Clean quiet and perfect location

Was very unhappy with our stay will stay else where in Portland when we return.

Only issue was no complimentary continental breakfast

I was only disappointed by not finding a safe in the room to keep my valuables even though it's was part of the contract , but over all it was a pleasant stay and I would defenatly go back

Close to shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. Will definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

Very nicely maintained and decorated hotel in SE PDX, close to Clackamas Town Center. Seems to mainly cater to business travelers, so it wasn't exactly romantic or exciting, but if you need to be in that area, it was a very nice place to stay. Just a block off the shopping strip, so easy access to food and shops. Didn't eat at the hotel, as breakfast […] was not included in rate, but lots of nearby choices. Easy access from I-205. Stayed over New Year's weekend and liked how quiet our room was. Close to mall and easy access to freeway. Staff always a available and hotel nicely updated and clean.

What a great stay, close to all of the best shopping and restaurants you need. Great location just off the freeway, easy on and off. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I am usually ready to leave a hotel after the first night but I could have stayed another 5, and had already stayed 3. The staff was great and available 24/7. Staff outstanding with customer service.

All around relaxing experience. Most quiet hotel I have ever stayed in, which is saying a lot. They had no internet connection the two days I was there, which made working -- the point of my stay -- nearly impossible. Other then that, my experience was great.

Very pretty setting. The back of the hotel overlooks woodlands. Well maintained. Comfortable bedding. The soap doesn't smell too good so used the shampoo. Nice bistro/bar area. Had the fresh grilled tuna salad and was impressed. Overall I'd stay there again.

Hotel was the best the area had to offer and was up to mariott standards. Originally had a room that faced south with adjoining door. Staff accomadated my request for north facing and no adjoining door. Request was updated with bigger room with sitting area and balcony y which fit us well as we were traveling with 2 small children. I stayed here while visiting SE Portand and wasn't looking to sample any downtown activity; it was great and a BIG savings over downtown hotels. Though a little isolated, this hotel is in a business district with none of the seediness of travel hotels further north on 82nd Ave. Very comfortable firm bed, nice desk and chair for working. Barely used […] any hotel facilities, but pool was nice. Workout room a bit small and limited, but OK. Didn't have anything more than coffee so can't comment on food. One minor gripe was that elevators were a bit slow and with stairs only at ends of hallways, there wasn't an option. Since I was only on second floor, I would have walked if it was at all convenient, but it wasn't. My satifaction ratings are based on expectation, not on comparison to other hotels (in worse or better classes). Was totally satisfied. Mehr

stayed 4 days to visit relatives-had a few issues but overall great stay! Asked & received a fridge & microwave right away. We were close to a freeway but could NOT hear it at nite, we stayed on the 4th floor in back so had nice view of the tree tops and hills. had trouble with our keys not working 2 days in a row-that was annoying but they fixed them […] right away. One time came back after 6PM and room still wasnt cleaned. However, in all fairness we had the "do not disturb "sign up til 1PM so they might have missed us-we left again for dinner and they had the maintenance man clean it which was kinda strange but all was good at the end. Location was perfect. Check out the Grotto- Peace Garden which is about 10 minutes away. Odd location but once you enter it, it is indeed peaceful! Mehr

the hotel is nice, clean and good location. They only thing is the night crew decided to have a party in the maintenance room next to our room until 2:30AM. After calling to the front desk who stated they would tell them to calm down, we heard them yelling profanity through the walls. It quieted down at 3am. I talked to the front desk the next day who […] assured me it wasn't them after the night front desk said it was. the next two nights were quiet. Other than that stay was good Mehr

Very convinent location, Huge shopping mall on the other side of the street, Lots of restaurants around. Very close to highway.

Get the option with the breakfast, they have a small Bistro and everything is cooked to order. Also the day we checked out, there was a Lacrosse team eating there, so a lot of people were there and the staff did super. Even the hotel desk staff and other people that worked in the hotel came and help clear tables and service people. We were very impressed […] with all the employees pictching in. Mehr

First, the positive: The staff here is OUTSTANDING. Very pleasant, upbeat, friendly, personable. There were issues in getting our breakfast coupons each day (which we paid extra for) because for some reason they didn't have record of them in the hotels.com info. We did end up getting them, though, and the breakfast was OK/not great. OK, now for the […] negative: This is a super icky corporate-feeling hotel that nickles and dimes the "guest"... so in addition to your room fee and the separate fee for breakfast, expect to pay for water in the room and the Starbucks coffee they tout is available around the clock (there is sub par complementary coffee in the a.m.) and other "incidentals" that are often comped at other hotels. In short, not a family value place and just an average experience... Prob would not return. (But, again, the staff was outstanding... it's like when you have a really bad script but the actors rally to make it an adequate movie.) Mehr

Shame about the food. They have remodeled in the last couple of years and the restaurant looks more like a fast food restaurant. the food is pretty much like one too. Pity, the buffet style breakfast and the separate bar were always something I enjoyed. The pool and jacuzzi were very welcome after the drive down.

Excellent service. Clean and quiet room and comfortable furniture in room and lobby. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Very close to Kaiser Permanente Hospital for those who need easy and close access.

Nice hotel located close to shopping, food, and highway. The hotel itself was in good condition with modern touches. The room we had was dated and sparse. I would have liked to see more modern ammenities in the room but I would stay there again.

The only issue I had was that the guests in the room next to mine had music on and I could hear it from my room.

Nice hotel. Could be better.

I had a very comfortable stay and they were very accomadating when my husbands flight was delayed and I needed a late check out!

Only negative was that the rooms did not get cleaned until after 3 pm in the afternoon. This was a nuisance since we had to leave or step outside while they cleaned. The convention class was from 8 am to 2 pm.

Great room for the money convenient to Mall and other activities, clean and safe.

I went with my family. You can only fit 4 people in there, comfortably. The room was very clean, except for some dust in the bathroom and some of the light fixtures...I only noticed because we have dust allergies. All in all, its a great location, just off the freeway. My kids enjoyed the pool and the weight room. My only wish was that they had more […] family suites. Mehr

The Clackamas Courtyard By Marriott is very conveniently located right off the highway near Clackamas Towncenter. I like to stay there because it is close to my daughter's. I can always trust that the Marriott is clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the lobby ammenities such as snacks, breakfast, or miscellaneous sundries are well stocked […] and pleasingly displayed. The staff was extremely polite, courteous, helpful, and efficient. Mehr

Nice Bed, no complaints. Never asked for anything from the staff so don't know about the service.

Courtyard Marriott is situated close to a noisy road and the insulation of the windows is poor. But worst: The two hotel rooms on each floor next to the elevators are extreemely noisy and in reality not suited as hotel rooms.
