Das Hotel ist wirklich super. Parkplatz kostenlos im eigenen Parkhaus. Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück, auch warme Speisen und Waffelautomaten:-) dazu gibt es noch zwischen 17.30 und 19.00Uhr ein paar warme Snacks, Chicken Tenders, Maccaroni mit Käsesoße usw. dazu 3 Freigetränke, auch alkoholisch. Wir waren mit diesem Hotel rundrum zufrieden.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Arch und es war wirklich toll. Ein Blick zum Baseball Stadium wäre auch tolle gewesen besonders wenn ein Spiel stattfindet. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Allerdings sollte man sich bei Dunkelheit von dem Hotel nicht weit entfernen, denn bei Dunkelheit ändert sich das Publikum. Der Pool und das Fintess Center waren gut und der Zimmerservice auch. Allerdings waren gerade Bauarbeiten im Hotel und es ging morgens schon früh mit dem Bohren los.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung entspricht sehr hohen europäischen Standards. Man hat sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Motto des Hotels ist der Weltraum - Mond und Astronauten sind fast überall present und perfekt ins Design integriert. Es wurde viel Liebe zum Detail angewendet und die Möbel sowie die Farbgestaltung sind einmalig! Im 8. Stock befindet sich die Hotel-eigene Bar, welche den Gesamteindruck stilvoll abrundet. Das Moonrise Hotel liegt an einer der 10 berühmtesten Strassen (Delmar Loop) von Amerika mit trendigen Shops und In-Lokalen. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert - würde jederzeit wieder hin!

Stayed her two night s , staff was nice and helpfull. However the continental breakfast was just not that at all. No juice, and one choice of cereal...thats were we are disappointed.. We tried to save a little on eating out as much but ended up doing so due to lack of items..I would say location is good all night stops to eat at. Very near airport. "Comfort Inn Aiport Location"
We were satisfied with the accommodation. The staff was very helpful anwereing our questions and getting direction to the funeral chapel. We enjoyed the continental breakfast choices and also the nearby eaterie choices. All in all our stsy was pleasant. We also enjoyed the quiet.

Wonderful customer service! Beautiful lobby. Very roomy and so comfy. The hotel room smelled great! The pillows were amazing and the bed was comfy. Loved the duvet! After reading other reviews I was worried about what we would run into upon arrival. I was so impressed! The staff was very friendly and was morn then willing to help out in anything we needed. "staff was great, but the room was filthy"
Stayed for 3 day. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were great. Continental breakfast was ok, However the room was filthy. the carpet was so dirty a new pair of white bottomed house shoes were completely black. There were cob webs in all the ceiling corners. Blood on the end table and radio. Would have cancelled and went somewhere else if there […] was time. Was there for a conference so was mostly there for someplace to sleep. Because of the conference those on the shuttle line we used were full so just put up with the room. It looked like a room that had been closed for a remodel then opened with a quick dusting to be rented. Nothing on the walls and old badly scarred furniture. . Mehr
"Kind of rough for a conference center"
We chose this hotel because of it's lower cost compared to other hotels that included a conference facility. Usually that's an indication of a fairly nice facility. However, we were very disappointed. The pool had been out of service for over a week when we arrived due to "health concerns" with the water? Not sure what was really going on there. We […] saw several places on the exterior where there were large holes in walls or ceilings and overall the hotel did not feel clean or well-maintained. The rooms were ok but had an old TV and had not been updated in years. Continental breakfast was average. This hotel was right next to the airport which was convenient but not in a nice neighborhood at all. Overall, it was an ok stay since we just needed a room for a night. "You get what you pay for"
Upon check-in my children were disappointed to learn that the pool was closed for unexplained reasons. We went up to our room to find the entire carpet was damp and musty. Parking is horrible and staff was minimally helpful. If there is security staff at this hotel, they were unseen as there were several other patrons running and screaming up and down […] the hall til 3 am. Thank goodness it was only for 1 night. "Older but decent rooms"
Our room was clean and comfortable. The only worry I had was that an employee told us the pool had been closed by the health inspector. Breakfast was good, however it was a small area and crowded. "room temp had me boiling"
The front desk had a bucket on counter to catch water and the hallway on the 7th floor was so hot you'd run to your room. I stopped on every floor to see if it was as hot as 7th floor and they were warm. My room never cooled off unless it was 3am. I didn't sleep well because of this discomfort. "Comfort Inn by Airport was great for the price"
Very nice indoor pool. Nice looking rooms. Coffee in room and in Lobby. Nice comfortable Lobby. Variety of places to eat plus the restaurant inside had a modest menu and delicious food. Free breakfast and wifi made the price of the hotel an even better bargain. The city offer endless attractions.

