Etwas ausserhalb von Sedona liegt dieses schöne Resorthotel. Aber wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Das Frühstück ist bedingt empfehlenswert. Preis/Leistung stimmen nicht und der Service ist eher langsam.

Most staff were helpful, courteous, and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable. Liked having use of an empty refrigerator and microwave. East walk to restaurants. Short drive to main strip of Sedona for shopping.

Very nice hotel, we stayed in a suite and we all were very comfortable, kids enjoyed the room . Location was very beautiful on the outskirts of Sedona, would recommend for a stay

Visited as a girls get away, fireplace needed servicing, pathetic flame!!!! and had to have maintenance service "several" times. No fruit or any lobby welcome, very cold and not even a hot inviting drink i.e.coffee , tea or cocoa. zippo, nothing!! Have stayed in many Sedona hotels, this will definitely not be on my "DO NOT RETURN" list. The spa staff […] were "unwelcoming!!" Not friendly hotel!!! Mehr

Had a great stay on a recent trip to the Canyon. Great stopover location. Nice rooms, walk is a little long if they put you at the end.

We had a great stay here. The room was gorgeous, with pretty good views of the red rocks. The hotel was very clean and new looking. We only had two complaints. We had never been to Sedona and were a little disappointed with how far 'town' seemed to be from the hotel, it took a good 15-20 minutes to get into the main part of Sedona. Also worth mentioning, […] for as much as we paid, I thought that the towels would've been softer. We will definitely consider staying here again, especially if we don't plan on going into the main part of town. Mehr

The hotel was very nice,comfortable and the people were very helpful.

Loved my stay at the Hilton. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room service was excellent, will definitely come back and stay!

Sedona is always cool, no matter what. We live only 30 minutes away, so we go to Sedona often. However, we rarely, if ever, stay there overnight. The Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa isn't actually in Sedona. It's in the Village of Oak Creek, which is about a 15 minute drive from the main intersection in Sedona. If you drive at midnight, it may take 10 minutes. Hotel […] is nice. Can't complain... but I can see where the other complaints come from. Photos make the surroundings look amazing, which is only half true. We purchased the Premium Suite, which is essentially a 1 bedroom suite. I was disappointed that the unit was smaller than I viewed in photos, and it didn't really have a "kitchen". It had a small fridge with a sink, microwave, and a few dishes (thankfully) in the cupboards. Fireplace barely produced a flame, which would have been nice seeing that it is winter, and it's cold. Hide-a-bed couch was extremely difficult to open, and I'm young & fit. We couldn't find the large pools displayed in the photos, although we weren't there to swim. The lobby was nice, and the restaurant looked cool. For what I paid for the room though... I was disappointed. Expected a little more swank from Hilton, cleaner carpets, more professional staff (which consisted mostly of teenagers) and better room amenities. The best part of the location is that it is close to Dal N Del Luca restaurant. In fact, it's in the same parking lot almost. You want good food... go there. I would stay again if they dropped their prices. Not worth the money. Could have had a much nicer room. Mehr

Sedona is beautiful. Stayed at the Hilton for just one night and did not use any services. The room was small but nice and clean. Had.trouble with the thermostat. Room did have a fireplace with gas logs.

The hotel was nice, good location. The spa front dekson was laking friendlyness, and you had to walk about a mile to get to the front door of the spa. Plus the spa is for the public as well. The room was nice an clean. The reason we didn't care for the spa is, befor this trip we stayed at the four in palm beach florida. he shower water pressure was […] low as well. Unfortunately, the walls in our room were paper thin. We heard noises from every neihboring room. Children running around above us, closet doors closing and toilets flushing next to us. And at 7am the neighbors on the other side of our bedroom wall had great sex. This is a beautiful property but our experience in the room was not restful.

Shower temperature was really low even when it was turned to the max. It almost got us catch a cold. We didn't make the complain to the staff at the hotel because it was just only for one night though, it should have been maintained better.

Good value for the $$. Easy access to hiking & Sedona. Fitness amenities were great. The thermostat had a mind of it's own & wavered from cold to hot every few minutes. Room was a little small given that there isn't much space to tuck away 3 suitcases. We did walk around the Resort & the streets for exercise, but you would definitely need a car if you […] plan to visit Uptown or West Sedona, since there isn't much entertainment in the area. Room was average - not bad, but certainly nothing special. Had a double queen, with a fantastic view of the parking lot :( but...then again, I was not in the room during daylight hours, so... Staff (other than check-in) was exceptional! Concierge was extremely helpful, room service was always fast and friendly. Spa and fitness areas were very nice - […] take advantage of those amenities. I thought the location was fantastic - very close to Bell and Cathedral Rocks. I liked being on the southern end of town and not too close to the shopping and main traffic. Mehr

everything great food ok.

