Hotelzimmer sing großzügig mit eingebauter Kitchenette - alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt - das Frühstückbüffet (complimentray) ist reichhaltig und sehr gut - die Hotelpersonal ist hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend - das Hotelshuttle kann für Transfers zu nahegelegenen Zielen kostenlos genutzt werden - nächstgelegene Metro-Station: Vienna (orange) kann mit Taxi erreicht werden - wenn mit Auto unterwegs, ist Lage / Pries-Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels sehr gut.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Jeffersson Highway, sehr einfach zu finden, wenn man mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Der Service am CheckIn/Checkout ist nicht gerade umwerfend oder freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren genervt und recht ungeduldig. Das Doppel-Zimmer war ein Städte-Trip-Traum: groß, sehr sauber, das Sleep-Number-Bett (man kann den Härtegrad der Matratze individuell einstellen) in Kingsize war sehr bequem - gute Schlaf garantiert! in ca. 3 min ist man an der Metro-Station "Crystal City" (unter dem Marriott Hotel). Die Station hat eine Einkaufspassage. Das Ticketsystem der Metro ist leider etwas kompliziert - am besten vorher mal online reinschauen! Die Fahrt in die City zum weißen Haus und dem Memorial Park dauert ca. 20 min. Für einen Städtetrip in die City ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert!

We booked a suite with 2 double beds and were told that they wouldn't have a room available until the next night which they did but we had 3 adults and 1 king bed. Very clean staff pleasant, continental breakfast to crowded not enough room for all guests.

This hotel was difficult to find. It was very noisy. The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the usual powdered eggs, waffle maker junk, cold oatmeal fare. There were kids running all over the place with no supervison - ridiculous! Will not stay here again.

Not only did they go above and beyond with this request, they included a bath toy for our daughter, a sheet for the pack and play, and a baby blanket! We enjoyed the stay. The pool was great but the jacuzzi was not hot enough. Just warm. My kids enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. Good services. Highly recommended.

Hotel was very difficult to find due to its proximity to the exit ramp and vegetation around the sign. The room was very crowded with the sofa bed down making ingress and egress difficult. The breakfast however was very good and the staff was very helpful.

"Close to Dulles- nothing else"
This hotel is very new and very beautiful. The staff were courteous and helpful. If you know Washington D.C. then you know that Dulles airport is far from the city and getting to and from the hotel is time-consuming and costly (there are tolls.) I picked the hotel because I wanted to be close to the airport for my early morning departure, I was only […] there for a couple of days, but I did want to see a few sites. I ended up having to rent a car which was an added expenditure I didn't want. There is a free shuttle to the airport, but it is not guaranteed and doesn't start running till after 7 a.m. (which was the time of my flight.) My only problem with the hotel itself was the pillows! They were very hard and uncomfortable and I had trouble sleeping. Reston is beautiful and there are plenty of stores, so it all depends what you are looking for. Mehr

We really enjoyed our stay, very nice service, staff was very courteous and breakfast was great. The only problem was the people above us kept on making too much noise, if you are just adults make sure to ask for a room where no kids are staying above your room.

"Nice place to stay"
We spent two nights at Herndon location and found it to be very comfortable. The suite was clean and roomy, the breakfast was more than adequate, and the staff we met were always smiling and friendly.

We got a great deal on our stay of 3 days. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The location was great because it was in close proximity to the highway as well as to stores and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay at the SpringHill Suites. The only one thing that was a little uncomfortable […] was the cold air from outside that came through the top of heater/air conditioner unit, we put a blanket over it and that help stop the cold air from outside from coming in. Very nice place for the money. Close to the Town Center in Reston. However, don't expect good service. Was given wrong directions, had long waits to speak with the front desk. If you don't care about any of those things, great place to stay.

The hotel is clean. The staff is nice. The breakfest was very good. Located in a good area with ease to highway. Driving to downtown DC is about 1/2 hour with little traffic when we were there. "Great room and breakfast for the money"
The first night there was a problem with the airconditioner. The manager went out of his way to get us another room the next day. Everything was booked so he let us stay in a handicap accessible room. Great breakfast!

I was very pleasantly surprized. The room was beautiful. Very large & had everything I could ever want in a hotel(microwave,fridge, coffee maker, iron/board, blow dryer). Two large flat screen Tv's in the room, seperate sitting area with sofa bed. Indoor pool/hot tub open til 10PM. Extremely comfortable King sized bed. Free breakfast, free parking. […] Close to the main highway(66). If you drive to the Vienna subway station, it's about a 35 minute ride into DC by metro. Just hop on the Orange & it brings you ight to the action of smithsonian/capital without having to search for a parking space & no stressful driving. Hotel was very clean & safe & the front desk was always helpful & friendly (free chocolate chip cookies!!!). For the price, it was an extraordinary hotel! Mehr

We were very pleased with our stay at the SpringHill Suites. The Herndon location is a good place to stay while touring No. Virginia. We rented a car at the airport and took day trips to historic areas including Gettysburg and Harper's Ferry. "Nice and quiet"
This hotel was nice, quiet, and comfortable. Surrounding area was quiet as well. Never felt like we needed it, but there is even a police station a block away! Hotels.com got us a great rate, and was a perfect location for a couple events we were attending in the area. One note- the pool & hot tub close at 10 pm....