"Good enough"
Good enough for the price. The hotel is right off the highway, the staff was nice and helpful. The room was as clean as it could be, but definitely needed the carpet replaced in order to not look filthy. The A/C worked like a charm.

My experience was very similar to that of another traveller. First impression: Parking at the hotel is cramped. The rest of the experience was very pleasant. Rooms are average . Pillows are super comfy. Everything is clean. The hotel entrance is friendly. Staff was jovial. There is an excersize room and an 8 foot deep indoor pool. Next time I'll bring […] a swim suit. Room rate much lower than many surounding hotels. For the rate difference, this would be my first choice on a future visit. Mehr

"Gream room for the money but Horrible parking"
I've stayed at this hotel twice because the rooms are nice for the price. However finding parking was difficult both times I stayed here. Also, get up early for the breakfast because there were alot of people in line both times as well.

For the money it was a good deal; however, the area outside the bathroom where one brushes their teeth and fixes their hair was extremely small and limited in space. "Just what we needed"
we only needed a place to sleep to fly out very early the next day. it was quite appropiate for that. beds were comfy, surroundings very quite which was great considering we were very close to the airport.

If you need an onsite bar or restaurant, you will not like this hotel. However, if you are looking for a really comfy bed and pillows, you will LOVE this hotel. I stayed here in June and loved it so much, I came back in August. I have a hard time getting any sleep when I travel, but I sleep better here than I do in my own bed!! Awesome comfort!

The Comfort Inn was a great hotel, for the money paid. The room was very clean. The ease of check-in was outstanding. The free continental breakfast was satisfying. I have no complaints.

No restaurant in hotel and nowhere except fast food within walking distance. This hotel might be tolerable if one had a car.

The hotel is very well kept up and looks very nice. Our room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable, but the room was very hot at night even with the air conditioning on. The breakfast area was very large and clean, and there was plenty of food to choose from. Overall, I would stay here again.

Price, location by airport and continetal breakfest were all good for the price i paid. The bad parts about hotel were: Poor pick-up service at airport-baseball allstar week they only had 1 van put 6-8 ppl. into van and to see 2 more vans just sitting in parking lot at hotel. "Nice hotel, but packed with kids and chaotic"
My entire family went to stlouis for my sons birthday going to the zoo etc. We just needed a decent hotel to lay our heads and enjoy a pool with the kids! The hotel was packed with kids that were with a large group and were completely unsupervised. The hotel should have made it alittle more clear to the very few adults these kids couldnt take over the […] pool without adult supervision which was posted. The hotel was disgusting filthy by the pool because those kids took over and destroyed, we had to take our kids out of the pool it was so bad. Our room was very nice for such a cheap rate. This hotel needs to enforce their supervision rules and keep the pool open later then 9pm thats just crazy! Mehr

Though the weather was oppressive in terms of heat, the accommodations were good for the fact that the room was cool and comfortable. The room had a nice layout and was good sized. Our booking stated a bar and breakfast accommodations, which was misleading since the breakfast was self-serve with muffins, cereal, and no bar service available. Your nearest […] dining options were fast food places, so you need to research options outside this area for decent food. "A Dump..."
First, upon arrival the front desk worker was very rude to us. We had a receipt showing we paid for two nights, whereas they only had us reserved for one. Finally after getting that resolved, we got to our room and it reeked of mildew. The AC unit was sripping constantly on the carpet and when we informed the front desk, again we were treated rudely […] and nothing was done. The rooms and hallways are filthy. "Great room for the money"
This was not the first time I had stayed in this hotel. My family and I stayed last June for summer vacation. For the price the room was great. However, they should really consider adding a refridgerator and microwave to the rooms. Otherwise, great stay and would stay here again.
