Crowne Plaza Montreal Airport - Montreal

Very comfortable room; close to airport - which is what I wanted.

The Crowne Plaza is a decent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. if you are looking for a place to sleep then this hotel would fit the bill. l thought the hotel was a bit tired looking but the love of my life really found it charming.

Hotel was nice, clean and well maintained. Rooms were small but adequate. Nicely decorated and practical. Ours had a small fridge which was nice. Hotel staff was nice. Pool and waterslide were great as we have a child. Wonderful time here. Good location for us as it was easy to get everywhere (as much as getting around can be easy in Montreal).

Good price for what you get. Very good hotel overall. Room service is very good. Nice pool and water slides for the kids. Food is good. Nice bar and restaurant. The beds are very comfortable. You can adjust the stiffness of the mattress !! To relax before a flight it's perfect.

The pool is the best feature of this hotel--it has a great waterslide. The cleanliness of the halls, and main areas of the hotel was definitely not up to standard, I was told on check in (Jan 1st pm) that it was not clean bc of all the partiers there for NYE. However, it took two more days before the hall outside my room was vacumned. I was there for […] a funeral, if not I probably would have moved to another hotel. Also did not appreciate being steered to a table in the lobby to eat when I had my grandnephews with me--but the boys loved the pool and that was the best part of the hotel Mehr

The room itself was fine , fridge didn't work but they resolved it with a few visits from maintenance fellow, Room service was very quick, BUT prime rib was way too rare for medium rare, and the soup while it looked very yummy turned out to be burnt. We took the prime rib home and cooked it so it wasn't wasted. Beds were FANTASTIC, I haven't slept that […] comfortably in a long while. My wife and 1 year old daughter stayed for one night in November for my sister's birthday. We loved this hotel. WeI've been staying in a lot of hotels recently, and this was probably one of the best. We were very happy with the quality that we got for the price. What was great was the service. They solved both the minor maintenance issue in the bathroom, […] and not having a fridge in the room (for my daughter's milk) in a timely fashion. We will definitely have to come back to the Crowne Plaza again when we visit Monteal again. Mehr

I found the breakfast to be pretty good and not a rip off typical of most hotels. You can hear too much noise from adjoining rooms. If you want fun and night time activity, don't stay here, go downtown instead. Of course you save a few dollars staying out by the airport.

Hotels.com charged us for an additional person on our reservation but the hotel DID NOT provide us with a roll on that we could use. Crowne completely ignored the request and said this was between us and Hotels.com. The room had 2 double beds and no additional room for the roll on. Crowne had a wedding party the second night with music blasting through […] the evening and into the night... we could feel the beats in our room and could not sleep. Kids had a tough time. Complained to the front desk and all they said was, there is nothing they could do! They did move us to a room on the 8th floor, no music but with 1 king bed and 5 guests... and then made us move ALL our luggage at 12:00 AM - not fun at all! Mehr

It is a very good hotel, good value for money. The staff is good. My only concern was that their food is not at par with Montreal food standards. The breakfast I ordered was not the best, but I will definitely go back if I have to to Crown Plaza. I recommend.

We checked in - 4 adults and 2 small children for an overnight stay- and were very happy with the how the hotel looked. The parking was ample, the rooms very comfortable. The bathrooms were a little dated but for a one night stay it wasn't a deal breaker. The room cleanliness needs to be improved. Toilet not working well and you have to flush twice. Beware of wedding parties. Music from the banquet halls are very loud. Don't stay on the second floor as you won't be sleeping until 2pm...

Stayed one night. Room was very comfortable especially the king bed. Bath was a bit small but functional. Hallways were a bit dirty in need of a good vacuming. Airport shuttle efficient and convenient. Free wireless internet is nice especially when much more expensive hotels charge - what a scam. Noise from hallway in morning a bit bothersome but not […] too terrible. Pool looked nice but it was under maintenance so I could not use it. If you like ice hockey there is a huge indoor rink across the street. I would stay again if I needed to be near Tredue Airport. Mehr

The hotel is some distance from the airport so it's not truly a "airport hotel" and there is nothing to do near the hotel within walking distance (food or shopping, etc.). However the hotel and the staff were great!

hotel was amazing the food was great the service was awesome, room service food was really good you have to try the french onion soup.

We chose this hotel for two reasons: we wanted to leave our car at the hotel and take public transit to Old Montreal; and the price was reasonable. We were pleasantly surprised by how nicely renovated our room was. The King bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. There was a free shuttle which took us to the airport where […] we were able to catch a bus to take us downtown. The shuttle driver was very helpful. Also, we had the breakfast buffet in the dining room on the morning we checked out, and we found the food to be good and the service friendly. The Front Desk employees were also friendy and helpful, and we found that all hotel employees were bilingual and able to speak to us in both English and French. Mehr

Hotel presentation in general is very good, rooms are starting to need some updates and minor maintenance. Lots of parking (included), internet access included. Restaurant and food average, but good enough, especially as there is nothing else close by.

The only thing I dont like is that the hotel charges you for local calls in the montreal airport. Other than that its a great hotel.

It is a nice hotel. Rooms were very good. Hotel staff was very good. Location is good but accesing the hotel from the highway is bit complicated. Also getting back to highway to go to airport is also complicated.

Très bonne impression. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine avec la glissade. J'ai bien aimé le service de déjeuner à prix abordable le matin... C'est certain que nous reviendrons!!!

Le Crown Plaza Montréal Airport à lors de nos séjours octobre 2011 et decembre 2011 puis janvier 2012 a répondu à nos attentes aussi nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

Chambre confortable et propre repas excellent staff courtoit

Séjour agréable, très belle chambre. Propre partout sauf le plancher autour de la piscine.

Tout était parfait, personnel très aimable, chambre propre et moderne. Ce que nous avons apprécié le plus : la piscine avec la glissade... les enfants n'en sortaient plus, ils ont adoré!!

J'ai trouvé l'hôtel d'un charme remarquable.Nous avions réservé une chambre éxécutive ,tout était propre le personnel était souriant.Malgré qu'elle ne soit pas à proximité de la ville de Montréal cela ne change en rien tout était parfait.Je le recommande fortement.

Bon rapport qualite/prix. Personnel tres gentil. Piscine tres agreable. Arret de bus devant l'hotel tres pratique pour rejoindre le metro.
