Great price for they stay here :)

The kids and I enjoyed the pool, fitness center, pool.table, and darts. Breakfast was nice with eggs, waffles and biscuits and gravy available. The surrounding neighborhood is not in the best area but we were just sleeping there for one night so I did not mind much. The shuttle to the airport was great. My only complaint is the pool water was cold. Very nice clean hotel.

We had a late arrival to this hotel. We requested a blanket and pillows as there weren't any in the room for the pull out bed. We were told they don't have any extra bedding items and offered us nothing. The airport shuttle was running late because he works for two different hotels. Don't stay here. The customer service is nonexistent.

If you have a flight and you want to stay near the airport for a decent price then this is the place. You get more comfort for your buck.

Positives: Friendly staff, nice selection and good quality breakfast. Room was clean but...see negatives. Negatives: Room was non smoking but smelled like stale smoke from a room that had been smoked in for many years and the smell was still in the walls, furniture, etc. Parking was on the side and in the back of the building and far away from an entrance. […] Jets start flying at O Dark 30 in the morning and you can hear them well. The comfort inn airport and conference center was ok for the price. The room needed some extra cleaning on counters and fridge. Breakfast was a little akward to find everything. Elevators were slow. Service at the desk was ok. Minimal info given re: hotel services upon arrival and staff always seemed to be hanging out at the desk. Thanks though to the […] girl that assisted my husband in using the metro to come downtown. Overall I would not use this hotel again. I'd pay the extra $20 to stay in a better hotel. Mehr

My one night stay at the hotel was very nice. Friendly personnel, nice breakfast bar, exercise room and pool. The hotel even took us to the rental car return so we could return to the hotel. I highly reccomend it and will plan on staying at Comfor Inns in the future. Ron S., Cinn. Ohio

This comfort inn is on the decline. Beds were uncomfortable, air conditioner squealed all night, elevator had a burning smell in it. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was ok at best.

stayed overnight before flying out. Halls, carpets, elevetors in need of replacement. Rooms clean, comfortable.

The rooms were nice, and the morning breakfast was good, but the location and suroundings was not very friendly. I cant say I felt all that safe. I did not like the accessablility of the second floor, there is only one way to get up to the second floor and my room was at the complete oposit end.

By far the most clean, nicest and friendliness Comfort Inn I have ever stayed at! Great job to all the staff and owner!! Keep up the great work.

The price was the best thing about our stay. When we arrived and checked in we went to the assigned room and found that it was not ready and that maintenance was there working on it. We went back down to the lobby and were given a different room. The room was okay. The view was of an apartment complex and the drive. But how much do you look out the […] window. The water pressure in the shower was not good and the selection on the tv could have been better. The first morning we went to the breakfast area and it was possibly one of our worst experiences. The area was very small and there was no way more than a couple of people could get their food at the same time. That is when there was food. They were out or ran out of most everything while we were trying to eat. I ask for fruit and was told they were out but about 15 minutes later another lady ask and a bowl of apples appeared. If they know how many people are staying there then they should be prepared to feed that many. The ice machine on our floor was not operating so you had to go to another floor for ice. On our 3rd day we left for awhile and when we came back we were locked out of our room. They did fix that but it is a little irritating. The exercise room was nice but the monitor on the bicycle was not working and there were towels on the floor. I have stayed in worse. If you are just wanting a room for sleeping that is close to the airport this is your place. Mehr

The staff at late night was OK, but the staff in the morning is awsome. Lots of smile to make you feel a great start for the day!!

every thing was great . the pool was wonderful. the staff was very nice. we have a 12 year old boy and we asked if we could be higher up so he could watch the planes and they were more than happy to help. great breakfast. would def. stay there again!!

we recently stayed at the hotel and wasnt too satisfied with it the main reason we booked it was because it was suppose to have a mini fridge in the room but when we got to the room there wasnt one and also while i was reading through the hotel services book it said that you could dial 0 for the time and temp and the woman i spoke to didnt know whether […] it was 60 or 70 degrees outside the only thing she could tell me was the time. and the parking was terrible we had to park at one end of the hotel to walk all the way to the other end just to find an elevator or even stairs, which was not very safe especially in case of a fire they only had one set of stairs and they were at one end. and the hallways were hot as could be it didnt seem as that there was any A/C in them.. I have stayed in a better one, but I have also stayed in a differtent hotel chain that was alot worse. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was booked full and they still were very helpful being so busy. The hotel itself could use some updates. You can tell it is not new. Over all I would stay if I had to. The location was not that great for siteseeing […] though. Mehr

