Nice hotel.however, Notified the front desk about my broken bed and wifi did not work amd the agent didnt really care. They charged me $15 for a wifi i did not use. No service recovery at all. I guess is a culture thing.

Nice physical appearance and location, but unfriendly, poor quality customer service, one of the few hotels in the world that still charges for internet (charges more than most 5 star hotels in the USA), breakfast was poor quality. Would not stay here again ever, considering much better options are close by.

Enjoyed 4 nites here with a very friendly English speaking staff. Close to a variety of sights, easy walk to the subway and safe neighborhood.

We stayed here due to a half off discount price and we got what we paid for. The lobby appeared nice as did our double standard room. The room was actually quite large, but without any dressers or means of storage beyond one small closet. The walls were so extremely thin that we woke up to the neighbor's TV every morning at 7am. At first it seemed as […] if all the staff was there only to sneer, but we did find 1 or 2 helpful people. Overall, do not except any kind of concierge service or recommendations of restaurants, etc. Breakfast was decent, but be aware that the staff starts cleaning away the food before breakfast is even supposed to end. Underwhelming and sometimes unpleasant, but the location is useful for sightseeing. Mehr

I enjoyed my stay here on my first two days in Bs As. I received a terrific rate from Hotels.com, and that's the only reason I would recommend this hotel. The staff was pleasant - especially Alejandro on the night shift, the lobby is small and elegant, and the free internet PC in the lobby is a nice touch. The room was very plain, with an outrageously […] priced minibar, and a decent sized bathroom. The elevator wasn't working for part of one day I was there (thankfully I was only up one flight) and unlike many Bs As hotels, breakfast was not included (but I did have a very good rate, so I didn't mind too much). The location is easy walking distance to Recoleta Cemetery and Santa Fe Avenue. If this hotel is coming up at the lower end of the pricing range compared to others in the area, I say it's a good value. But remember you are getting what you pay for. Mehr

The room was a bit run down and the hotel really needs to tidy up their staircase (looks like they use it as their cleaner's cupboard) but friendly staff, ok breakfast and good location.

I think this hotel can't be a 4 stars hotel, they can't sell this hotel like a 4 stars. It looks dirty and dark. The receptionists and bell boys are a mess, nothing friendly. The breakfast buffet is crap, the elevators do not work. You have to pay for the visits. The offer to me was a fake.

Lovely hotel with warm staff and great location. Only complaint was the plumbing- old and fussy.

This is a 2 star hotel, it does not have anythong to be a 4 star hotel, rooms are spacious, however bathrooms are old and filthy, breakfast not great at all, the hotel is not well maintained, area is not great either, not many restaurants around, better to go one block to Dazzler Laprida Hotel where I hacve stayed before, rooms are small though but […] it is clean and has an amzing breakfast, Mehr

Our flight was cancelled and re-booked, so we were delayed 2 days for our arrival. I called the hotel twice directly, contacted hotels.com and they called twice to notify the hotel that we were delayed and to NOT cancel our room. When we arrived, the room was cancelled due to non-notification. They said we did not let them know. And they were fully […] booked. They did not offer to place us in another hotel. They said we had to work it out with hotels.com. Fortunately, hotels.com did a wonderful job finding another place for us. This confusion cost us 2 hours of phone time upon arrival. First of all , Park Elegance Unique Hotel , is not a 4 stars at all !! I arrived at 9. 00 pm with my husband , we were ready to get dress in order to go to the theatre , so first surprise , no iron machine in the Hotel , we could not go because all our clothes were wrinkled. Second surprised , the drinks they had on the ref were not cool enough, so […] sinced the hotel did not have an ice machine !!! we ask for it to the hotel receptionist , but we have no luck , they were so unfriendly they did not help at all. I travel arround the world very often , i know what a 4 stars hotel is. This hotel shoud not have more than 2 stars. I won´¨t recommend this hotel to anyone . Mehr

