for the money, but a bit skimpy on breakfast offered. Manager is helpful and very pleasant.

I'm on a special diet so I chose to stay at a hotel with a stove, so I could just cook for myself. The room only had one pot and it was fine, so be prepared to cook minimally. Otherwise, it was a fine room and the staff was very nice.

Excellent clean hotel with superior service and staff. Highly recommend. This is my third time staying there and the service is always GREAT.

The front lobby is sort of a disaster, though they are nice people, they just seem very unorganized. I had to wait a long time for everything, but their attitude is good! Like they're trying, they just don't have it all together. Nothing was provided without me having to ask for it, no shampoo, soap, not even a blanket. But eventually it all worked […] out. Firstly, there is another Extended Stay hotel/motel int the area... Extended Stay Homestead... much more convenient to the Denver's RTD Light rail system... I first went to that location where the front desk clerk, Rich, was, in my opinion extremely rude and condescending. His directions to the Extended Stay America were not very clear, which led me […] on a 1 mile detour... this "gentleman" also works at the the Extended Stay America. The Check-in process was about normal, the problem arose that they had 2 new people working the front desk, one of whom had a very horrible accent and was not very understandable, were not very familiar with the property and they could not find a map of the facility. The room was adequate for a 1 evening stay. 2d Problem arose when attempting to find the guest laundry facility... again, due to the new hires being unfamiliar with the property, they mis-directed me to the wrong rooom. they sent me to another guest room, not to the laundry facility. The washer and dryer both cost $2.00, I can see $1.50 nothing more. Also... No dispensing machines for detergent or softener! There were no "fast food" restaurants in the immediate area, you had to cross an extremely bust road to get to said restaurants just to grab a bite to eat. I would not recommend this facility to anyone! Mehr

the hotel is located well with easy access to the highway and lots of restaurants nearby. For the price ,it's ok. Noisy heaters kept me awake.

I drove 2 hours to attend a 2-day training event in Denver, CO. For a one-night stay, the Extended Stay hotel met my objectives. The price was great! The only thing I wish I had received was a coffee packet. Thanks.

This is a hotel I would recommend and one I will stay at again.

Decent hotel for the price.

The room is like a studio furnished room. It was pretty clean. Only thing was I had no pillow cases on my pillows, so I used my personal towel to cover it. I would stay there again.

This was a disappointment for sure. The room was dirty, bathroom sink had dried toothpaste in the sink, will not get into any more details. Bedding was old and falling apart, the carpet was so dirty I put down the towels to walk on. The perfect example of what a nightmare hotel looks like.

We loved this hotel! We travel to Denver 3-4 times a year. We have decided this hotel was the best by far for price, cleanliness, and location. From now on we'll be staying with them.

Great location----it is not glamorous, with a beautiful lobby, etc.---but has a wonderful living area with nice kitchen----again, not glamorous, but very functional----I much prefer these places as I can keep food in the fridge---have more room---living room area, bedroom area, kitchen-----this also has exterior corridors---many people these days prefer […] interior corridors---I did not mind and thoroughly enjoyed my stay Mehr

The room had a smelly, musty odor and had stains on the floor. I think I got sick by breathing in the room, both people sharing the room are now ill.

This was one of the more comfortable, cleanest places I’ve stayed for the price. The front desk was very attentive and even called to make sure the room met to my satisfaction. It’d be nice if they would have the parking lot plowed when it snows. Getting in and out of the room was a bit treacherous. Plus, paying for internet access at $4.99 when free […] access is even at McDonald’s seems like a waste. Then to add insult to injury you find out later that you have to pay $9.99 for hi-speed internet which you will need to watch movies online. Mehr

Clean Comfortable and Convenient to the location of our meeting. The kitchen was an added bonus and very handy.

The staff is very friendly, but the rooms are lacking. You have to pay for wifi, then pay again for a "faster" connection. Also, no shampoo so bring your own.

There was dried blood and vomit on the mattress. A layer of greasy scum on the refrigerator, and crusted build up on the floor. I know it was cheap but the condition of the room was unacceptable. Unfortunately I found all this in the morning after a late check in. They have said they will refund my second night. I do have pictures that I will be forwarding […] on to their corporate office. This hotel was a horrible experience. I made reservations 3 hours before hand but it still took the staff 10 min to check me in. I went up to my room and opened the door to find an unmade bed with dirty sheets, a toilet with the seat up and filthy with towels and used tissue on the ground. In the kitchen area there was old food in the fridge and the […] trash was spilling over with empty beer bottles on the floor. Bathroom was clean but had stains. They provided us a full size fridge and kitchen but no microwave. Definitely great value for money though.

clean and spacious. nice place.

