Der Ausblick vom Zimmer war entäuschend, freie Sicht auf eine Betonwand.Frühstück gab es erst ab 8 Uhr, für Geschäftsreisende zu spät!

Hervorragende Lage in der Innenstadt. Trotz Hauptverkehrsstraßen rechts und links relativ ruhig. Guter schneller Service. Allerdings teure Garage (24 €/Tag). Zimmer und Bad in ordentlicher Größe, gute Betten. WiFi allerdings nicht kostenfrei. Einige sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Fußweg zum Picasso Museum 5 Min.

Tolle Lage, 2 Min zu Fuss in die Altstadt, Tiefgarage vorhanden, moderne, sehr grosse und saubere Zimmer, Pool auf dem Dach. Koennen wir nur weiterempfehlen

Das Hotel liegt ideal, der Service ist gut. Minibar war kostenlos. Wir waren im 11 Stock (von 15), sehr schöne aussicht.

Leider war im Zimmer kein Safe vorhanden.

We arrived at the AC Hotel Malaga Palacio at the end of the Malaga Film festival, and it turned out that many of the famous Spanish movie stars at the festival were staying at the Hotel. This meant that when we showed up there was a large crowd of people surrounding the hotel trying to get a glimpse of their favorite actor, but thankfully the Hotel […] had prepared adequate security and we were able to walk right through the crowd and rapidly check in. The hotel was fully booked, and the room we were provided lacked much of a view (we were able to see a courtyard to the back of the hotel), but the room itself was nice and new, and one of the larger rooms we encountered in Spain. The common facilities of the hotel were excellent, and the hotel itself was centrally located. Most of the staff spoke enough English that we never had a language problem. Overall I would recommend this hotel highly and definitely stay there again. Mehr

No free broadband in rooms

The hotel was perfectly located for all attractions, shopping and the beach. Staff and facilities are excellent. Our room was very poorly located at the back of the hotel with a wall directly outside the window so no view or daylight and was next to the service lift which was extremely noisy in the early morning. We stayed here our first night in spain before trveling down the coast to saty in a condo we had rented for a week. It was fabulous! The view from our room was amazing, you can walk right out the front door and are just steps from anything you could want to do. Even the breakfast buffet was wonderful! And don't miss the rooftop pool and restaurant! It […] was so good that we left our paid for condo early to come back and spend our last night here as well. My boyfriend and I had a great shirt break in Malaga pre Christmas. The hotel was ideally located next to the old town, many cages, restaurants, bars, tourist attractions and great shops. What more could you ask for. The hotel staff were very friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was of a very high standard. We picked a club room which meant we […] got a free mini bar restocked with a selection of beverages everyday. A nice extra and handy after a night out! The only small comment I would make on the hotel is that the rooms were often very hot. There was air con, but not the most modern system. If this were replaced the rooms would be perfect. Very convenient to restaurants and sights. Room had great view, bathroom a little small..very nice amenity of complimentary drinks in the room refrigerator. Breakfast buffet very nice

Great location across the street from the Cathedral, great walking in the downtown area. A very short walk to the Picasso Museum. Newish and well-appointed.

My only complaint about this clean and classy accommodation was the hidden charge for phone use. EACH call BEGAN at 1.5 Euros, and the billing increased per minute. I wish I had known about this beforehand. The staff was friendly and knowing, and the location, near the sea and the cathedral, as well as the Picasso Museum, was perfect.

I love this hotel. It's location is great. It's easy to find, centrally located, and has nice little balconies. Everything worked in the room. They actually take the keys to your car and park it (though parking costs) and the service everywhere is fine. Free wifi in the "library" (aptly located next to the bar) and one computer with printer for use […] of guests (it's always busy) but In a hotel like this, one would have thought they would have considered having free wifi in the rooms. Perfect location for a city break,close to all places of interest lots of inexpensive tapas bars close by would definitely recommend.

This hotel is located directly opposite Malaga's harbour, which despite its industrial architecture, is stunningly framed by a spectacular Malaga sunset. We had wonderful views from our twelfth floor harbourside room which more than compensated for the omnipresent hum from the docks (almost completely shut out by extremely effective window glazing). […] The hotel is also just a couple of minutes walk from the heart of the recently spruced up town centre. The room was stylish, the bed very comfortable and an actual double (as opposed to two singles pushed together, common in many Spanish hotels), whilst the ensuite bathroom had a wonderfully sized ceramic bath, as well as an overbath shower. Ample storage space and a radio as well as a flatscreen TV made relaxing in the room a real treat. My only slight quibble would be that free wi-fi was only available in the 'office' area for guests on the ground floor (internet usage was chargeable in the room), whilst breakfast wasn't included in the room price. The stylish terrace bar on the roof of the hotel offers wonderful views across both the harbour and the docks and features a small swimming pool. The bar and pool area tend to be draped with the young and beautiful and now that my first flush of youth has passed, I tended to just pop up there for the view and to take the odd picture. The hotel has what appears to be a high class, contemporary restaurant, although as my partner and I didn't eat there, I can't personally comment on it's quality. One of my favourite hotels that I have stayed in. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Malaga. Mehr

No ramp or help to get suitcase into foyer. No soap , gel or shampoo in bathroom.

