Wir nutzten das Hotel nur als Bleibe für eine Nacht, sodass ich zur Umgebung eigentlich nicht viel sagen kann. Von der Interstate ist es nur ein Katzensprung bis zum Hotel, dessen Lobby (und Frühstücksraum) sehr rustikal eingerichtet ist. Man fühlt sich fast wie in einem noblen Berghotel. Auch über das Frühstück kann man nicht meckern (wenn man zugleich den Übernachtungspreis im Auge behält). Etwas enttäuscht waren wir darüber, dass es anders als in der Hotelbeschreibung dargestellt im Zimmer weder einen kleinen Kühlschrank noch eine Mikrowelle gab, was unserer Meinung eigentlich in ein auch auf Durchreisende ausgerichtetes Hotelzimmer hineingehört.

Für eine Nacht eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Direkt an der Interstate. In der Umgebung allerdings wenig sehenswertes. Zimmer einfach gehalten, sauber.

"2nd time staying here"
I've stayed at this hotel twice now while attending my sons fraternity Mom Prom. The room was very comfortable. I loved all the pillows....4 on each bed. The bed and the bedding was superb. Such a wonderful night's sleep. We had breakfast the next morning at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent.

"Kingsgate-Marriott Cincinnati, OH"
We were only there for one night but it was perfectly fine - close to Music Hall since we'd come for the opening of the Cincinnati Pops season. We have only one comment - the sheets on our king bed were NOT large enough to make a tight wrap-around of the bed and mattress pad. The mattress pad was awesome, by the way - most plush! But it did end up […] easily bunched on my husband's side of the bed as he moved around. Also, there were too many pillows on the bed and the duvet was a bit heavy. Never thought I'd complain about TOO much plushness, but we felt weighed down by our covers. We'd like to commend Ross at the front desk for his friendliness and help in finding a close-by restaurant and general 'concierge' attentiveness. Give him a raise! Mehr

"For the money...there should be breakfast & coffee"
The hotel was very nice, and very clean. The employee's were friendly as well. We also has free parking. However, I was very disappointed with the overall perks. They had a nice indoor poo but for what I paid. $$$ for one night. There should at least be a full size coffee pot in each room. They give you a little 4 cup/actually (2) and one coffee, one […] decaf. I thought their should have been a breakfast in the lobby, atleast Continental. Mehr

I was in town to do some work with researchers at the University, and this was a wonderfully comfortable and convenient hotel for my visit. I'm looking forward to staying there again next time I need to be in Cincinnati.

"UC Marriott"
The hotel itself is beautiful. Newer furniture, carpeting, artwork, etc. The price we paid was much lower than what I would've expected for a hotel this nice. A few drawbacks though...First, be prepared to shell out $25 to park your car there overnight. Also, if you're not familiar with the neighborhood, it can be a little daunting to find. My wife […] and I drive in after dark and had a difficult time finding the place since it sits in among several UC Hospital bldgs. Signs pointing you in the right direction would've helped A LOT. "Lovely Hotel"
This is a lovely hotel with modern decor. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious.
"Stairs an issue"
For those who wish to walk stairs instead of using the elevator, there is NO public-area access to stairwells for the the floors above the lobby (which is on floor 2). Two stairwells can be used, but they require walking through employee-only areas on the second floor.
"Quick Overnight with Kids"
Nice Hotel, comfortable room, easy in/out. Watch out for parking fees - we got lucky with our stay over a Saturday night and there was no attendant/nobody to charge the fees on Sunday morning.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very clean our housekeeper was very polite, the front desk clerks were glad to help and give directions to places in the area. All services rendered were superb. We will stay there again!

"Wonderful"
This was a great hotel experience. The view was great, the room was spacious and comfortable, the amendities were great, the price was spot on for my needs. If I come to Cincinnati again I will definitely use this hotel. You guys get a double thumbs up!!*s*
"Leave bread crumbs"
If you can find this hotel on the first or second try they should give you a night free. Also you would not want to stop any where around there and ask for directions. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This one is poor. Nice hotel, for the money it's a great deal but it's not worth it. Pay more to stay down town. I will next time.