Absolutely recommended! Rooms are beautiful (I loved the gas fireplace!), and the bed was very comfortable. Big bonus was free wifi and complimentary gym passes, as the spa and gym are just incredible. Hot tubs/pool area are top notch. Decor is gorgeous, as is the setting. Best of all is the in-house restaurant- we ate there all three days!

This hotel is to far from the sedona downtown area, I thought I would be right in the middle of sedona according to the milage indicated on your web site from town. Also misleading on the room amenities and the hotel was pretty much empty and they still could not give me a room with a view.

I stayed here as I was getting married across the street at the Sedona Golf Resort. The Hilton was awesome and in a perfect location for me. If you are looking to be closer to the actual town of Sedona, you will have a bit of a drive (it's mostly a one way road and the speed limit is 35, and inevitably, you will be behind someone who is sight-seeing […] and never been to Sedona.) Being from Phoenix, we are up here often and the drive doesn't bother us. The Hilton has excellent service, was very clean, and the fireplace worked great. I didn't order room service (a bit pricy, but expected) but I would stay here again. Mehr

The service people were great and very helpful. I only wish they could be at all the places we stay.

I have stayed in a few of the hotels around Sedona, and this was, by far, my least favorite. It is overpriced for it's semi-inconvenient location and run down rooms. I would definitely spend the extra $10-$20 and stay in one of the resorts in the center.

I like that this hotel is located away for all the touristy spots. The drive to get to all the points of interests is relatively quick. Our room was nice, and when we discovered the bathroom light gave off a “strobe light effect” we let the front desk know. The maintenance worker was very responsive, and arrived before we could get our bags to the room. […] But, he failed to let us know he was turning off the power to replace a switch as we sat there watching TV (how could he not see us?) and also that when he turned the power back on, the very loud fire alarm in the room would go off. Each of us had a massage at the spas, which was excellent. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. Glad we didn’t pay for a room with a view, because it didn’t seem like there was one no matter where your room was. Meaning an unobstructed view of the rocks (the hotel has only three floors, and there is what looked like a residential area behind the hotel). The only reason the we did not give this hotel all fives is because of our experience with room service. Which was somewhat resolved after talking to a few people, and making a couple of phone calls. Paid big bucks for a hotel that needs a reno.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Sedona at the Hilton. The hotel was very welcoming and accommodating of our canine companion. My only desire is that the hotel were closer (walking distance) to West Sedona (main strip) and that room service didn't take quite so long. We would definitely stay at the Sedona Hilton again, though!

Room was too warm and A/C control apparently is regulated. Reported issue and maintenance responded quickly. Maintenance adjusted the thermostat to allow some lowering. While passable, we were never able to get the room to a temperature we like. Adults should be allowed to control their environment. Beyond the A/C the suite was nice and had a confort […] factor. The particular suite we were in was above the room top level A/C handlers (a bit of irony) and certainly this spoiled the view. However, I would think most of the rooms have great views. Nice facility, great location but I have always had an issue with cost cutting measures which involve climate control. Mehr

We love Sedona, so its hard not to love the Sedona Hilton...but... we were disappointed. The overall condition of the hotel, hallways, pool area, etc is "worn" The whole interior could use some paint. The lounge chairs by the pool were in VERY poor conditon, with the upholstery worn and the stuffing showing through. Had to use two towels to cover the […] mess, so as to not fell I was sunbathing in someone elses dirt. Other than that, we had a great time. The Hilton Spa was wonderful. Weecommend the Sedona Vortex massage. Mehr

Nice property convenient to SGR for golf. Breakfast was nice and staff were extremely nice. Rooms were great. Bed was comfortable.

our location was perfect and the hotel it self had so much to do and see: We loved it and can't wait to got back over and over again.

Very clean and extremely comfortable. Excellent service! When we forgot silverware, room service delivered some in a few minutes. When a tour company didn't call me back, the concierge booked us a tour with another company the very same day. Nice work!