The first room we were given had sheets torn off the beds, but was not made. All bedding was thrown on 2nd bed. Second room we were given, we could not access with the keys we were given. 3rd room was okay, but chair at desk was broken. Cleanliness of room and orderliness was okay, but after initial experience and being tired from a long days drive. […] Kids wanted pizza, found place that had it, but it was locked, It was recommended by hotel. It was locked because it was unsafe for employees and customers, had to knock to be let in. After a long days drive, everything seemed to get worse. We did manage to survive. Also, we had selected because it had a pool. Upon arrival, we discovered the pool was closed. Never did find out why. It was not the most enlightening experience. Right now, I could not recommend it. The pool was closed 2hrs after we arrived and the remainder of our stay (3nts)...so we were stuck in our room the first night which was too small for a family of four. The breakfast was not the greatest...and the WiFi sucked. We only had one bar the whole time which didn't allow us to stream...we picked up a better signal from the Travel Lodge down […] the street but it was secured. They vacum and clean at 9pm!!! And there were no tissues in our box...the parking was terrible, and the last night there we had to park in the back, and our key wouldn't work on the back door..so we had to walk all the way around to the front....I would never stay there again. :( Mehr

If you are looking for luxury and upscale-well not so much here. But if you want reasonable and close to the St Louis Lambert Airport-it will do. We were disappointed that there werent many restaurants close. But just hop on the Interstate and lots of choices within fifteen minutes drive. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. If you’re interested in traveling via taxi to see a Cardinals or Rams game, stay at a hotel closer to downtown. As far as hotel pricing, I paid 40 dollars more than my friend when I booked on Hotels.com. Recommendation, call the hotel and compare the pricing before committing.

Breakfast was a bit under expectations, but room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Excelent service for the price range

Filthy room. Chair had huge ink stains and so had to use a towel to sit on. Mold in bathroom on wall. Toilet not cleaned! Only good thing was the breakfast, which was better than most free breakfasts.

The staff wasn't accomadating. The room outside was hot n uncomfortable. The stay away from downtown was to far. The room was ok.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Comfort Inn. When I initally made the reservation I wasn't expecting much, but I was wrong! Very reasonably priced, the staff was very friendly, my room was spotless, free continental breakfast and most importantly FREE WIFI. I have stayed in several higher end hotels that do not offer free wifi. They also had entertainment...karaoke. […] I didn't participate, but those who did and those who just came to listen appeared to be entertained. I though the hotel was very nicely done; however, the cleaning and desk staff seemed incredibly flustered due to a family reunion. While I think that the reunion is par for the course in the summer, the fact that the staff couldn't handle the busy-ness well says something. Our room was not cleaned as requested-they only provided new towels, no bed making, […] no cleaning of the bathroom and not even garbage emptied (we weren't THAT DIRTY, BUT WE STAYED FOR 3 DAYS). Additionally, the hotel apparently rents out the lobby/bar to community dance parties and karaoke nights-again, not horrible, but patrons couldn't find parking Friday or Saturday night. And some not-so-appropiate individuals were there which concerned me for safety. HOWEVER: the desk staff was really nice. The hote itself was nice with good amenities. It is in close proximity to the airport, offers shuttle service and continental breakfast. It was an old hotel nicely remodeled with wide hallways and pretty colors. Mehr

Not your typical clean Comfort Inn. Maybe they are cutting corners trying to save $$? Dirty. Elevators are hot and dirty. Pool was cloudy and pool area dirty. Next time we'll spend more to stay downtown STL near Arch.

The pool had a weird green tint to it and my wife and I, as well as another couple we met there decided against letting our kids swim in it. I missed the driveway entrance so I went 15 yards down the street to turn around and was greeted by a gentleman who flashed his gun at me and gave me this "don't come in here" look. Hotel is understaffed and poorly maintained. Stains on the floors broken equipment. I was very dissappointed in this location.

Stayed her two night s , staff was nice and helpfull. However the continental breakfast was just not that at all. No juice, and one choice of cereal...thats were we are disappointed.. We tried to save a little on eating out as much but ended up doing so due to lack of items..I would say location is good all night stops to eat at. We were satisfied with the accommodation. The staff was very helpful anwereing our questions and getting direction to the funeral chapel. We enjoyed the continental breakfast choices and also the nearby eaterie choices. All in all our stsy was pleasant. We also enjoyed the quiet.

Wonderful customer service! Beautiful lobby. Very roomy and so comfy. The hotel room smelled great! The pillows were amazing and the bed was comfy. Loved the duvet! Housekeeping did a wonderful job of cleaning up just enough! Maintnence responded right away to a small plumbing problem. The bathroom was big enough! The heat worked great. After reading other reviews I was worried about what we would run into upon arrival. I was so impressed! The staff was very friendly and was morn then willing to help out in anything we needed. Stayed for 3 day. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were great. Continental breakfast was ok, However the room was filthy. the carpet was so dirty a new pair of white bottomed house shoes were completely black. There were cob webs in all the ceiling corners. Blood on the end table and radio. Would have cancelled and went somewhere else if there […] was time. Was there for a conference so was mostly there for someplace to sleep. Because of the conference those on the shuttle line we used were full so just put up with the room. It looked like a room that had been closed for a remodel then opened with a quick dusting to be rented. Nothing on the walls and old badly scarred furniture. . Mehr
