I wasn't at the hotel to use the amenities,but the room was comfortable, and the staff very accomodating. I will stay again!

great hotel, amazing breakfast, great and convenient location. Please be advised that they have very few rooms with pullout sofabeds. Hotels.com said that the rooms had sofabeds, Otherwise we would definitely stay there again.

great location close to the 417 highway, large shopping mall, restaurants and 10 minutes to parliament buildings and the Market

Nice to see the Hampton name is constantly a great place. The only thing to change here is the tube tv. The pool was great and the room with double queen was very large compared to other hotels. Many restaurants within a close drive and well located with easy access to highways and connecting roads. The best value in that area hands down. If this one […] is available, book it. This hotel was close to the parliment buildings and museums as well as restaurants and the market. We loved the breakfast which included cereals both hot and cold, sausage, french toast, make your own fresh waffles, fruit yohgurt, coffee muffins, bagels and much more, all incuded in the price of stay. From the time we arrived to the time we left everything was fantastic. The light dinner menu was tasty and reasonably priced. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel with a large and fresh selection. The room was very spacious and very well equipped. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay.

Large standard rooms, nice hot breakfast with lots of variety. Enjoyed the underground free parking and the free in room wi-fi. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed during Winterlude, however the hotel is about a 5 min drive to city hall. Not a big deal as you can park all day at city hall on the weekend for $3.75, this was cheaper […] then a hotel downtown as they charge around $20 per day to park. Have to admit that we were a litle wary of a weekend reservation during Ottawa's Winterlude.....how busy, location, would our reservation be okay......all told amazing! Uber clean facility, very helpful staff and the room was quite. Will stay and recommend to others

Parking was a huge issue Kingsized bed uncomfortable Gum stuck all over carpet Pool was extremely overcrowded It certainly wasn't worth the money I spent

This was my second stay at this Hampton Inn, and anytime I am going to go to Ottawa, this is where I will stay. My only disappointment is that when you have third party billing, you are not eligible for the loyalty points with that hotel. That will affect my decision to re-use this.

Coffee and cookies as one checks in is a nice gester. Everything was good.

After having stayed at a few hotels in Ottawa including the local "Jail" ( Youth hostel accommodations), I think I have finally found a hotel that meets my needs whenever I stay in Ottawa to visit my daughter, a student at Carleton University. This hotel was affordable, and included parking, a hot breakfast and free Wi-Fi. All three amenities which […] seem to be lacking in many down town hotels in Ottawa. Having a car to get around made it a very easy stay. the staff were great - helpful and very friendly, although it was a very busy December 23 and 24th. I ordered a cot for another family member on Christmas eve at around 7:30pm and it was no big deal. The king size bed was very comfy. We also made use of the laundry facilities. The gym was quite well equipped. I will definitely stay there again and again. Mehr

I would go back to this hotel, no complaints. Room was great, slept well. Free breakfast was good, staff very friendly.

We were very statisfied with this Hampton Inn in Ottawa. The only thing we could say is that the parking garage was very full , being a very busy weekend, cars were parked on the side walls. It was a little difficult to circulate in the garage. But it is also understandable.

Its was awesome. The room is really big and good comfy beds. Complimentary breakfast has got lot of varieties as well. In short, i got more for my money.

We stayed for one night everything was good the bed is not the most comfortable it was very quiet and even tho our room was near the elevators we didn't hear people get on and off the elevators the staff were very nice and helpful there is a 13.50$ charge for using the under ground parking which they don't tell you when you check in. Ottawa is small Even a little out of center, this hotel is well located 5min drive to Main musem, parlament... No real nice restaurant around, need to drive

We arrived late at night and were taken care of in a quick, friendly and efficient manner. Our room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast which was included in the stay, while limited in selection was well and neatly presented.. I would have preferred proper dishes and cutlery over the disposable type, but that is my only negative comment. […] We would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Mehr

This hotel will impress all travelers

The rooms in this hotel are second to none - large spacious and complete with everything one needs. The morning free breakfast was the best I have had.

We stayed at the Hampton as it is one of our favorite chains of hotels. As usual it was clean and in good repair.We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the underground parking. we would stay again.

We have found Hampton inns all over North America to be clean and well run and this hotel is no exception. The underground parking included in the room rate was particularily appreciated together with the always dependable breakfast, will certainly stay here again!

Had a heck of a time to find the hotel, but once we found it, everything was super; just excellent; will certainly come back and will tell others.

Accomadation was good as usual. However breakfast area was so busy we could not have breakfast either morning of our stay. Having to buy breakfast outside the hotel was inconvienient and more expensive . we will consider this factor when traveling again. Thank You.

What a great hotel!! Clean, comfortable and extremely close to downtown without the cost. Breakfast caters to all kinds of people--health nuts and not so healthy. Just a little small and they need to extend the breakfast area. Very crowded in the mornings but it was ok.

A helpful staff, good breakfast, 24 hour free coffee, tea, and fruit. Good location with free parking, if you have a car, but nothing within walking distance. Make sure that you take a good street directory for downtown: the streets are confusing.

The hotels breakfast was just the toast baken and that's is all

This hotel was a little more than what we wanted to spend, but had free parking, free wireless internet, a pool and a free breakfast. I'm glad we got those things "free" because the hotel was a little expensive for not being right downtown. There is a fire station right down the street and Highway 417 is very close so you may hear some "road noise". Our […] room had no fan in the bathroom, so after the four of us had showers, there was no where for the moisture to go, so it just lingered. Hours after I showered, I went to put my watch on, and the band was actually wet (damp)...liked I'd worn it in the shower or pool - which I had not. We were also a little surprised to find that there were no plates or cutlery in the room even though it was advertised as a "full kitchenette. The fridge was a small bar fridge without a temperature setting and it was way too high (cold)..One of our pop cans actually froze and exploded in the fridge leaving us with a huge mess to clean up. The chest of drawers we had was in rough shape too. Someone had taken out the drawers and put them back in the wrong spots rendering one completely useless (we could not open it all) and another that ran poorly on it's track as it was clearly in the wrong location in the chest. The pool was nice and the hot tub was warm. The decor is dated, but certainly livable. The hot breakfast was very good although the french toast sticks were rather soggy, but the make your own waffles were a hit with us. There was a very good selection of foods, with fresh fruit, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs (chilled), toast, bagels, muffins and various flavours of coffee and tea as well as hot chocolate and cold fruit juices. The free underground parking was really appreciated. The front desk staff were very friendly and they helped out with info on the local attractions. Stayed at the Hanpton Inn by Hilton for two days. Great hotel friendly staff, confortable and very clean room. Very good breakfast buffet. Nce variety and fresh food. Would most certainly stay at the Hampton Inn on our next trip to Ottawa.

My wife and I made a quick trip to Ottawa to visit family and stayed at the Hampton Inn. As in past years it is the Hotel that we always try to stay at. It is located very conveniently to Ottawa's main throughfare, good shopping centre, fine restaurants and lots of other amenities that we enjoy.