This an excellent hotel located in a perfect area in order to see and feel the city of Malaga. Everything is right outside your door. No need to take a cab or bus anywhere. Their large and comfortable business center offers wifi and free computer. There is also a small super market about 5 blocks with good selections. After your stay, if you need a […] cab to the airport, there is a cab stand just outside the front door. Mehr

lovely location & nice city

I stayed here for one night after a late flight to Malaga. It is in an excellent location right beside the cathedral with numerous tapas bars within a few minutes walk. The staff were verey friendly and the room was clean and comfortable with a free minibar which was a pleasant surpeise!

Found this hotel to be a very nice evening. The surrounding neighborhood is certainly a highlight of the hotel, barely a block from the Cathedral and multiple restaurant options as well as some good shopping, really superior choice for a stay in Malaga.

Only 2 issues. 1. No Tea or Coffee making facility in the room. 2. No iron in the room or the hotel as stated by reception desk.

location was exceptional...only a small walk away from anything you really need to see. the junior suite was unlike any hotel in Europe we have stayed in...very large with lots of storage space, a living room, a large bedroom, and an amazing washroom. the room was very clean and was maintained to a very high standard staff was very helpful when it […] came to handling our luggage and storing it for a period of time both on arrival and departure the pool on the roof is a very nice touch and provided an exceptional view of Malaga as it was on the 15th floor did not use the restaurants as we were so close to all of the street restaurants, delis, and cafes so tried a number of them to get a little more flavour of the spanish experience overall a wonderful location, a great hotel, and a spectacular experience Mehr

Awesome location! Close to shopping, sites, hop on hop off bus stop across the street, beach, etc. Only negative is there were bands/parties/whatever in the street one of the nights and we heard it way into the night. Note: we stayed on the 6th floor and our friends were on the 11th floor and didn't hear a thing. Hotel very clean! Can't wait to go  […] back. Mehr

Absolutely beautiful 15 story Hotel, and there simply is no better central location. Overlooking the harbor and just souoth of Malaga's Cathedral. Hotel price is very good for the quality of accomodations offered, but watch out, charges build up very quickly. Wired internet in the room is 11.98E per 24 hours, although there is a free wireless service […] (AC WiFI) in the lobby library, Breakfast (although excellent) is 17E per person, and I had a drink of bourbon on the 15th floor for a mere 12Euros. The lesson is to watch out what you charge at the Hotel. Mehr

Excellent location..all tourist sites to visit are located right outside the hotel. Will definitely recommend and if we ever return to Malaga will stay there.

Loved the location easy to get to from the airport. You could almost touch the Cathedral, right in the heart of the old town. Room was good excellent free minbar and balcony would have been nice to sit out on the balcony but no chairs. Roof top pool and terrace excellent but we arrived to fine a thick sea mist so will just have to stay again.

Great location, short walk to restaurants and shopping. About 1km. from the railway station. Our room was facing the Cathedral and the mountains. The church bells did not bother us. Good windows. Only complaints we have is sewer smell in our room.

We loved the rooftop pool and free wifi. Staff were wonderful without exception. Room was modern clean and seemed brand new. Free mini bar. Bed was comfortable. We did secure a good rate so were very pleased that it was good value for money. Very close to all the sights - cathedral, castle and old town. Would stay again.

We were only here for one night, but our family loved the accommodations at the Ac Malaga Palacio. The rooms were very comfortable and provided lots of extras like dental kits (that we took with us and used on the long flight back to the US) and a free mini-bar. Our balconies overlooked the pedestrian area with the cathedral to the right. We enjoyed […] a walk to the beach and an evening stroll on and around the Marques de Larios. Our meal was at Cheers right in front of the Cathedral and while we surprised ourselves by picking this chain restaurant, we had great service, good food, and a spectacular view of the Cathedral and those visiting for the holidays. The location of this hotel is superb. As the centre of Malaga is pedestrianised, the situation of this hotel on the immediate perimeter of the pedestrianised area is excellent and means that you don't need to carry luggage through the streets to reach the hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a nce roof-top terrace with swimming […] pool and good bar and restaurant facilities. It is situated immediately in front of Malaga's beautiful Cathedral and within easy walking distance of a host of excellent shops, bars and restaurants. Our only complaint was that the room could have been cleaner - dust on ceilings and walls and the opaque galss frontage on the wardrobes would have benefitted from a good wipe-down. Mehr