This hotel listed as a 4 star, it is obviously not. The location and neighborhood are wonderful, and are the only real positive things about The Park Elegance Hotel. There appear to be leftovers from the former luxury German/Swiss chain that owned these hotels (they pulled out of South America a while ago). Beautiful brass fixtures in bathrooms, and […] some antiques throughout the hotel do add some charm, but are not enough to maintain a 4 star. Sink and bathtub faucets needed to be fixed, they were loose and should be maintained better. My sheets were rough (poly/cotton blend or I think they were 100% poly) or had a tear or stain on them. Towels had stains & looked slightly worn and needed to be tossed. Elevator would not open sometimes (when inside). It was very small, and after a few minutes of waiting for door to open (even after pushing emergency button) was very uncomfortable. Also, the door of elevator would slam into me, obviously there is no sensor. Also, the brand name of the chain is confusing. Park Plaza Hotel(s), and Unique Hotels appear on their properties in Bs As. I think they are trying to create a boutique chain under the brand Park Plaza, but they are confusing in their marketing and delivery. Since they speak Spainish, they don't translate the English spelled names of the hotel brands well. And finally, the breakfast is not a Full Breakfast, barely even a Continental or buffet ( toast, pastries, basic cereals, deli ham and processed cheese, soggy scrambled eggs, stale coffee, no orange juice, just sweet orange flavored drink, & the only fruit was apples). There was not wait staff, and people would leave their dirty dishes etc. @ table, which most likely you would have to clear. Overall, very disappointed! Mehr

Not a safe neighborhood.! The one night we stayed there, although the room itself was lovely, you could hear everything from the tiny hallway through the door. The staff was very helpful and pleasant though. The hotel was OK. One day, they did not clean the room. We left the room at 1 pm and came back at 10 pm. The room was never cleaned. We did not bother to complain since we were leaving the next morning. If you get a room that views Avda Puyrredon, the room will be especially noisy.

The location & area was fantastic...spacious & comfortable room...a true classic...one issue, upon check in I was advised that due to overbooking I was being moved to a hotel over 8 blocks away...I advised that this was unacceptable as my business partner was already checked in (day before) & we had material/presentations, etc. to work on & the move […] was compromising our business stay in Buenos Aires...they made the necessary adjustment & was checked in as booked...the entire staff was very professional & accomodating...would not hesitate recommending this hotel for vacationers or business people visiting Buenos Aires Mehr

We visited our daughter, a student, living in the Recoleta bario of Buenos Aires. The Park Elegance Unique Hotel was a very good choice for location, price and cleanliness. The room had everything we needed, the staff was very gracious and very accommodating during our stay. We plan to stay there again when we return. As an aside, we visited Iguazu […] Falls and stayed at the Rio Tropic. We also visited the Los Dos Hombres estancia and went horseback riding. Highly recommend both experiences. Mehr

If you are looking for a 5* hotel in a decent location, this is not it. But if you are looking for a 4* hotel in a perfect location, you will have a hard time finding a camparable one. Buena, ya que solo fuimos a pernotar, mi esposa y yo. No pense que el desayuno no estaba incluido y más aún, que no disponia de cocheras. Es punto, fué todo un tema, al igual que salir a buscar donde desayunar. La habitación 302 es comoda, la cama muy buena. Solo, que sus asensores son muy pequeños y el que nos correspondia, siempre se encontraba fuera […] de servicio. También nos quedamos si agua caliente, donde la administración tendrá que haber avisado anticipadamente. Mehr

La estancia fue buena ya que el hotel es muy centrico y bueno, lo único que recomiendo es pedir cuartos que no den a la calle, ya que el ruido es mucho por que las ventanas son muy malas, pero el hotel es muy bueno para el precio.

Es un hotel comodo, especialmente en una buena ubicacion.

De fato, as toalhas poderiam se beneficiar de uma troca, mas no mais o hotel é limpo e a estrutura é simples mas adequada. Dada a faixa de preço e as necessidades de uma viagem simples, achei o hotel correto e recomendaria sem problemas. colocadas essas ressalvas, fiquei satisfeito.

