We stayed here the night before we flew to Disney. The receptionist gave us a 10% off coupon to Texas Roadhouse, which is across the street and we were able to keep our car in the parking lot while we were gone for a week. So we didn't have to pay for airport parking. They also shuttled us to the airport at 5:30 am and were there to pick us up when […] we got back. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Mehr

The employees who I met during my stay there were all very friendly. They made my stay better than my expectation.

My daughter, her girlfriend and I went to check out a local college. It was literally right down the road. Places to eat w/out even having to cross the street. Rooms and bath were clean! Didn't feel like we were going to pick up anything when we walked in. Mini fridge was nice to have for left overs and drinks. Beds were ok but the queen sized seemed […] smaller than i thought they would be. Pool was definitely not for a swim but ok for the kids. Bathrooms were compact but nice - except the tub never drained fully while you showered. Staff was very helpful and friendly - breakfast was OK. Overall not too bad for the price. I would recommend if in the area. Mehr

Comfortable hotel far enough away from the airport that you don't feel like you are staying on one but close enough to make it an easy trip. Also close (within 5 min drive) to various good restaurants. As long as your not expecting a 5 star property this will make for an enjoyable stay.

very close to the airport but didn't feel like it (in a good way). It is also very easy to get to Knoxville, Maryville and the mountains from here. Stores and restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed here one night so we could visit my granddaughter at Maryville College. We got to our room and were VERY satisfied. The beds were nice, the bathroom was clean, and it had a great location!

My son plays football for UT and we had to find a place to stay for the home games. You could tell they took a lot of pride in their hotel. We will use this Holiday Inn Express for the whole season.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the personnel was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly and the overall condition of the hotel was decent. The only issues I had in my room were a broken toilet seat and an older TV with bad reception on some channels. Other than that, everything was fine. Breakfast included in the price was nice. It's not the quality of eating breakfast in a restaurant, but it's convenient […] and was fine. It was also available for about 3 hours which is certainly sufficient. Overall it was a good experience and I would absolutely stay there again. Mehr

We have stayed here a few times now and this time was probably the best time so far. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. They were doing some work on the main entrance, so we had to enter through the back, but other than that everything was great. The employees were very nice as well.

Service was excellent ans I enjoyed my stay

The hotels around TYS are pretty sketchy. I've stayed in most of them, and the HIE is by far the best. You'll pay a little more, but the free cookies, free no-password inroom internet, and good breakfast are all worth it. If you're a healthy eater like me, you can even have boiled egg whites and oatmeal for breakfast! (Hahahaha, I know that's not exciting […] to many people, but when you travel as much as I do and don't want to gain weight, it's important!) The front desk person, Suki, was amazingly helpful and the room was plush. Would stay again in a heartbeat, maybe just for fun, to use the heated pool! Mehr

Stayed for 4 nights. Told them about constantly running toilet and faucet on first day. Tried to fix myself but needed a new part. Still running when we left. Apart from the commode flushing every hour, the place was o.k.

The hotel condition was fine. The rooms are actually updated since last stay. Had to wait 15 minutes for cleaning staff to find front desk staff and get checked-in. Booked room with 2 double beds but available when checked in.

This location was not good with giving directions. We had to stop at a different Holiday Inn to get directions.. Was a very nice and clean room. The breakfast was not available long enough.

Appears to be a newer hotel. Was nice an quiet during our stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was "continental" with the addition of scrambled eggs and sausage, but was quite good. Would stay aagain and would recommend to all.
