first thing great attitude by the two clerks at desk second thing room was comfortable spacious, third outiside did not like having kittens around tables trying to eat. fourth thing the food at breakfast buffet was terrible cooks clean griddle while standing there with their wipe rags was nasty and the food, man corporate needs to abandon buffet or […] improve quality of food and the cooks could be more friendly my opinion though. but the food is was stands out NASTY. sorrry but I need to tell the truth Mehr

This hotel was alright. My husband and I needed a place to stay in San Antonio for the night. Little did we know Fiesta was going on, the whole town was over crowded! Our room was nice and pretty clean. The bed and shower had a few strands of hair lying around and the sheets had this rust spots on them. If you are just staying one night, then this is an ok place to stay. The staff (Will) was great. room hard a musky smell to it, even though it looked clean. Breakfast was not very appetizing or appealing. Pool is on the small side, but great for kids. Location is near some nice hole in the wall restaurants, but there are a lot of beggars near by, some […] who sneak into the hotel. I'm ok with it but some of you might not be. Mehr

The hotel was great, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were beautiful. My friends and I were just so relaxed like if we were at home. I would go back again.

It was a 5 min drive to riverwalk but you could not walk to downtown. Just like the other comments the breakfast was horrible and the guy who cooks is mean. My opinion the swimming pool wasn't up todate they do pick you up from the airport but if your flight is before 6a.m. They are not going to pick you up. The pictures made the hotel look more elegant then it really was but it was more quaint than anyhting. Made it feel a bit more homey. The front staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was heated and very nice and the breakfast wast a buffet but someone made us pancakes and sausage ect. The location was the best part! It was not even 5 mins away from […] the riverwalk! booked Jr Suite thru Hotel.com save have the reg rate...super plush comfy bed...TV a little small but nice overall...ps book online and save a half.

We enjoyed staying at Antonian inn , Very pleasant and centerally located just about a 5 min. drive to down town . Our beds could have been more comfortable, really felt the springs. The continental breakfast was nothing to talk about but over all we were pleased.

The price was very reasonable but you will get what you paid for. The hotel is in need of room & restroom updating. Shower tub had rust. Overall if I had my way financially I would've stayed elsewhere but I won't complain.

Well my kids liked it overall...they can work on their breakfast menu a little though...I liked their hospitality need one of the beds changed and two girls were sent up to changed it and the cleaning ladies were very nice and attentive....I'll return if I'm in town again.

It should be remodeled ASAP else the whole building would collapse any time soon. The breakfast was a joke- they serve you a silver dollar size omelet and a quarter inch long sausage- so much for 'free hot breakfast'. Never again will I make this mistake again.

Our spring break trip was a last min trip we found one room with 3 queen beds...we had never seen that...our stay was great :)

It was right outside of town on 35,quick routes to the river walk and zoo. Then only 15-20mins to sea world, and fiesta Texas. Overall good stay

hotel staff were very accomodating at our every need, room was clean and spacious, bed was a little too soft for me. I was actually impressed for the little price we paid, definately have had much worse. Hotel just seemed to be old and dim lighting every where.

We recently stayed at the Antonian over the weekend and found it to be a pleasent experience. The carpet in the room was probably due for replacing and the toilet seat needed to go with it. The free hot breakfast was of little use to me as I don't eat pork and there were no non pork protein options, and that's including the eggs which had bacon in them. […] The staff was very friendly an helpful. The bed was comfortable. The drive to the river walk area was not too bad. Overall it was worth the low price and I will recomend this hotel and will probably stay there again on my next trip down. clean room. friendly staff. decent hot breakfast. neighborhood was a little shabby but all was fenced in and secure. Weight room needs lots of improvement but the heated pool area was nice. Would stay again.

I have been to a hotel that was this nasty. Bugs crawling up the sides of the room, the beds were smaller than anythimg I have ever seen, the character in the room across from us was not a pleasant sight, the hotel and room smelled like a nasty bar, you could hear everything that was going on outside in the hall. Everytime someone flushed the toilet […] it sounded like the whole hotel was filling up with water, and the person next door to us sounded like he was farting against the wall all the time. It was so bad that I ended up booking another room at another hotel which was awesome. We only stayed there for 2 hours and couldnt stand it anymore. I so disappointed in this hotel that I couldn't even talk about it for a few days without getting very upset. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!!! Mehr