Antes de elegir este hotel dude por los comentarios... pero decidí confiar en mi percepción, y realmente tuve una muy linda estadía. Todos fueron muy amables y serviciales, el hotel muy lgradble, con buena ubicación y el desayuno muy bueno y variado.. Recomiendo este hotel.

Muy bueno, comodo , seguro y ubicado en un lindo lugar.

Os quartos da frente sofrem com o barulho da rua (mesmo com a janela fechada), ar-condicionado não funciona bem, e do outro quarto que estive fazia um barulho bastante alto. Quartos espaçosos, mas denotados. Ítens de banho de baixa qualidade, toalha rasgada. Elevador e quarto com muito mosquito. Limpeza deixa a desejar.

Hotel com otima localizacao em Recoleta, perto Mc Donalds, Fredo, cemiterio da Recoleta e otimos BAres, Cantinas proximos... Cafe da Manha muito bom...

Nunca hubo noche de tango como se habia reservado

O hotel é muito bom, bem localizado, limpo e com ótimo serviço. Funcionários são prestativos. Próximo ao metro (3 quadras) e do metro pode-se ir a qualquer lugar em Buenos Aires. Próximo dali tbm há opções de restaurante, café da manhã (se enjoar do que é oferecido pelo hotel) e uma sorveteria Fredo! O elevador tem um charme especial. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, et comme l'hôtel est sur une grande avenue, boules quiès obligatoires. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais (sauf une personne pas toujours présente) ce qui n'est pas pratique, surtout lorsque l'on a un problème (et nous en avons eu !). Si vous pouvez, chercher ailleurs.

O maior problema foi que a capa do edredom estava MUITO sucia. Ligamos varias vezes na recepcao solicitando a troca, mas debido a que era final do dia e nao tinham arrumadeira, ficaram prometendo que iriam enviar alguem. Mas nunca enviaram. Quando eu reclamava pelo telefone, eles respondiam que "estariam enviando"... mas nunca o fizeram. O ar acondicionado […] faz um barulho muito forte, impossivel dormir. Fora isso a proposta do hotel e correta, sendo um velho edifiço recilcado, com decoraçao Kitsch como se ve nas fotos. Boa localizacao para ir a pe na recoleta. Mehr

Café da manhã muito ruim, o Hotel não tem nada de "único"-"arte"-"elegante", muito pelo contrario...

el hotel esta muy bien ubicado y es lindo, pero el edificio si bien esta restaurado, es viejo, y se nota, tiene poca iluminacion la habitacion, el baño no tiene bidet, y pedimos una habitacion con cama matrimonial y nos dieron una donde la cama matrimonial estaba armada juntando 2 camas individuales,

Estamos muy conformes. Muy buena ubicación , habitaciones amplias y equipadas.

pela segunda vez me hospedei neste hotel e achamos que piorou muito. Exemplo: cama de casal formada por 2 camas de solteiro que se abrem na junção; trocaram de quarto para uma cama de casal em péssimas condições de uso. Cobram por wi-fi e oferecem um quarto melhor com wi-fi por U$ 30 de acréscimo diário. Acho que um país que tanto depende do turismo […] brasileiro está abusando da falta de qualidade. Mehr

El hotel en si esta lindo, cerca de los lugares de atraccion de Buenos Aires. La gente del hotel son amables, el desayuno esta rico, y todo relacionado a la limpieza esta impecable. Lo que no me gusto fue que las habitaciones son algo oscuras, y hay que abrir las cortinas de maniana si o si.. y no me gusto tampoco el elevador.. es ese tipo de elevador […] con puerta corrediza adentro y bien chiquito por dentro. Ah.. y el tango show que incluye la reserva es solo para el tango show. Se tiene que tomar algo minimo de 60 pesos.. y para ver el show y cenar eran 380 pesos creo. Mehr

No es un hotel 4 estrellas ni cerca. El desayuno es pesimo, debe ser mejorado urgente!!. A la habitacion le falta limpieza y el ascensor hace tanto ruido que te despierta. El servicio de wifi es "con cargo" una verguenza. Es una lastima porque el hotel es lindo pero tiene mucho por mejorar Solo se justifica si lo conseguis en oferta.
