Very clean and hearty breakfast

Great service. We like the breakfast, but wish that there was more fresh fruit available, otherwise it was very ample. A portable crib was brought up per our request immediately. Comfortable beds and complimentary newspaper. We had some items that needed to be kept frozen and they also did that. Very pleased.

One of the best hotels my family and I have stayed. The employees are so courteous.

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff is nice and cordial. Easy to find off main highway, near airport. Gated, secured parking lot was added bonus. The rooms are clean and quiet. Being close to the airport, you could hear planes taking off at 6am, but it was not too loud, especially if you are in deep sleep. Breakfast is excellent in the mornings. Beds are very uncomfortable. Smells dirty and hotel needs to be updated.

I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the Medical Center area, as I had a family member there. Aside from the location rather under the interstate and a roundabout way of getting there, the stay was very nice. Friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast was great. When i arrived, they checked me in . I was sent to a room on the 9th floor. It smelled like an ash tray ( Full of smoke).I called down and asked to be moved. I had to go back down to the lobby to exchange the card for another room on the 5th floor. This floor was smelled fresh. I was okay for a one night stay. Nice Hotel, and very out going front office staff. Towels need to be replaced and electrical receptables need updating. But overall, nice facility.

I stay at this hotel everytime we are in San Antonio. It is convenient to get to our favorite spots, the riverwalk, airport, shopping, and Fiesta Texas. The rooms are clean and the staff are always very friendly. The evening snacks and Quick Start Breakfast are a great way to begin and end our day. I got this hotel because of the breakfast, fitness room, and that each room was supposed to have a fridge. I walked in and had to request a fridge moved into my room, the fitness room was ok, but no weights available. The walls were RIDICULOUSLY thin, I heard the elevator everytime someone used it, and I could hear every conversation of anyone walking […] down the hall. Breakfast was pretty good, and overall prob a nice hotel for a short stay. HOWEVER, I know that there are better hotels out there that cost much less, I'd recommend the staybridge right across the expy- similar costs and better amenities. Mehr

Although the hotel looks a little old for my taste, the beds are so comfortable (and I have trouble falling asleep usually), and rooms are clean. One manager in particular, was very friendly, and the rest of the staff were just nice but could've been more friendly. My wife and I were in town on a very short stay for a birthday celebration, but our visit was great at your hotel. The location of the hotel was easy to find and close to where we needed to go. Conveniently located on the 410 loop and close to everything. I typically stay in this area because it's close to shopping and food. Northstar Mall is also close by. Typical HI Express - excellent breakfast.

I really liked this hotel. The hotel was nice and clean. The parking was free and was a short walk, but nothing majorly problematic. The breakfast was very good.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past year and pretty much each time has been enjoyable. The rooms have always been immaculate. I tend to look in the corners of the bathroom and they have always been squeaky clean! I will stay there again and again as long as they maintain this standard. thanks

THIS HOTEL IS GOOD FOR THE PRICE IS FAMILY ORIENTED IT HAS A GOOD DISTANCE TO SEA WORLD , THE RIVER WALK, AND THE MALLS. THE ONLY THING WAS THAT YOU CAN HEAR WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE NEXT ROOM AND ONE OF THE DAYS WE ARRIVES TO THE HOTEL THERE WAS A ROACH ON THE WALL BUT OF ALL EVERYTHING WAS IN SATIFACTION CONDITION . Generally good. Breakfase also was good. If not good condition talked, Elevator noise is bigger than I thought.

We got a nice room for a nice price. They even had a baby crib (as requested) set up in our room waiting for us.

hotel room was not clean, even had dirty laundy in the dresser from a previous guest, made was waking up people 2 1/2 hours before checkout, thermostat fro a/c did not work properly, room was right next to the elevators and they were very noisey all night long, will never stay here again.....

My family stayed here for a couple of nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and in excellent condition. The beds, sheets and pillows were very comfortable. The location is great, the North Star Mall is nearby the hotel. The staff is very nice and the breakfast was good. The only thing the rooms are missing is a mini-refrigerator […] and a microwave oven. We would definitly come back and also recommend this hotel. Mehr

Nice hotel. Clean and comfort. People used the pool and made a mess by walking barefoot in the hotel. Aircondition little noisy.

Hotal was excellant for the price paid, room was very clean, staff was friendly & helpful. Will stay here again.

We stay here often when we are flying out of San Antonio. Very conveniently located and everyone is very friendly!

Was not pleased with our hotel stay, I am very glad we were only there for one night. We were lost trying to find the hotel so we called the front desk and the woman wouldn't stay on the phone long enough to give us accurate directions. We checked into our rooms which was non-smoking and it smelled super bad of cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom. […] My mother even said the towels smelt. Our room was located right beside the elevators, the elevators were way too loud and it didnt help that we had people in the hallway in the middle of the night cussing loudly. The breakfast was not very good but it got us by. For the price it was not worth it. Needed to be updated for sure! Mehr