the stay was alright but as soon as i got there it took a while to get checked in. once at my room i did not have a refrigerator so i asked the front desk and got a quick response of "your room is not a suite". paid so much for a room and no refrigerator one of the main reasons i got this room was they offered free breakfast, well i must say don't bother […] with the breakfast not up to par i just ended up going out to eat. was told he was a chef but come on that does not take the working of a chef to make a good breakfast., omelet was precooked in an oven and sausage was a not a sausage, oh and there was a limit of one sausage. to stay just as a passer by its ok but to stay a couple of days don't bother. Located in the ghetto. Hair all over the place, in the sheets which were stained, the bathroom which had dog food on the floor. Boogers on the wall along with shoe marks. Gun shots were heard along with prostitutes walking the streets. Absolutely terrible.

Would not recommed the non-suite rooms. Beds are not comfortable at all. Room same size as suite but does not include microwave/ref. Dryer did not work in room.

Great value for the room price including breakfast. Satisfactory with no problems.

The staff at this hotel was GREAT!! Very nice & helpful, but the hotel itself was way below par... Our room was clean but it had an odd smell, & we had ants all over the bathroom counter. The bed was not comfortable, & the tv remote didn't work. Im not a very picky person & I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel when I booked this one, but I've had better […] stays at other places that were 1/2 the price of this one. Mehr

small hotel. only 1 elevator. Breakfast no good but next to a sonic. Neighborhood is dicey.... would not stay unless you have something at the AT&T center then it is close.

Staff did not replace tissues and moved personal belongings during cleaning.

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures. My room was so junky. There was a large tear in the carpet, there was a bag over the smoke detector as if someone was smoking in the room the night before and the room service didn’t even take off the bag, and there was a cigarette burn in the comforter. I think this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. […] This doesn’t matter, but even the listing of the T.V. channels was wrong. Mehr

I was visiting a friend at a nearby University, so it was very easy to travel between this Hotel and there. Also, the space was not at all small. It was accommodating, and the clerk was pretty cool. I missed breakfast in the morning, so I can't give you guys feedback on that. The highway is a few yards from the Hotel, so that was extremely convenient. […] I am a commuter at heart, so this was perfect for me especially for the price I paid. Mehr

The place is unassuming. The benefit is it is adjacent to food establishments and gas stations. A fire station is right next door, but I slept soundly and no disturbances happened to the best of my knowledge. Some interesting characters showed up in an excursion limo and caused some commotion while at the gas station. My husband says he did not like […] the coffee. We did not get to taste the breakfast because we got up late. Over all for what I paid, not too bad. Oh yeah, and the online pics don't really match up. Mehr

I really enjoyed staying here. I have stayed at really high end hotels and had the best nights sleep here. The breakfast was good and the chef was so nice! Will stay there on my next visit.

I was happy with the room and staff, I didn't get up for the breakfast, but the bed was clean and comfy, and the bathroom was very clean, the carpet was a little dirty looking but it was vacumed, just stains. So I will stay again if I go back to SA its only a 3 min drive to downtown. If that.

got a King Suite for me and my fiance' and got a good deal on New Year's Eve. Definitely one of the nicer hotels I've been in.

Price was right. Room was clean. Location was perfect

Everything was good But im a Breakfast freak so I believe they could do better on the menu ..

The air conditioner was REALLY loud so I decided to turn it off, well then I was not able to sleep because of the freeway noise and to my surprise a railroad must be close to the hotel because I kept hearing a train. The carpet was dirty an needs to be pulled its a tripping hazard infact it actually needs to be replaced its old, dirty and smelly. The […] walls were dirty the hotel is in need of renovations. Not worth the price I paid because for breakfast they only way eggs are made is by a pre-cooked omlet by when we got to the SMALL dinning room at 8:30 there were no more tables or chairs so we had to wait for someone to leave and the omlet was cold and burned from the bottom so I ended up spending more $$ going out to eat with my family. My kids told me this hotel is scary and also do not want to retun to that hotel. I had a headache for my whole visit to San Antonio because of the lack of sleep, I will NEVER return to this hotel!! as always, great service and great room. we had a do not disturb sign on out door and was left a nice note letting us know there were extra towels set aside for us that we could pick up at the front desk. breakfast was great as usual. and the Front desk guy, Will was extremely nice and helpful. We went to go see a collage football game and the location to the Riverwalk and the stadiam were just great! Had a good time and the hotel was perfect. Good breakfast!
