap place to stay it is ideal. Got there and the first non smoking room smelled like smoke. The 2nd one smelled like fried fish, then they said it was un serviceable anyway. The third one smelled ok but the sink in the bath room would not drain. The room was nice and cold and the front desk help was very nice and helpful.

I just stayed there one night passing thru. It was not bad except that although my room was a non smoking it did have a strange smell but not to the point of keeping me up all night. The room was nice with a kitchenet and a laundry facility for those who stay longer. Not far from the beaches and town.

The room we first got smelled too much like cigarrattes, we were then upgraded to a better room because teh hotel was full that night. I only stay for one night. It was close to the mall and other stores. I woul recommend it.

.. look, this ain't the Waldorf .. but for the money, it was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Front desk staff was very friendly and dealt with another guest's laundry room malfunction with a smile. I'll stay there again.

That's good but need to clened always the room.

this hotel was an awesome price for how clean and well maintained it was. nice and quiet place. definitely would stay again and would recommend to others.

I needed a hotel for a couple days when i was in Florida recently, Suburban Extended Stay was ok,staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, decent. You're allowed to swim in the pool at the Hilton next door,which was nice. Overall, it was just what I needed: a decent place to stay for a couple of days.

I had heard that this hotel was new so I figured it couldn't be too bad but I was wrong. The first room I was booked in had an unbearable stench of smoke that I (being a smoker) couldn't even stand to sit in. I changed rooms and the staff were really wonderful about it. The second room was better but still smelled of musty mold or something. The bed […] was old and hard and the whole room itself seemed dirty. Later that evening, there were cops called for some reason because there were two patrol cars outside and cops in the lobby-Yikes! The only good thing was the front desk staff were really nice but the rooms were horrible. I felt a little dirty staying there. Mehr

It was dirty, very noisy at night. People live there for months at a time. I will never return. Not even if it were free.

The reviews for this hotel were awful, almost scary. My experience was far better. The hotel was satisfactory, clean, efficient. I would recommend it, especially for the price.

the first room they gave me smelled like a 40 years old Sears store where the AC was never changed. The second room they gave me had a non-functioning AC unit which was covered with fungus. They had computer problems most of the first evening making checking in a tedious procedure. The halls smelled bad and were dirty.

I was happy with this hotel. It was very clean & quiet. Checking in & out was easy. The kitchen made eating out not necessary. The room was a good size & the bed was comfortable. It's close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Melbourne area.

We chose this hotel for one basic reason- we would only be spending a few hours at the hotel and didn't want to spend money on a place we would have no time to enjoy and this hotel had the right price for that reason. Well, you get what you pay for. While it isn't too run down and the girl at the front desk was friendly, it wasn't the greatest place […] either. Cons- The hallways smelled musty, the elevator malfunctioned one of the times we were on it, the bed was just okay comfort wise and people were slamming doors at all hours of the night. So, we didn't exactly get the greatest nights rest. Pros- It was wonderfully convenient to MLB airport, the room in general appeared clean and well kept and had a kitchen which was nice to store food in. I gave this place an average rating because it was just that, average. Kind of wish we had spent a bit more to get the nicer hotel, but it would have been a waste of money in our case. Mehr

Clean, secure and comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend this motel to other without a second thought. Great Price! Great Location!

We were very pleased with the comfort of the bed and both had a good nights sleep waking up without any body pains. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we will probably book rooms again for our next visit to Melbourne. We just wished it had a pool and it would have been the perfect place.
