Front desk staff very nice and friendly..Was very informative..Nice rooms..Kept very clean and updated....Really enjoyed the stay..

Great room good price. Breakfast was great and great location!! Enjoyed our stayed. We are coming back next year to stay again for the car show!!

Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Continental breakfast was adequate. Free copy of USA Today and Wall Street Journal was a nice touch.

I would recommend this Hotel to everyone, it is so quite there, if you are looking for a place to rest without being disturbed, A place that is comfortable you have found the place. I will come back.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. My only complaint was the room smelled like cigarette smoke. Once we turned the air on it went away. Beds are firm but, they were clean.

Hotel was far from everything for tourist. The advertised breakfast was horrible - stale muffins, old fruit...I didn't try the waffles, but saw plenty of them in the trash can. Ended up going out to eat both days. The surrounding neighborhood was pretty "ghetto."

Television came over on the Ark...speakers shot pillows were the size of marshmallows. Everything else was at or above expectations. Dangerous exit off of 183 N. When you exit, you have three lanes to cross IMMEDIATELY to enter property. Suggest exit one exit sooner and ride the service road.

We found this hotel to be a pretty nice place to stay. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, and the hotel desk staff was great. Very quiet hotel and so close to restaurants and the mall. I chose this hotel from the second time for a 4 day trip to Austin. It is conveniently located and quiet considering its proximity to the highway. Everything was great except the shower never seemed to get hot enough. There was a free breakfast daily. An overall very good experience.

Over priced and there were people coming in to get drinks and use the refrigerator.

I liked the hotel. Only thing the entry light was out and I asked for the hotel to replace and it wasn't replaced. I didn't like walking into my room and not being able to see.

Happy hour good and breakfast ok Room had no air on when checked in and took awhile to cool down. Room smelled in little. Bedding ok

The personnel were very helpful and friendly but the hotel is not in great shape. Our first room had a musty smell and the fridge must have been leaking since it was damp on the floor in front of it. Our light in the bathroom went out the second day so we were moved to another room. This one seemed okay but on the last night the light above one of the […] beds started flashing and making a cracking noise. It wasn't on a the time and we were asleep. The hot breakfast seemed to be cold each morning and not very good. Mehr

Very pleased with the hotel and staff. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the breakfast. The selection was good but the food was not hot enough.

They could do better with the breakfast items.

We checked in for one night and the hotel's appearance was immaculate. Our room was wonderful and the breakfast on Sunday morning was great quality and quanity. I wish everyone has this exceptional experience with all comfort suites.

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Free breakfast was good and well stocked. We will be staying again.

I stayed here with my daughter, last minute and was very pleased with the accommodations. In addition, they offered a complimentary breakfast that was excellent!

I loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again. The staff were wonderful. The manager hosted a Happy Hour 2 nights while we were there. It was clean. Not super quiet because it is near the highway - but that was expected. I'd rate the bed a 7 out of 10 - a little too firm. Overall it was well worth the money we paid.

This was a great experience from start to finish. And they went above and beyond by calling me when they found my robe hanging on the back of the bathroom door after I checked out. I've forgotten things in hotels before, but I've never gotten a phone call about it. I so appreciated it and was able to stop back by to pick it up before heading to the […] airport. I think it was a nice stay. The only complaint is the a/c didnt work so it was kind of hot in the room but we didnt complain. The room was really spacious and the bed was SUPER comfortable! I was kind of nervous b/c they had some bad reviews but it was better than expected! All in all i was satisfied!

Very clean, comfortable bed, Did not need to go out far to get a good meal.

Very convenient, easy access off Research Blvd (H 183N) in a safe neighborhood (I live in this area) Located near many restaurants, Lakeline Mall, and the Alamo DraftHouse Theater. Smaller, very clean hotel and appears well-maintaned, outdoor pool clean and also well-maintained. Housekeeping very good, and front desk very friendly all 4 days I stayed. […] Rooms nicely decorated, had a sink and microwave and frig, fold-out couch in room with queen-bed. Great place...new facility

This hotel was actually very comfortable. I LOVED the King size bed. There was plenty of room to set up my 1 year old son's pack-n-play for him to sleep in next to me. The assistant at the desk was very helpful and I could tell she enjoyed her job. She was friendly and very personable. There are a variety of restaurants located/surrounding the hotel, […] which I found convenient. Free HOT breakfast, with the LARGEST Texas shaped waffle EVER! which was yummy and only took 2 minutes to bake in the waffle maker in the breakfast area. The ONLY negative, is the hotel is hard to get to when exiting Texas 45 Toll to Hwy 183 South. We had to go WAY down and double back to get to the hotel. HIGHLY Recommended! Mehr

I was really dissappointed with this hotel. It was so stuffy and was very dated. The breakfast that was served literally scared me and did not touch it. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The hotel was marvelous, probably the best I have stayed in Austin. Really clean, the housekeeping made our room perfect everyday and the breakfast was vast and very good.

this location was nice and close to everything like restaurants, UT, downtown austin, shops, roundrock area and outlets, etc. the amenities and area are nice. very relaxing and a good place to get away

Hotel and room were great. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Other guests were very nice. I highly recommend it.

Rooms were clean and front desk staff very nice. The housekeeping staff needs to be nicer. They all seem to be in a bad mood. Seems they all could benefit from positive encouragement. Would stay again and have already recommended it to friends.

The hotel room was clean and the location was in a reasonably good neighborhood. It is located along U.S. Hwy. 183 and would benefit someone wanting to visit the north end of Austin. The full breakfast was closer to a continental offering, but still adequate for the room rate.

We had an event near this hotel in Austin. It was the perfect location for the night, within walking distance of our destination. Nice room with mini fridge, microwave and pull out couch. Would be great for an extended stay or family with children.

Hotel was very nice,clean appreciated the great morning breakfast,hotels that appreciate their guests,guests appreciate the hotels,It's those little things that make it comfortable.