The staff was friendly, the room had all the amenities (just remember to bring your own coffee filters!). It was nice to be able to work straight through and not have to go out to grab a bite to eat because the kitchen was right there. Also loved having a sofa in the room for meetings.

The room was dirty, silverware in the drawer, carpet and bathroom. Spiders everywhere. Mold in the tub, no hot water for the am showers.

The beds are hard as rocks and the pillows are flat as pancakes. When asked for a second pillow for the wife and I the guy said they didn't have many and would only give me one more. When I got it they didn't have any pillow cases. I don't expect much from a low price hotel but I could not even get the basics. Don't know if it was lazy people working […] there or poor management but they need to fix it. Mehr

Room is clean, but no free internet

It was cheap. The hard floors were sticky (kitchen and bathroom), the dishes in the cupboards weren't very clean. The spatula had little egg bits stuck all over it. The glass in the cabinet had a dirty ring around the top from sitting on the dirty shelf. There was mildew in the shower and weird little spots of god knows what on the bedspread. The room was small but fine for the overnight stay. Although it appeared to be clean the room smelled. I'm not sure if it was from mold or the air conditioner but it was unpleasant. If my stay had been planned for a longer period of time, I would have found another hotel.

You get what you pay for- Fridge, Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Sink, TV, Couch, Bed. Right next to interstate & McDonald's is only two blocks away with free wi-fi

Kudos to Rich, the night clerk who waited for us to arrive. Overall, there weren't any amenities due to this being a long stay hotel. Wasn't the cleanest, in fact one bed had to have its sheets changed and the room vacuumed when we arrived. Again, kudos to Rich. The room was a smoking room, but it had not ever been aired out. Thank goodness I brought […] fabric spray which helped. The location was perfect for us due to a family gathering in the Landmark business park within walking distance. Kitchenette was a joke, with a stove top but no pots or pans or utensils to cook with as advertised. Won't stay here again. Mehr

everything was good in our room except for the beds you couldn't turn in your bed without waking someone up and they were very uncomfortable.Better mattresses are a must that are needed most people will rent at the same place because of the comfort of the bed.

not very clean run down needs renovation

The beds were horrible, one out of the 3 rooms had very bad odor. Front Desk person had no clue what was going on! Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Price was great, however I could never consider long term stay there. Cheap room furnishings, lousy bed, thin construction (noisy).

The room was extremely smelly of smoke.

I had a bunch of little complaints about this hotel, but overall it was solid, and you got what you paid for. If you need a reasonably clean and quiet place to sleep, it was perfect. Oddly, I think I got the same room as another reviewer here. Cons: It is an extended stay, so you need to exchange your own towels and such. Water wasn't all that hot. […] Room wasn't all that clean, but not bad. Door had been kicked in at some point in the past. Glass was on the floor. Pros: Cheap. Quiet. Reasonably comfortable. It was great deal for a couple of nights stay. It was within walking distance of the function I was attending so that was very convenient. Would have been nice to have daily maid service though

my room it dont have any shampoo and it has coffee maker without any coffee . and i called the front disk to send me the stuff i missed . they said u should come over here and get it . so i went to get and i remember also i need some tawels after i wait 10 mint for here to come and talk to me . she said u have to bring me the old tawels than ill give […] u the new ones she made me go tow times to my room in the cold waether just to get stuff should be in my room already . . i come to aurora all the time but this time it was bad visit Mehr

did not clean the room, had to take my own trash out, had to go get my own bath towels, you had to stay a week before they clean your room.

There were NO redeeming qualities at this hotel. It is dark, dirty, dingy and even at the low price, not worth it. The dishes were cracked and chipped and one cup in the cabinet had a large chunk of moldy food in it. Bugs in the bathroom, old worn-out mattress, horrible pillows and the room was so dark, it was hard to work (and also hard to see the […] ground-in dirt!). The walls were so thin, I could hear the people in the room next to me clearly (in normal voices). I could go on - but you get the point. Just horrible! Mehr

I stayed overnight and was satisfied with the room.

Not bad for the price. It was very close to I25 and there were stores and coffee shops very close by. We did have some trouble with our key's programing, but the front desk lady's were more than willing to re-program it with no problems. The staff on 3/25/11 was great. One man came to my room to help me figure out how to work the internet. A girl name Charlie was helpful; she was kind and considerate and helped me figure out how to get messages from the phone. In the morning the person at the desk was very rude to me I told her I was in hurry to get to a class and she went into the […] back room. She also told me that I was "lucky and it was the last time your hotel would take charges off my bill". You see the phone and internet did not work so the staff on the 25th took off the internet and adjusted the phone because we could not get them to work, you should talk to her Mehr
